    @O2 Been an o2 payg customer but switched over to giffgaff for some time now. Now I want to get contract on o2 but can't as I can't change my old billing address on my existing o2 account as I don't have any services on it. Can you help? Thanks.

    @Nick_Wellings @OperaCreep @RuthElleson I operate through a MiFi I had for trains etc via which I function on a loaned tablet since the laptop has been in a coma. £20 per month virtually unlimited on giffgaff kindly paid by a friend. Mine was 3 and I freed it, but they aren't network tied now.

    @giffgaff Because it was all I could and still all I can afford. But even if I could go and splash out on a brand new phone (current one is a broken s7 edge) and fancy shmancy contract, I'd still stay with Giffgaff because I have NEVER had any issue at all. Xx

    @Combicon @giffgaff I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend swaycybertech on Instagram to me and he help me recover my account back in 30mins. His an expert
