    @giffgaff There is no answer on the feedback and they are saying its answered but nothing and phone not working. So I'm not tech phobic...but its not even taking or sending WiFi calls but has credit...

    @jerijerod14 Buy a second hand one. I got one from Giffgaff. Brilliant plus you can choose any network so much cheaper per month as well

    @giffgaff I paid for a £20 goodybag last night and still haven’t received an email of confirmation and the goodybag is not active yet, the money is off my account though. please help :))

    @giffgaff you sold me a phone that does not accept a SIM card. Permanently no service. Yes it was refurbished but you clearly didn’t run it through checks before you made money from it !
