    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Try @firstdirect yes they are part of hsbc but are much better. Been with them for over 17yrs and no issues. If you do have to ring you get through to them quite quickly.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I can honestly say any bank. I actually moved my account while on hold to HSBC. Monzo approved it 2 days later. I did the transfer and 6 days after that the account is up an running . Service and APP 1000% better. Now one other business and two personal accounts to move

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK @BarclaysUKHelp once stitched my up in 1991. I sent about $30000 of cash to a supplier the Far East. They transposed two account numbers. Claimed, in the small print, they were not liable for errors. Charged me £1500 for a loan and fees to recover the cash. Never again

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK [2] The farce that these businesses call 'customer service' is a complete joke. The only good 'customer service' now exists in simple online order of something you want & the seller has at the same time. Amazon do it to a level of efficiency almost non-existent elsewhere sadly

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I just hope ur Broadband isnt with Vodafone...I spent 4 hours on the phone with them once trying to sort an issue out...they keep putting u on hold and transferring u (on purpose I believe) 😬

    Come on @HSBC_UK, I need to get a BIB security device activated, but you don't have enough people taking commercial banking customer calls. Appallingly long wait times mean people can't do what they need to do, so naturally they think about changing their bank. Get a grip!

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Move to a bank where it's not necessary to have to phone them. Starling are really good, been with them years and have had to contact them once, which was on a live chat, problem solved immediately
