    @MalcBo_1 Yes Giffgaff is a really good network . I am on the golden goodybag £10 a month unlimited calls unlimited texts and 10 GB of internet.

    @giffgaff forgetting to renew your card details so your regular goodybag doesn't recur, and you end up using all your credit in one day because you didn't realise is the worst feeling :(

    @danieljohnallis @giffgaff that is why I stick with o2 i dont like the online only ones i like to go in to a shop if i have a problem

    @giffgaff Your help system doesn't cater to my problem so whatever I put, it asks for things that aren't relevant. i.e royal mail tracking - you sent my phone back via DHL and I have it. your system is set up to be anticonsumer to avoid having people contact you directly...

    @colin_maddocks @tower_cell @jadesharp1992 Eeeek, in my experience CTIL has never worked at and around Wivelsfield station on either of my phones, on neither Vodafone nor giffgaff.

    @giffgaff @g_mundaw Having same issue - apparently an O2 issue? Can anything be done as need sms to get onto my work laptop!

    @BobbyCombellack Hi Bobby. It can take up to 24 hours from yactivation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
