@TheUnionUCL Why is there not a free number or a Giffgaff number, which students can contact you? The Students Union are supposed to be there to help students, how is that possible if they can't be contacted?

  • paulsouthern19 stephen southern (@paulsouthern19) reported

@_RobboParker Was having issues with giffgaff earlier but seems ok now lads at work all on different networks having trouble too

  • GuyEmerson Guy Emerson (@GuyEmerson) reported

@giffgaff My daughter is a student who resides in the UK but is abroad for 3 months. Like I said poor choice as you lose a young person for what is highly likely to be forever. Your business.

  • 29antonioac Antonio Álvarez (@29antonioac) reported

@saramttnez @giffgaff Plusnet still has EU roaming included in the allowance. It uses EE network so it's a game changer for me (it doest have 5G though), and is pretty cheap too!

  • michaelocyoung Michael Young 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇸🇪🇧🇻 (@michaelocyoung) reported

@littlesthomebrw Update. Got an email from @giffgaff today to say EU roaming is going to be capped at 5GB data (down from 20) but calls/texts still same as if in UK (if I've understood it right). Seems to be working fine in 🇸🇪 this week so far.

  • M0KPH Phil - M0KPH (@M0KPH) reported

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.

what a waste of time and effort be ause of @giffgaff network error and #giffgaff stuff still dont give a ****(dont care, im still angry about errors in my ******* area) ******* liars - no one coming here to check or doing updates and fixing

  • notbrokenow John (@notbrokenow) reported

. @giffgaff you guys are broke as **** for changing your EU roaming policy

  • granth1974 Neil G (@granth1974) reported

@giffgaff There is literally no information that is helpful there other than telling me there's a problem, which I already know. An ETA to fix would be useful.

  • ottocrat Chris Kendall 🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@ottocrat) reported

@BrianCop @giffgaff @ThreeUK That’s not the solution I want. I want what I had, and what my provider promised to keep: seamless coverage within the EU exactly as if it were within the UK. No extra costs, no second sim.
