@giffgaff okay cool. The Royal Mail don’t seem to have emailed me after over an hour with the QR code etc (it’s not in spam) - I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do apart from wait and hope! I realise this is probably a royal mail issue and not giffgaff but it’s a pain

  • Spindlegrind cockatiel means business! (@Spindlegrind) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Giffgaff for phone and Aquiss for internet. These are companies that give a damn about you. Virgin Vodaphone BT Are all a-holes.

@giffgaff trying to reset pwd for account - I have two numbers registered to the same email address, going round and round with unhelpful emails from the 'forgotten password' link on your page. Can you help?

@ADDISON396 @TheBullzeyeKK @TheTacticalBrit Yeah, I've been with 02 (And it's "Network") for 11-12 years now. I've switched from O2 > GiffGaff > O2 including renewing contracts etc and not had to pay a penny to keep my number. The problem you might have is if they disconnect your old number. That might cause

@JustinList Yep. Then the same masts are handling a maximum number of calls per minute on a ranked network provider basis. Eg one shared mast with 2 cells will be handling multiple networks (who piggy back off the main ones) so O2 will have Tesco, GiffGaff, Sky, Lyca etc

@PhilipP03455974 We're so sorry to see this. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try that out again. If you do have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out from a different internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK GiffGaff are best in my experience, simply because you can cancel any time with 1 month's notice. Just get a £1 sim card from a newsagent & put £10 on it at the same time. Then for £10/mon, UNLIMITED calls & broadband (data limit) with Router. Pay £20/mth for loads of broadband

@lasombra_br You would be able to use a MiFi device, that's not a problem, but unfortunately we wouldn't provide those. - giffgaff Emer.
