@HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

@danielbryantuk @HSBC_UK Was @HSBC customer for a couple of years. Their website is terrible, kept bouncing across multiple portals with multiple logins. Glad I refinanced and moved to a different lender. If possible, would never go back to them.

@danielbryantuk @HSBC_UK I had similar issues with them. Tbh all the big brand banks seem a bit poor. I’m now of the mindset which is to look for the rewards, earn them and move on. No longer a bank for life loyal customer.

@HSBC_UK Worst bank services as hsbc cut real people and outsourced most jobs to remote countries to save costs. The people always needs call and talk to remote ones that never feel people . This is worst bank in the world. It’ll go down and go bankruptcy. Lost people lost services .

@HSBC_UK The branch is a two hour round trip, you’ve shut all of my local ones so I can’t just “pop down there” to check. Your customer service chat bot isn’t fit for purpose and your telephone teams were less than useless. I don’t think I’ll be banking with you anymore.

@HSBC_UK I've provided feedback via the app and the internal survey questionnaire, so I hope action is taken. Designing a system this ineffective requires a failure up and down the management chain (i.e. it's not just the devs, QA, or ***!)

@danielbryantuk @HSBC_UK You could move to first direct, who are a spin off of HSBC iirc. Martin lewis reports them as have the best customer experience rates from reviewers. usually the switch bonus is decent too!!!

@recordedontape @HSBC_UK Had the same issue today! Went into bank. They couldn’t help. Rang online banking to be told there’s an issue with sending PIN codes via email. I can’t access my account at all! I have staff salaries to pay tonight too..
