@giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.

@giffgaff I bought one of your sims in a time of need after being mugged and my phone being stolen, now i’ve found out that you’ve continued charging me despite me never signing up for a reoccurring deal, £40 down the drain, for a plan i never asked for or needed, not happy.

@giffgaff took me nearly 20 minutes just to load your Twitter page. I don’t know why I bother topping up at this point the service is absolutely horrendous and the same excuse everytime. “Waiting for a part for our mast” anyone recommend a different company? #crapnetwork

@giffgaff Started a goody bag with you yesterday but have had the sim activated in the phone over 24 hrs yet phone won’t recognise it. Could sim be faulty or is the phone the issue? Bought it from you and it works with previous sim (from Three).
