    @giffgaff He has many times ... next thing is to ask the network @EE to block the IMEI then it's worthless to you

    @AllyBeaven I moved away from Three pretty quickly when moving up here for the same reason. Doing alright on giffgaff for now. No contract so you can always leave at any point if it doesn't work out.

    @darrensangita @EE Thanks - several people have suggested giffgaff so I'll check it out. One factor I have to take into account is which network has coverage in this far corner of Cornwall - on the Lizard where we don't even get all the TV channels !

    @giffgaff I got an email advising of refund and now my service has stopped. Can't make or receive calls, can't add new goodybag. Can you help?
