@giffgaff I have received my refurbished iPhone and I am disappointed that it has a fault with the speaker when i make a phone call I have no sound and the microphone doesn’t work this only happens on calls I have a return created but it doesn’t let me explain the problem

@giffgaff bought a 20 pound passnthe calls work but the internet connection doesnt work at all none existent first time usimg giff gaff in over a year after leaving vodaphone i want dump this giff gaff sim in the bin and go back giff gaff no good

@giffgaff can someone please get in touch with me. So fed up of having no network signal. Have tried all advice on your forums, trying to in touch with an agent but your site keeps crashing and kicking me out. Without WiFi I have no way to use my phone. Been over a month!
