@giffgaff just popped my sim into my new phone (pixel 6 pro) and i dont get calls or sms or data. The phone detects the sim but says “unavailable”. Any help

@thealso @lankylegohead @ThreeUK Giffgaff, Sky & Tesco, are all on the O2 network! Roaming data capped at 25gb I think though!

@DelphineMusic @giffgaff I use my iPad Air with a giffgaff sim and it works great. Mine actually installed the carrier profile automatically. Do you have the latest iOS first and foremost? If not update that first. Then go to Settings~General~Reset~Reset network settings then pressing See if that works.

@JayPalmer17 @giffgaff It's not just you. I see people on ID Mobile in the UK and me in the US on Ting with the same issue.
