@HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

An hour on the phone with @HSBC_UK after mt account was blocked when making a payment WITHIN THE £25K LIMIT. They've hung up on me 4 times now and it's still unresolved. I'm moving my money and closing account as soon as I can get access to it. SHOCKING customer service.

Absolutely shocking service from @HSBC_UK blocked access to my account, can't help online, won't pick up the phone, 45mins waiting in a call centre queue got disconnected twice and when finally got through they hung up on me!! Fuming! #yourcallisimportanttous CLEARLY NOT!

@HSBC_UK So this means in fact there is no way to access without the app? I know I can uninstall and install, I’m concerned this won’t help because I have an old iPhone and the newest version won’t work (iPhone 6). Calling is also a pain because I live in Brazil. Thanks

@HSBC_UK @HSBC I’ve been a customer of HSBC (UK) for nearly 30 years, but the latest round of branch closures is the final straw. I’ll be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. There are still excellent branch networks across the UK, sadly not the case with HSBC.

@HSBC_UK On a call with customer service. 1hr 20mins. During the call I've been told there is no technical team for your online banking service & advised to take my 76yr mum who has a broken hip on a 30mile trip to a branch you are closing. Not Good Enough.

@MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC_UK I went to NatWest the next day, set up a new bank account, went over to HSIT and closed all the accounts down and moved them to NatWest HSBC are the world's worst bank
