    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

    @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?
