    @giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

    Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….

    @giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.

    10 p/m on a phone (probably just the sim only) is possible maybe only on giffgaff cause every other network even three (best network btw) is at least 12 pound monthly for the cheapest plan with no add ons

    @JP_Galea @O2 Yes! As of yesterday when I loaded the o2 app I had to go through the the link to create a virginmedia account and link my o2 at this point it failed! To link not happy if #o2 don't fix this I will be leaving I may as well be with giffgaff at least I could view my account

    @giffgaff your robot that only works during a specific time in the week is annoying me. What's the point? Customers need support. How can I get the help I need?

    @giffgaff I purchased some travel data for Canada on Friday morning. 16)5/2026. It shows as valid in the app but when I choose mobile data I don't get any signal? Do I have to enable roaming? I don't want to lose the credit on my account.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.
