    Just overhearing a conversation between someone and @HSBC_UK and realising the bank doesn’t want to have #fraud reported to them. He keeps on getting asked for his sort code and account number. When he isn’t a customer so doesn’t have one. @UKSFO

    @HSBC_UK - have to say as a new customer your service is poor. I’ve tried setting up app, tried to log on online. Not received customer number after nearly a month, tried to call tried to go into branch never anyone to talk too. Better option is for me to withdraw and close acc
