@Teddybreath Everyone I know has moved to Giffgaff (which runs on the O2 network anyway). The only downside I've doing with them is that they don't have the capability for WiFi calling. But then everyone uses video chat apps anyway, don't they?

  • BobPrydderch Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported

@giffgaff So. I have paid for 30 days service. You can’t provide that service but you will not compensate me for no service? Is that correct?

  • gez_666 gez howarth (@gez_666) reported

@tescomobile spent over 2hrs in store trying to get a phone contract, only to find your internal system is down, walked out with a @giffgaff sim instead

@giffgaff But I am going to let everyone know Nicole, your agent has just informed me “ giffgaff does not guarantee 100% service” so I have asked the agent how much service does giffgaff guarantee? 1% ? 40% ? I am entitled to a “ quality of service” no service is not a quality of service.

If you want to go in a genuine time machine, use @giffgaff 4G. It's like Dial-up Internet from the late 90s. #crap #giffgaff

  • BobPrydderch Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported

@benno44775 @giffgaff Giffgaff have just reimbursed me for lack of service, so, I was right! Wasn’t I? You are entitled to reimbursement for lack of service. Shhhhh….

  • jacekwojt jacek wojt (@jacekwojt) reported from Bromley, England

@VOXI_UK Very poor customer service.... sorry, non existent. Going back to Giffgaff.

@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but to mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times etc

  • shawncbrown Mr Onion-Bucket (@shawncbrown) reported

@giffgaff I haven’t been able to make or receive calls and connect to the internet for 90 minutes now. In that time your status page has updated 4 times and keeps telling me there is no problem.
