@NabilN17er Is it because of the number of people in the same place? The nearest cell gets too busy or something? I'm thinking about switching giffgaff for some other provider but I can't find information suggesting this would fix my problem.

@giffgaff My sim was illegitimately ported to GiffGaff by a HACKER. I have raised a complaint with O2 and Action fraud ref NFRC230305817142, please BLOCK this number before it is a misused mob: 07727663885.

It is normal to literally don't have mobile internet while on football matches? It happened to me at 2 different stadiums and I don't know if that's a giffgaff issue or a more common one.

  • lianne_sykes5 Lianne Sykes (@lianne_sykes5) reported

@MoneySavingExp Nope. I was on contract with Vodafone who messed pur bills up every month. Switched to giffgaff 11 years ago and will never change

  • Hazelrinn Hazel (@Hazelrinn) reported

@AceTrainerLiam I'm so glad I just buy a phone and use giffgaff instead of contract phones... My dad had the same issue with virgin. He wanted to cancel one phone and they cancelled the wrong one

@Shanelee18577 @giffgaff Hi Shane Always On means you never run out of data. You get a set amount of blazingly fast 4G and 5G data, then a reduced data speed of 384 kbps from 8am to midnight

  • BelleTennant Courteney (@BelleTennant) reported

@giffgaff I've had intermittent signal all day and now I can't make a phone call to a restaurant saying its not registered on a network. What's going on Giffgaff?
