@giffgaff fed up. True to buy a phone from you. But klarna ruined it. Before I didn't have to go through this ****. Yes I've been on their customers service. Use less. So no refurbished phone for me.

So, phone says it has full 4G but when I make a call it drops to 3G. Aside from the generally poor signal, this is irritating. @giffgaff @O2

@giffgaff my mobile internet has been inconsistent for the last month for over a week I've had no connection, tried to flag with agent but the support page will not load. £20 down the drain this month .

@giffgaff Are you planing on adding visual voice mail any time soon? Just joined your network and think I might be leaving at the end of the month if not, calling the voice mail is SUCH a pain in comparison.
