    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

    @TroyByrneUK @Starlink Get an unlimited giffgaff sim or something else if the signal around you is okay. You can probably get something for around £20

    @O2 your app isn’t working properly. I’ve made 3 attempts to upgrade this evening. “Oops something went wrong” has been your response each time. Please fix it, giffgaff is becoming very tempting.
