@giffgaff how long does it normally take to fix a fault with a mast as I've had barely any internet since yesterday morning. Thanks in advance

@giffgaff I am European as I imagine are a greater percentage of your customers we read left to right and if your going to send texts to me about my usage i'd prefer you to write to me in that format...i'm not Chinese I don't nor want to read up to down or don't bother I can

@STONEDOVE Networks use different frequencies to get 4G or 5G. If you've gotten a 5G SIM and are still only getting 4G, then it would seem your phone doesn't support the right frequency to get 5G with giffgaff. - giffgaff Jeanette

@TurnipRail @EE I was with One2One once, but change regularly. I've been with @giffgaff for a few years now, longest I've ever been with a network, they've been both economical and pretty good at customer care.

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

@giffgaff FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
