@O2 I took a pay monthly e-sim this week and ported my number from giffgaff. I don't have any signal since then and I can see correct mobile number in the my o2 section. I have sent my number in DM. Could someone take a look, please?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My advice to everybody is get a SIM-only monthly deal like Giffgaff. Much better value, they charge a monthly amount to your card and you can cancel when you want. Buy phone separately.

@giffgaff Ok so can I cancel my goodie bag as the only reason I joined was for the data whilst I’m in Europe in august. I won’t have access to wifi and 5gb won’t be enough

@giffgaff hi for the past 2 days our mobile data has been incredibly slow. It takes ages to load a simple web page. It was fine for a few hours then went slow again. I just paid for unlimited data due to out broadband being down and I can't use my data due being 0.10mps.

@Burke_MFC @raidovermoscow @Boro I get my internet through BT. I turned wifi off on my phone, so I was just using my data allowance (giffgaff) and had no problem then. Hope you get sorted bud.

@giffgaff took me nearly 20 minutes just to load your Twitter page. I don’t know why I bother topping up at this point the service is absolutely horrendous and the same excuse everytime. “Waiting for a part for our mast” anyone recommend a different company? #crapnetwork
