@HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

Oh my days @HSBC @HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I simply want to open an additional current account. Up to 15 days????? This should be 15 minutes at most!!!

@premraghvani @HSBC_UK Just managed to get on myself. Apparently some people were able to access, others like myself not at all. Still…fingers crossed all resolved for everyone now :)

@HSBC_UK It wasn't. It took slightly more than an hour. I think an outage of that long without any live updates on social media is unacceptable for a high street bank.
