@ThreeUK My husband and I had to spend out on giffgaff and Skype as we needed to talk to and be called back by a doctor today but had zero coverage! Our signal is still not back. Really annoying timing that our phones are basically out of action!

@virginmedia Hi, my number was ported over from @giffgaff today but now I'm getting 'sim1 not provisioned' message I called virgin customer services and they telling me to call back tomorrow, from past experience porting is usually completed in one day but niw I have no service?

@CPWTweets Hi Jack, issue is possibly @giffgaff So I'm on to them, but maybe another possibility is the phone I brought from you, (Original Oppo Reno) maybe has bands that are only compatible with certain networks? Just thinking out loud. Data speed is awful, even after double chkng APN's
