    @MXOFO We don't do contracts as we're a PAYG network, however, we do have the option for our members to recur their goodybags monthly. As long as you have UK usage, you'll be eligible to use your goodybag in the EU. - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • bubblekittea ༓☽ Leona ☾༓・ (@bubblekittea) reported

    @giffgaff forgetting to renew your card details so your regular goodybag doesn't recur, and you end up using all your credit in one day because you didn't realise is the worst feeling :(

    @giffgaff i have a problem check DM

  • CammieRacing Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

    @giffgaff Your help system doesn't cater to my problem so whatever I put, it asks for things that aren't relevant. i.e royal mail tracking - you sent my phone back via DHL and I have it. your system is set up to be anticonsumer to avoid having people contact you directly...

    @dmcnally Hi David. This would be the manufacturer of the SIM card. Don't worry, we're a UK network, so you will be able to use your SIM card in the UK. - giffgaff Emer.

    Why is the 4G coverage so **** in L17, but when I'm in Huyton, or Whiston, for eg, I've got a full 4 bars 🙄 @giffgaff @TheO2

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

    @oobergrafik We can see that the network is still busy for your postcode in L17, so this would be why you're having issues with your data connection in that area. It may be that the network is fine in Huyton and Whiston to allow that full coverage. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff I just tried to use safari instead of chrome and I am still having the same issue. I can log into the normal website with no issue but not the trade in page.
