@giffgaff Okay, no problem. Can I still use my existing SIM when the phone arrives, or will I need to order/activate a Giffgaff SIM?

  • Captain_Havok Thor Sokkolfrson (@Captain_Havok) reported

@taysump Giffgaff - EU roaming and 5g at no extra cost. No contract - cancel when you like.

@giffgaff Worst connection in Bury St. Edmunds! It won’t go past two bars! So much for being able to use walking maps. Or anything but texting. Waste of money.😞

Hey @giffgaff my replacement sim is still not working after nearly 48 hours. It's fun to live off public wifis but can you please advise?

@Vsouvatzoglou How strange William, there doesn't appear to be any issues on our end. Can you please clear your cache, cookies and history and try again. Perhaps even another web browser to see if that helps - giffgaff Nicole

  • rogerfrmchicago Roger Ridey (@rogerfrmchicago) reported

When I started going up to London again on the train last week my iPhone kept crashing while constantly searching for a BT signal. Did a painful full reinstall of iOS and no change. Switched to @giffgaff and problem disappeared. Glad I no longer give rubbish BT any money.

  • lincs_adam AJ (@lincs_adam) reported

@BWallArthur @dmfotoni Giffgaff is worth a look. Owned by O2, and using the same network, but normally cheaper. Also, consequently, not applying extra roaming charges.

  • rationalist44 Rationalist44 (@rationalist44) reported

@tescomobile Go #GiffGaff : the network run by you: * no contracts: * parcels of Minutes / texts / GBytes monthly just like a contract (they call them 'goodybags'): * 80G for twenty quid: say it all. I DON'T work for them / they DON't pay me / I DO like their business model.

  • petermorris1878 Peter Morris (@petermorris1878) reported

@holroyd_ryan Go to Giffgaff mate. Uses the O2 network. No contract. 12 GB of data. Unlimited texts. Unlimited calls. £10 a month. I’ve never had any problems with them. All the family use them.
