@HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

Oh my days @HSBC @HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer for 25 years. I simply want to open an additional current account. Up to 15 days????? This should be 15 minutes at most!!!

@HSBC_UK Please help me. SABB Bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia withheld my salary deposited in my bank account due to a mistake committed by one of the bank’s employees and refused to release my withheld salary for unconvincing reasons.

@HSBC_UK on hold for over an hour, locked out from my business account for 3 weeks, then told to wait an hour for a text message and told to use a plastic security device once then throw it away. This bank is the worst. Do you have any plans on improving this terrible service?

@HSBC_UK I am even using @Citibank but never faced any service issue because I never even needed to call the customer service. This is so shameful that your employee just wasted my so much time. She should have informed in the first itself.

@HSBC_UK I tried 08001696333, picked the Third Party option and got through to the solicitor line again. Tried again, this time picking the 'customer' option. They won't speak to me as I am not the customer and referred me to the Third Party Team I cannot get through to. Please advise.
