    Looking forward to switching to giffgaff for 10poun a month at the end of this extortionate contract with Three. Might I add it's the deadest network going....

    @giffgaff If that's the case then why my sim is not activated. You mentioned this in your message there will be immediately support, right? Then what's issue to support activate my sim ? Why ? Why ? Why?

    @pixiedooo @VOXI_UK What network do you recommed Ive been with three , vodaphone , 02 , ee , tesco mobile ,sky mobile , giffgaff , is their i have missed let me know and ill try them

    @giffgaff No, not yet. It's really frustrating. We are chasing since last 4 days. Reviewing what to do!!! Just update message wait for the answer (@giffgaff expecting keep an eye on your message in case, if you have emergency, @giffgaff we doesn't care about customer problem)... :(

    @giffgaff Can someone please let us know when I can use my card ? Can I sue in court for this harassment ? As not getting enough support from the customer care?

    @beesinateacup Hi Lorna 😞 Was the phone purchased from O2 directly, or Giffgaff? if the phone was purchased from us, but the Giffgaff sim works in it, this would mean the phone is unlocked, as it wouldn't work if the phone was locked to O2, even though they use our network.
