    @littlepixie3 most masts only have backup power for a few hours, would possibly explain why the @giffgaff signal went for a short while?

    @AndyJBowes @giffgaff Not blaming them, I know the reason behind. But that doesn’t suit my needs as a customer anymore, so trying to find an alternative.

    Today's positive is I can still send text messages, so I know my mum got to the hospital. Yesterday they didn't work at all. I have a Giffgaff payg sim in my old mobile but they're doing maintenance on O2, so that's not available as an alternative. Bad luck for me.

    @GrumpyGertrude @katie_jr @EE Giffgaff are great , they use O2 network and been using them for 11 yrs no problem

    @dadindefi @ThreeUK I am having the same problem! It was supposed to be yesterday and still hasn't been done and my O2 SIM card is still working! I have ported my number from various networks in the past like giffgaff and Vodafone and never had this problem before. Three have been terrible!
