    @HSBC_UK what is the point putting me through security checks when shopping online if you decline at the last second? I’m self isolating, you lost me my delivery slot and now can’t get one for 2 more days. How do you fix this? Will HSBC staff pop round with a week of food??

    @HSBC_UK Jay gave me the direct number in case they didn't call me back. I left it for three days in case they were busy, so rang last Monday. That's when the apparent technical issue occurred. I then rang your complaints department who told me I'd hear from HSBC by Monday (yesterday).

    @HSBC_UK Our daughter had funds with in a child trust fund. We tried to move this money to AJ Bell investments. The money has now gone missing and despite repeated attempts we can get nobody at HSBC to be consistent or engage. This is for her tuition fees at university. HELP!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on the phone for that many hours it’s affecting my health, this is a terrible way to treat a customer of 15years! I go on holiday Thursday with over £30.000 and I have no access to it!! Great service ay??

If you’re homeless, youre homeless and deserve equal access to any scheme.We’re in a time where theres less ‘social credit’ for Hsbc to help a straight white lad than a so called ‘minority’.That’s a problem
