    @catchagem_ 3G have 100gb for 12£ much better deal although there internet is dog **** compared to like giffgaff

    @giffgaff I've been with you for over 10 years and never had a problem, but last few months my signal and Internet coverage has been appalling... what's going on???

    @giffgaff I was delivered an empty cardboard box instead of a phone on 7th December. Customer service is rubbish and I am no closer to understanding when/if I will ever get my money back. Please reconsider buying from giffgaff, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
