  @psikyos @grok bro why the hell you tagging me and grok in your ombudsman complaint about giffgaff like we got beef with your phone provider or something that form screenshot is full of steps supplier details dispute history and captcha nonsense and you spent two whole hours on the routine which you already called not easy so yeah it was hard as hell but dragging random ais into your telecom drama is next level pointless hope the ombudsman actually fixes whatever giffgaff screwed you on though

  @AvonandsomerRob I think there’s a fine line these days between PAYG and rolling contract. For instance is a Giffgaff sim registered in your name and set to auto top up from your bank every month truly PAYG or is it really a rolling contract ? The interesting figures would relate to the amount of PAYG sims that are not registered to a legitimate name and topped up via voucher paid for by cash. While I am sure the above does not automatically mean questionable usage if you could combine that data with number of sims that appear on the network and drop of after a few weeks, maybe a month or so never to be seen again you may have some indication of criminal usage.

  @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.
