@hkist Run for the hills as soon as you can!! Also I think they rip you off- with Vodafone I was regularly being told I was exceeding my 5gb allowance and had to pay more. Changed to Giffgaff and never once went over 2gb even though my usage didn’t change an iota...🤔

@ddphotograph @giffgaff If he never activates the giffgaff sim that comes with the phone he'll get any further charges from them it'll just be a one off payment but if you're not already a giffgaff member there's no way to avoid having to buy a goodybag with the phone unfortunately.
