    Just got off the phone with @HSBC_UK. They just reported 1/2 yr profits of $8.4 billion (after tax) but plan to start charging charities £5 per mth + 40p per cheque in or out. That's obscene greed! I told the guy I don't how how he can stomach working for them! #Shameful

    @HSBC_UK Hello, We have problem with payment from Kazakhstan to Switzerland company which has account in HSBC UK. Payment was sent 20 days ago ad still beneficiary didnt get it. All requests from our bank and from beneficiary was ignored by HSBC uk. We have sent request by swift channel

    @HSBC_UK been trying to cancel Aspects insurance for over a year & still can't! Have spent hours on hold to customer service, but you keep charging me. Plus you had months to test beta ios15 so why no business app two weeks on????

    @HSBC_UK Business banking. 1hr37 on the phone to get an answer. I know we are operating in a pandemic but this is no longer new and companies should have resilience in place to deal with this by now. You are a service company and customers are your lifeblood, treat us accordingly!

    @HSBC_UK My secure keypad has run out of battery & it appears there's no way to replace it. I tried to contac help on #HSBC website - but nothing for this. I rang HSBC - held on for 9 mins, finally got ring tone but the line went dead. I need a replacement secure keypad asap!

    @HSBC_UK I've never experienced more shocking service from a bank in all my life! I'm from South Africa and our 3rd world banks are many times the superior to the service you offer HSBC! The branch workers refer me online only, your website is unhelpful, and no humans on phone!

    @HSBC_UK can someone contact me as matter of urgency. Card blocked & 6 different calls to no avail, to be told to wait 48 hours for call back or visit a branch. How can I visit when I cant use my card to drive there. Never known service like it. I can’t even fuel car to get home.
