    Oh my days @HSBC @HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I simply want to open an additional current account. Up to 15 days????? This should be 15 minutes at most!!!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

    @HSBC_UK just signed up for a credit card to then wait 90 mins to be hung up on 3 times with support ... is this the service I can expect from you HSBC?

    When 'chat' functions are so bad, it's quicker to go into branch to get an answer from @HSBC_UK @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Broken experience design, never-answered messages. Replacing old message systems that at least worked. All about mighty profit & extreme rewards for some?

    @HSBC_UK When is the mobile banking app issue for Android likely to be resolved? App will not open for almost a week now, cannot use the website without app, cannot reinstall as that locks account and previous experience contacting via telephone is frustrating to say the least

    @NaviNavv @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @naomiagista they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @HSBC_UK @hemanlinks @HSBC_UK The same problem here, for a week we already have tried to resolve issues with international payment which when we did transfer in November was received fine by recipient, but now we tried to do it 3 times and nothing - since 16 December!

    Tried to log in to my hsbc app after not getting any transaction notifications for a few days. It then didn't recognise my password. After multiple tries, I'm now locked out of my account. Others having issues too. Cheers @HSBC_UK 👍🏽
