    @giffgaff You never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers. Isn’t this consumer fraud?

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿
