I need to know if he can easily use that service as he doesn't do online. Will there still be staff there to help him, please?

And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2
