    @HSBC_UK absolutely horrenduous that i had to spend 1 hour on phone with fraud team for every genuine payment made and despite explaining each time, i have to repeat the same thing from A to Z. shabby customer service from HSBC, can someone please reply, all details are in DM

    @HSBC_UK Sadly your service does not match up when you’ve made a mistake. Paying retailers twice & making your customer remain out of pocket for a prolonged time whilst going dark!! Blaming the retailer, who blames you, while the customer is in the dark and out of pocket. #DoesNotAddUp

    @HSBC_UK Interesting! There is no problem with Aviva, Jupiter, M&G etc. I am trying to register a Power of Attorney but finding it impossible with HSBC! Uploading not an option. Perhaps you can put me in touch with your compliance department so I can keep us both within the law?

    @HSBC_UK, I've also tried complaining. After I did speak to that agent, I got an automated email asking about my experience. I explained my problems. And nothing happened.

    @HSBC_UK not a massive problem compared to what’s going on in the world right now but I have had a badge notification on my HSBC app now for over 6months , I spoke to you earlier in the year and you said it would be resolved in next update.

    @HSBC_UK Trying to report a scam text my 82 year old father replied to yesterday is an absolute joke! Been transferred to three different people, repeating the same details every time and cannot seem to get any help!! Utterly useless #HSBC

    @Jo2901TF @HSBC_UK Truly the level of intelligence of management & staff of High Street Banks is appaling. Since you are using French in your post what ******** would they do if you withdrew money from an ATM with a Debit Card on the same account. This is why machines are replacing people rapidly.

    @HSBC_UK, so can you help me speak to a person who can help me? I can't use the HSBC app as I do not have a UK mobile phone, only an NZ one. I have an address in the UK but am not there often, and won't be there for several months, so I can't just visit a branch.

    @HSBC_UK I have applied for the new bank account some 10days ago and when I mailed the respective branch they told it will take 7 more days to get the account opened. **On calling customer care I was on-hold 30mins and haven't transfer to anyone. You guy's are **** 😡😡

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to help my elderly father who was scammed via txt, transferred to FOUR different people, none of which understood what I was telling them.. now on hold for 30 minutes apparently being transferred again.. think I’ve just been put on hold and forgotten #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Hi, intl customer & I've to say the ph CSRs could do to up their comms style. I just wasted an hr because the 1st rep didn't clearly state "Yeah that's done", the 2nd just ended the call. Then in between there's the auto ph hell that'd frustrate christ! It's 4:00am 😪

    @HSBC_UK Tried it all but I am not in possession of all the data required because I am not an HSBC customer and the POA donor doesn't have a bank account with you. The on-line registration requires a sort code and bank account number. Why is it only HSBC which will not deal with emails?

    Dear @HSBC_UK why do you suck so badly? You flag something as fraud eventough i have NEVER had fraudulent activity. Then you require us to call you and wait for 30+ minutes to address the fraud issue ... Learn from other banks who call their customers if there is an issue!

    @HSBC_UK I'm complaining about how hard it is to contact you. I'm trying to upgrade my UK accounts to Premier but I currently live in New Zealand. I have Premier status in NZ but to get upgraded in the UK I have to ring HSBC's phone service. I've had several problems, to follow.

    @HSBC_UK have been on hold for an hour to you and an hour at lunchtime no answer -after getting a text message to call urgently with ref no. what’s going on? Online banking is just a bot that tells me to call customer services..

    @HSBC_UK somebody has sent money an old account I don’t use and I can’t log in to access the money. Apparently my username doesn’t match records even though you gave it to me with my account details. Please can somebody help me?
