@xanpagebrown @BradMcA Biggest issue with Giffgaff for me is that Sky Mobile and O2 direct offer much better deals - O2 in particular if you like the O2 Priority rewards. Usually they do 10GB @ £10/mo Granted that's on a contract, but still.

@giffgaff my father in law has lost his phone(thinks it's stolen). He can't reset his giffgaff password as he doesn't have access to his email address. Can we cancel the SIM and get a replacement with the same phone number?

@giffgaff Joined 4 years ago as my contract was cotsing me £60 a month! I now pay £10 a month for the exact same package, never have any service issues. After 6 months of being impressed we decided to cancel my husband's contract too & transferred his no to GIFF GAFF... highly recommended!

@giffgaff But it said that if I wanted to log in straight away without waiting I had to change my password which I did and still locked.. I will wait again and try with the new password and see what happens. Tried this already in the past few days and didn't help... let's see what happens
