@HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

@HSBC_UK @N_T_S I can't even... 81 hectares is less than 1km, that would not even offset the damage from the trees cut down to send out paper statements! Not to mention you've charged me for 4 years to have a dormant business account sending me paper statement every month, I opted out! SMFH.

@HSBC_UK @redditchrachel Did you not read Rachels comments?? Part of the problem is accessing a branch - they are open fewer and fewer hours, forcing more of us to have excruciatingly difficult conversations on the phone with operators following a script rather than "talking".

@HSBC_UK I've been with you for about 30 years & been happy with your services. Just had a loan approved and found no way to complete the journey. Error on website, blank screen on mobile app. I use @monzo for my spending money, but thinking of moving everything over to them.
