    @HSBC_UK I gave my mobile number to a member of Bank staff today in relation to a Power of Attorney issue. I am not a customer of HSBC. Within an hour I received a scam call from 0345 number claiming to be from your bank. You have a problem wrt personal info security!

    Eventually got through, but @HSBC_UK you appear to have connectivity issues. The line is awful on your side - the hold music and announcements are clear as a bell the moment you get through to someone it breaks up, making the call longer. at £1.20 a minute, that's not fun

    @HSBC_UK my elderly father has been waiting for over an hour on the phone to get through to you to block his card as the details have been compromised. He cannot work out where to block the card online on his account. #vulnerable

    @HSBC_UK Not at the moment, thanks. I would like to see an online chat feature which HSBC customers can access easily if they are locked out or can’t access their accounts - it seems that the online chat only works after logging onto their internet banking account.

    @HSBC_UK Hello is there a problem with the mobile app at the moment? It shows the balance in the account, then shuts down. It's not my account. I'm asking on behalf of a friend who has very little English.

    @HSBC_UK @DarrenPRedick Absolute tosh. We've been being told "a large volume of calls" for years and years. If it's always a "large volume of calls", than that's actually the "normal volume of calls". In which case the problem isn't the volume, it's that you don't have enough staff. Stop lying.

    @HSBC_UK on hold for 18 minutes now with your helpline!! tell your developers to do better, every single time there's a beta iOS, your app crashes. For some reason, you've gone down the route of no app = no banking whatsoever, thank you!

    @HSBC_UK It's a Realmi and it's one year old. The app was downloaded a month ago and I don't know whether it's been updated since. There is no error message. The app opens and she can see her bakace, then it closes straight away.
