    @HSBC_UK No - the underwriting team passed a message through the agent saying if an auto check has been done they can’t do a manual one. Banging head against a brick wall was the outcome. Thanks for your communication though - think I’ll tell the story on the money saving expert site

    @stevewr30354106 @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni The fact that at the time of writing 83 ppl are stupid enough to not understand that scholarships are available to ppl from groups who would traditionally find it harder to access Oxbridge education & that BEING WHITE is definitely not one of those groups, is depressing.

    @HSBC_UK - what an absolute shambles. Here I am trying to get a refund from cc amd on the second attempt of getting through to I am told that ypu have suspended my account. Now reason why, no help, no use amd I have to go to the branch to resolve it. #poorcustomerservice

    @HSBC_UK the bank that does not want to take Money ! Went to local branch to pay my dads credit card bill with “CASH” and cashier would not take the “CASH” close down all the branches and the ones left open very unhelpful

    @HSBC_UK is not a secure bank. 3rd time I got money taken out by a fraudster through ‘telephone banking’. It can only mean our personal Data is not safe and being accessed through their server.

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, very disappointed with your customer service on phone and online. I was on call for more that half an hour and could not hold of anyone. Similarly, tried to get hold of some online but no response received from some one and finally I was signed out.

    @HSBC_UK Help needed. My daughter and I both bank with hsbc. She has now been waiting at least 4 months for a replacement bank card - unbelievable I know! - and for access to her a/c via her Hounslow branch, telephone or online banking. NO-ONE seems able to get this simple sorted

    @HSBC_UK Please help me. The SABB bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has withheld my salary, which is deposited in my bank account, due to the mistake of one of the employees and refuses to release him for unconvincing reasons.
