    @selinnotcelinee This would normally mean that your phone isn't reading the SIM so it would either be an issue with the SIM card, or phone.     @giffgaff I was at Gatwick airport trying to check up on a much delayed train. It has finally arrived and on the move now. Wife had same problem though

    @giffgaff my phone keeps saying “no sim installed” when in fact there is. i’ve taken it out and put it in again and i’m still having the same trouble. is there a fault with giffgaff instead?

    @luetchyboy @giffgaff Have you tried turning on/off airplane mode to see if that resets your network connection?

    @MKcol @O2 @lebara do you know which network they use? As they’ll get lower data priority compared to the actual carrier .. (eg. GiffGaff on o2)
