@giffgaff I received a complaint that an elderly customer had bills of at least £280 from doing charity work - this should never have been allowed to happen & this is a safeguarding issue also - GiffGaff should at very least refund her money under goodwill/CSR

@giffgaff No particular thing. GiffGaff charges huge amount of money if the package ended few days earlier. Very difficult to communicate with customer service ( last time I submitted a request and received a response next day). I prefer to ba able to call rather than just typing.

@paulmsmith1975 @giffgaff this may be a silly question but are you sure she's a giffgaff customer? giffgaff is a wholly PAYG provider which means that everything is paid for in advance and there are no bills or tariffs that can be adjusted, the only option is which pre paid plan you choose each month.

@giffgaff I need a point of contact to email the paperwork to who can refund her money & fix her tariffs - this is a vulnerable elderly lady trying only to help others - we need a goodwill gesture & then her tariffs fixed
