    @giffgaff I’ve purchased an refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I put my three SIM card to it it says no service. I’ve contacted three and they said the phone is locked. This is out of order. I’m going on holiday next week and no one answers me! Can this be sorted ASAP

    @giffgaff The fact that I've had no service since 27th August and it still hasn't been fixed says alot. No point asking to dm because I've heard everything through the gg agents and it's basically a waiting game. Genuinely disappointed

    @DuskyTheWusky We can understand how frustrating this is for you. As there is a mast issue where you are, this will affect all your services, including your data connection and speed. We wish there was more we could advise at present. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @fangirlfading I absolutely do get reception in the Clyde tunnel ...not even a blip as I drive through it..an old iPhone 8 and a Giffgaff sim ! However I do not get radio reception which always crackles and cuts off as soon as I enter the tunnel.Never really understood why the difference.
