    Hey @giffgaff @O2 do you no longer have a GPRS network? I have a device that only has GPRS capability and used to work fine until a month or two ago.

    @giffgaff I have received an email to say my new SIM card will arrive I thought it was spam today my SIM card arrived, however I am not a customer of yours .... I cannot find a customer services number to contact to discuss fraud

    Just to let you know all I did was change a sim to giffgaff as they’re service didn’t work in my house and their website lied! I sent them screenshots told them and they didn’t want to resolve or listen even though how are you going to come

    @giffgaff I’m a customer trying to remedy a duplicate card transaction. Just noticed that your response page has a typo on it. Presumably ‘and agent’ should read ‘an agent’ shouldn’t it?
