If @HSBC_UK was a person you would say, 'Oh God, not him again! He always does this, and I know EXACTLY what to expect from him'. Then you would cut him out of your life, and possibly change your address. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
@HSBC_UK I opened an account 3 weeks ago and still have not received telephone access. Letter said 7 working days. I can't access/register on line until I have this. Pls advise.
@HSBC_UK so frustrated with your fraud team. I filed a fraud claim 18 weeks ago today. Have chased up 3 or 4 times and have been told I would be contacted each time but have heard nothing. At all. Today I was told it is still being processed (after calling AGAIN). Help please.
@HSBC_UK received a letter out of the blue purporting to be from HSBC regarding a refund, how can I determine if this is a scam or not? Tried calling customer service but cut off after 20 min wait.

Economic neglect is affecting my financial health. My bank have sent a capricious letter telling me that my arranged overdraft limit is reduced. I may change banks for this. If they cannot support carers or #ExcludedUK fine artists during a global pandemic. @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK The issue with investments module has never worked. It’s impossible to top up investments ISA online, always error message

Switched to @HSBC_UK on 3 April. Nothing but problems. No switch yet and it should have been completed. #warning don't uswitch to @HSBC_UK
@HSBC_UK the mobile app for Apple users seems to be not working this morning. Myself and Users on other sites have reported that after logging in it immediately logs out saying the session has expired when trying to access an account. Big problem.
@HSBC_UK I’m having problems as of this morning 19/4/21. Can log in fine see my balances but can’t look at my transactions as it says my session has expired and takes me back to log in screen.

@HSBC_UK Mobile Banking App is not working. You can log in but if you try to do anything it states that your session has expired. Many other users report same problem.
