    @beesinateacup Hi Lorna 😞 Was the phone purchased from O2 directly, or Giffgaff? if the phone was purchased from us, but the Giffgaff sim works in it, this would mean the phone is unlocked, as it wouldn't work if the phone was locked to O2, even though they use our network.

    @DaniGabrielle94 @giffgaff Once you face problem like us. You than won't suggest anyone else. Keep my word. Switch to other network you have time. There is no proper support center. No customer care service. No physical office, no direct human interaction, where you can ask for emergency support.

    @hotgemMGMT I can't remember why but I had to get a contract phone. Was gutted to leave GiffGaff as they were the best service provider ever, and I've had a few.

    @giffgaff If that's the case then why my sim is not activated. You mentioned this in your message there will be immediately support, right? Then what's issue to support activate my sim ? Why ? Why ? Why?
