Are phones bought from you locked to sky? Or could I use another o2 using network like giffgaff that offers 26gb for £12 which is more than double your data offer :(

It's just not acceptable to have a 25% increase! Anyone else having massive issues with EE, it wouldn't be so bad if I had perfect connection and no drop outs but it's not as good as @giffgaff my old supplier, who incidentally have frozen their charges until the end of 2023.

@giffgaff "A giffgaff agent" suggests a person and badly designed Q&A pathways are not a person. Community members are people, however i presume they are volunteers and their responses to others asking the same question as myself didn't help either 🧵

@BreezerGalway @EE @giffgaff It's all online, mate. If you have an question you post it on the forum and other customers answer for you. No huge call centres, that's how they keep prices down. The forums are excellent!

@GazRich88 if you can afford to buy the phones outright, there’s no point being with a traditional carrier anymore - and it works out cheaper across the life of a traditional contract even with that upfront cost. Recommend GiffGaff (o2) or SMARTY (Three) dependant on local signal.
