@HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

Oh my days @HSBC @HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I simply want to open an additional current account. Up to 15 days????? This should be 15 minutes at most!!!

@HSBC_UK your service is just terrible. I have a business account with a company credit card, it’s taken me 4.5 hours to get no where with being on hold, checks, cutting me off and my card is still blocked when I made a legitimate purchase. Sort it out will ya!

@HSBC_UK shambolic service on the breakdown recovery provided by RAC. Charged £180 for recovery due to a snapped key almost 3 hours later still no sign.

@HSBC_UK Noticeable how HSBC are becoming more and more like the rest of UK 'service companies' - i.e 'no service'!- you can no longer contact them in writing electronically, e-mail disappeared years ago and so now has their messaging system - what remains is a mess!

Transferred 2000£ last 18th from my @HSBC_UK account to my Sri Lankan account in @panasiabanksl . I have not received it yet . Shame on @CBSL. This isn’t the first time it has happened. There is always some problem trying to get the money. #SriLankaEconomicCrisis #SriLanka

Awful service from @HSBC_UK. Tried to open an account for my son as they stated this would take “minutes”. It’s been 48,960 mins so far and still no account. Every time I try and speak to someone (phone or website), I’m cut off. #timetochangebanks

Account switch to @HSBC_UK. Got debit card and PIN in post. Trying to get online access - I need a telephone security PIN (not received). Their website says to call 03457 404404 to set it up. You call that number and they require the same PIN, LOL. What a mess, ridiculous.
