@giffgaff BUT I WANT EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR 3G INTERNET. I HAVE 3G SOME AREAS AND IT USE TO WORK FINE. NOW ITS COMPLETLY BROKEN. I TOLD YOU THEY HAD AN HR FROM 8 AND THEYVE IGNORED ME STILL

@giffgaff Had issues with no signal for days. The network status tracker says there's an issue with a local phone mass. When will this be resolved? I've been unable to received texts for days. The only info available is that engineers are most likely on the case...

@giffgaff I’d understand that if you had my address on your system, but seeing as nobody at this address has ever been on your network then it smacks of data theft

So as @giffgaff agent don't want to bother responding, even though I have depression and being able to watch programmes helps, they dont care and have cut off 4G and its still very poor but I can access a view more things on 3G but very slow and hard to watch but they don't care

@sliippr If you need a sim, O2 (and therefore also giffgaff) still have free EU roaming. I’d recommend getting a giffgaff sim because they are super cheap - mine is £10 a month for 15 GB and it’s not a 12 month contract, you can cancel it whenever you want

@rebster4s You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

Still no response from @giffgaff agents but hey what is another customer lost to them. Been with them 2 years but ill be leaving them end month or sooner because they have false advertised and left me with no data

@giffgaff As I have to continually stop repeat payments from your service despite my efforts to cancel automatic renewal on your website I shall be departing your "service" once I have finished dealing with this latest fiasco.
