    @giffgaff I have problems with the 4G for more than a 1 week.....I still have data 7gb left, but 4g doesn’t work. Why is it happening??? I’m not paying for a service that is not working

    I had been with EE for over a decade and never once have I had to wait too long for something to download on 4G. Giffgaff is too basic for me. Thank God I’m not on contract 😭

    @giffgaff having trouble logging in. Have reset password but says wait 30 mins. Have tried several times over the last few hours. Nothing works. Help.
