@giffgaff why have you had an update where if your on the phone you don’t get any notification of a missed called unless they leave a voicemail. Any advice will help? If they call you and you don’t get a voicemail you won’t know you missed a call. #annoying

  • ashtreex Suzanne Keene (@ashtreex) reported

Hey @GiffGaff really poor service from you, reported damaged SIM card on Monday, STILL waiting for replacement. Users can't post SIMs, you know.

  • stuartbentley82 Stuart (@stuartbentley82) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@giffgaff I've had terrible signal over last few weeks in Hu5 1sw region is there any issues. While at work at that postcode really struggled to load hardly any Web pages.

I got a 5g sim for my phone with my network ( Giffgaff excellent #giffgaff @giffgaff ) has the best pick up of any network in my area of Norfolk (@vodafone being worst!) But no network has #5G here out in sticks yet. So can't be bothered to change over yet! It's just a pain todo

  • msglug 𝕘𝕝𝕦𝕘 🇪🇺🇬🇮 (@msglug) reported

@giffgaff I switched to a different network but choosing manually is a problem if you fly to another country that doesn't have the network you selected - it goes into spasm. Given that it's a persistent problem though, it isn't a troubleshooting issue. Does GiffGaff not have an agreement?

  • crookie74 Paul Crook (@crookie74) reported

@giffgaff Yes I have but not getting very far... The message said that there was "Quotable Damage Found" but the phone has not be dropped/damaged in any way. This is daylight robbery

  • FreyaStrutt Freyj (@FreyaStrutt) reported

Hey @giffgaff my calls are coming out of my credit not my goodybag??? Please help!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@msglug We do have a roaming agreement with Luxembourg, meaning you should be able to use your giffgaff SIM card there. However, as you need to connect to another network while you are abroad, unfortunately we are not able to investigate these networks further - giffgaff Jade

  • stuartbentley82 Stuart (@stuartbentley82) reported

@giffgaff Yeah I've checked that, it's however been like this over last 2 weeks, is there a mast down or something, I typically work between 7am and 2am and its been like that the last 10 days or so.
