@jamesmitchell09 We're glad to hear that you've now been able to log in successfully, James. The SIM swap can take up to 24 hours to complete, however we would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time, as this would normally help. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff is there a problem with your top up service, I’ve just topped up £20 and still not activating the goody bag, have switched the phone on and off. Seriously frustrating 😡

@Outside_Margina I have been with Giffgaff for over ten years. So long as you buy a "Goodybag bundle" each month, the majority of your calls won't cost. Though if you are on Three at the moment, have a look at "Smarty", which uses the Three Network. I'm trying them out now.

  • DominicaHurlock dom (@DominicaHurlock) reported

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@DominicaHurlock As the passcode can't be removed, please write it down, and send it with the phone as the engineers will need this to work on your phone. - giffgaff Janine (2/2)

  • _SimonRice Simon Rice (@_SimonRice) reported

@samuelaled @ThreeUK If I’m not mistaken, only EE & O2 support it - & this excludes MVNOs on their networks like Giffgaff too

  • Selfdefence32 Prince Green IIHHST (@Selfdefence32) reported

Piers Morgan, please help, I use giffgaff, every month I have left over data, why is it that these mobile carriers keep that unused data, we need a campaign to allow folk to donate that left over data to school children or the most vulnerable, come on GMB

  • HJGPhotography Helen J-G (@HJGPhotography) reported

@DickieMeaden I recently switched from O2 to GiffGaff, signal quality has improved and I've saved a fortune...
