@HSBC_UK woeful experience trying to get help for my 83 year old mother. On hold 30 minutes plus. Asked to call back because system down. Zero appointments available in branch within 20 miles. Cant even complain because the non customer phone line asks for my account number????

@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.

@HSBC_UK The customer service advisors were friendly however @HSBC_UK need to investigate fraud. If a fraud organisation @actionfrauduk says a fraudulent activity occurred, how can a bank then state no fraud occurred?🤔

@HSBC_UK Hello, I have recently upgraded to iOS15 Beta w/o knowing you dont support it, as you did support iOS14 Beta last year. I wonder If I downgraded to 14, do I need to verify my account on the app again? I am oversea atm, cant make a long distance call to reset.

@HSBC_UK Really poor quality of customer service ( or rather I should say non service ) being offered by your BIB telephone support. Dreadfully long wait times to get through and when I finally do I find out that you are holding old and inaccurate contact details for my business.

A case for clueless customer service. Called #HSBC_UK yesterday at 12:30 for breakdown assistance which is operated by #TheRAC_UK. More than a day later and after having chased regularly until the wee hours, the car is still in the same spot, poorly parked on a country lane.

Has anyone else experienced the utterly astonishing wait time that @HSBC_UK have in place before you can talk to anyone on the phone? It is simply a pathetic service given the fees they charge and the profits they make. 1 h 30 min is not uncommon. Changing bank supplier.
