Looks like a lot of people are unhappy with @giffgaff service lately. Will be moving to another provider shortly. Profits over good customer service as usual #con

@giffgaff I've just spent 3 weeks in Kent with no internet signal outside my daughter's WiFi. No signal in London either. O2 network clearly hasn't improved in the last 10 years since I lived in Oxford and had no signal in most of the city.

@giffgaff can’t add credit as not accepting payment right now. Is there a problem? How long before I can?

@gav You’re likely to get poorer bandwidth allocation on a cell when on a network like GiffGaff. GG will have a smaller share of O2’s capacity, in turn carving that up between all the 3/4/5G traffic on the cell. Potentially end up with a useless amount allocated.

@gav @giffgaff Bet they have you on an old APN. Unsure if you can manually change them and the last time I did it, I had to delete all network settings to force a EE download. That means bye bye known wifi networks.

@giffgaff @Ofcom we have 3 #giffgaff sims and none of them are getting for that 1mbs / 0.3mbps data, and calls are zero. We have rebooted every device. Nothing. Its already 3 days! And coverage is "good/normal". PO41 0NR plus 10 mile radius. We all have 100GB goodybags. #wtf #FFS
