    @giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???

    @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
