    Why are messages suddenly not sending @giffgaff been a few weeks now and just says failed until about the 4th go. It's not a phone issue

    @Ofcom I have an active GIFFGAFF number. TO CHANGE USERNAME, it has to be PORTED OUT to another Network, then PORTED BACK to GIFFGAFF. This is CRAZY !

    @giffgaff why has reception in the SW18 area of London gone so poor? A lot of people are moving to @EE or @VodafoneUK because of it
