    @giffgaff so two months with no service. Mast in CO7 0 area. Four phones not able to use internet or services. No updates, no service. Zero, Nada. Looks like I’ll have to find an alternative service provider eh? Or will a refund be forthcoming?

    @tom_hartley I was originally with EE but transferred to giffgaff keeping the same number. I never answered though - had a couple or missed calls.
