@giffgaff Hi, I’ve just got a new giffgaff SIM card, I’ve followed all instructions but it still says it needs to be activated. I can’t find my number because it’s not where it says it is and I can’t text the number because my iMessage won’t turn on. Can you help? Why this hard

@giffgaff why are you sending refurbished phones with only 82% battery health left? This is the second phone from you with the same issue! Phone not even QC checked as battery dead on arrival & certainly not ‘LIKE NEW’ as advertised! Getting nowhere with customer services #help

@KatKinard12 Hi Kat. You should have no issues activating your SIM using a credit/debit card. Please can you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

They thought we was a fake ‘network’ and tried joining 02 on the sand which is why giffgaff was developed but then things tuck a turn for the worst and they tuck it over, it’s a big network connected to real tech…
