@giffgaff unfortunately I woke up today with my SIM card not working. I have taken it out and put it back in and it just won’t work,I don’t want to get a new sim card as I still have a goody bag active and don’t want to lose it what do I do?

@giffgaff I have a problem with my voice messages. When I call VM it tells me to enter a PIN to change my PIN, even though I didn't enter a PIN to begin with.

@jchannon Ensure any texts you're receiving are from DPD themselves, and not from a mobile number showing a DPD link. As long as you are able to see the phone is due to arrive today, you should have no issues receiving both today. - giffgaff Jeanette
