@HSBC_UK @Anthony66372214 Working class people should think very carefully about which bank they are invested their hard earned cash with and how exactly their money is being spent 🤔

@kevmg @HSBC_UK Too much reliance on electronic devices/apps for vetting mortgages, recruitment etc. A1 is meant to support humans not take over from them. Laziness and money saving is at the heart

@HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni You've made it clear that you support positive discrimination so I'll be taking my banking elsewhere.

@kevmg @NickPye10 @HSBC_UK They set up an online application form, then accuse you of not taking advice, that's a kind of entrapment, also did you complain during a cooling off period? Did they inform you of the obvious error by return? Surely a representative would check the form and see your error?

@kevmg @BreiddenLil @HSBC_UK Did you real ih se your error within a 14 day cooling off period?

@HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni It's actually working class white children at the bottom of the educational pile so when will you be setting up a scheme to help them?

@HSBC_UK have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. They may as well put up a sign reading "If you're a customer of ours please **** off"

@HSBC_UK @grumblemag1 You can’t say ‘for all’ when this is clearly not for all. As many others have said, white working class boys are the most unlikely to attend university, but nobody wants to help them.

@HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni You've made it clear that you support positive discrimination. I'll be sure to avoid banking with you in future.

@HSBC_UK Ah...thanks. we never received a text/never said it would send us a letter and no email after we submitted. Tried 3 times. Is there a number I can call for online support?

@c_dodson_thatch @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni White people statistically hold a disproportionate number of positions of power so need less support reaching them, it's not complicated

@HSBC_UK Hi Johanna. The website, the branch and the man I spoke to on the phone earlier (see my original second tweet of three) say I can't unless I'm an existing customer.

@HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni I’m a white working class male, can I apply? If not - why are you discriminating?
