    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @_imey @DanNeidle Yeah, I reckon it shows ripoff O2 prices, etc. After changing to giffgaff my price is down on 10 years ago.

    Hey @O2 I have a phone that's locked to your network but since I'm now on GiffGaff, I can't unlock it... What do I do?

    @giffgaff I am still paying off my refurbished IPhone 14 and the camera is no longer working, have tried lots of different things, apparently it’s a known issue and when I run the serial number through Apple website, they said it has previously been sorted for this

    @Surprice123519 Hi there. At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah

    @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?
