@lorrainemking @BT I had a similar issue with Vodafone, I took both my numbers to GiffGaff and saved an absolute fortune & doubled my data allowance.

@ChericoRoo @giffgaff Same problem here, literally can't make a single phone call without standing on the balcony and even then it's questionable. I've moved back to Smarty for WiFi calling + incl roaming but they were quite **** 1.5 year ago so fingers crossed

@giffgaff here's a question, what do you do with £5 bonus credit? Myself and both my kids have it on account but we buy goodiebags every month and never need calls, texts or data. Can you use the credit towards a goodiebag?
