    @giffgaff my network is very poor since yesterday night and today in this morning is not working at all. sometimes I even got no network. using most of the time at Limehouse and Stoke Newton areas. My phone is an iPhone 12 (trying to) using 5G

    @giffgaff I have problems with the 4G for more than a 1 week.....I still have data 7gb left, but 4g doesn’t work. Why is it happening??? I’m not paying for a service that is not working

    Hey @giffgaff, both my wife and I are getting dropped calls. She's raised a ticket but has been told there are no network issues but it seems pretty coincidental that neither of our phones can maintain a call for longer than around 30s. Can you investigate?

    @dae_1989 @giffgaff I was with them years back so things might have changed - you get 02 signal, but if you're in a crowded area (e.g. football stadium) you get less priority on the network bandwidth. Prices were good though.
