@jeff_parrot @JordanWebber96 Moved from GiffGaff (02) to Three just this week for the same reason - rubbish signal & poor stream speed. First impressions of Three are that it's much better both indoor & out. Moved my number over within a day. Cashback through Topcashback as well. Good so far.

3rd engineer claimed he DID came today in the property and was threatened by my dog . He actually reported me . I topped up £10 my other giffgaff number so to allow @WeAreOpenreach employee call me while you’re am on the phone with @bt_uk agent. Today s test show network fault

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.
