    @giffgaff my Pixel 6 is terrible and unusable unless I'm on WiFi. Currently 4G and can't load any webpage or send a tweet. What's up?

    @giffgaff @giffgaff hey, this problem happened before when your website is okay. I think it is irrelevant to your website regarding whether I can make a call or not when roaming in the EU.

    @louiemartin12 @EE I'm in South London sitting in the park using phone for past hour then all of a sudden about 10 minutes ago can't open a page or stream music on internet radio. **** has been wack since Wednesday for me. Using my Giffgaff phone to tweet this.

    Hi @o2, I'm using a Giffgaff SIM in Warton LA5 9RY and there is no 4g connection at all. Was fine a couple of weeks ago. Site says no issues but only connects to 3g and really slow. Any advice pls

    @giffgaff @darkblackghost I am also having an issue with not being able to make any calls / texts / use my data yet says I have a goody bag on the website. Get a message when trying to phone someone that days 'not registered on network'

    @retro_gerry @three Puzzled by that. We were in Borneo earlier (Sarawak and Sabah) and my roaming charges were 20p per MB and 30p/text with giffgaff via whichever Malaysian network it was whose name I've forgotten.

    @yuwen_yong You will need to access your account to check if there are any bars. Since we're having issues with the website you won't be able to access it to check, so this will affect you unfortunately. - giffgaff Tasbiya
