    @HSBC_UK Thank you for the reply. Some of the other banks have provided the service that their Customers can set a Contactless limit that there are happy with. Rather than £100 or Nothing! @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis

    @DominicFrisby @Ye_Olde_Holborn @HSBC_UK Strangely enough, I have found first direct (part of HSBC) not to have a problem. Transferred quite a bit to exchanges with no issues.

    << Waited several more minutes, but after being on the phone for an hour, I gave up. Why can’t requests for credit card increases be simplified rather than subjecting customer’s to the torture of dealing with a call centre in Bangalore? I’ve now given up on my request. @HSBC_UK

    I'm fortunate it's a relatively small amount, but keep thinking...what if it wasn't? How is it OK for my bank not to protect me? 31 mins on hold to be told I need to ring a different department, who already told me they can't help me @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK I need urgent help. You’ve blocked my account and currently in Australian hotel quarantine. I’ve called 4 times and none of your staff are able to unlock it. We have no access to our money. Can anyone help me? Going around in circles on your call centers

    @HSBC_UK need answer, helping a friend,he has a account at HSBC uk, he has a gold card (no credit card at that time yet), just his name and the account number is written on the card, nothing else. how can he dettermine that his money is still there? need help.

    Erm @HSBC_UK I have been on hold for 4 hours trying to open a joint account (existing Premier customer and my partner has completed the pre checks which took at hour over phone). What is going on? Why do i have to spend hours on hold? Why cant i do this online or ta branch?

    @HSBC_UK my branch closed and I need to pay in a cheque that is over your app paying in limit. Website says pay in at a post office but need a paying in slip which the post office don't provide, how do I get one please? Also can I pay at any post office or only certain branches?

    Please explain why, on receipt of “call us urgently” call from @HSBC_UK I find that lines close at 8pm, depsite message saying 10pm. EVEN for stolen cards! Liability? I don’t thinlk I have experienced such an appalling level of service in over 30 years

    @HSBC_UK Weybridge branch queues are a joke every week. Any chance of opening during hours that fit the employed workforce opposed to the unemployed? 45min wait 3x this month alone. Reducing costs to fit your money laundering models are one thing but can I have some service?

    @DominicFrisby @HSBC_UK You want to try HSBC's 'Chat'; it is truly awful. What on earth is the point of it? It never works. Further, HSBC staff do not know how to limit the 'Contactless Payment Limit'; absolutely surreal. How is it that they are allowed to run a bank?
