@jasebyjason If it's the O2 network you are after, giffgaff is pretty good and runs on O2, as they are month-to-month so no contract nonsense

@lucy_zepeda @giffgaff For the last few days there's been a problem with the last version of the app where the homepage didn't show your goodybag or credit. To cure the problem uninstall the app then download and install the new version.

@AskKlarna Hello your service on Giffgaff has been stuck on the spinning wheel of death for half an hour despite several retries. My phone is not working so I can't call or get the SMS code to log into your site for chat. No one is responding to my DMs. Please can you reply.
