    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    @HSBC_UK hsb c Mobil app has problem when I change to my new iPhone . Then the old iPhone problem as well . The set up app asking to sign in and set up . After sign in it need to general the code from security machine . After that the screen has no option to fill the number in ?

    @MissFoxxFD @HSBC_UK No. That's wrong. It shows integration has never been better and that the future is very promising. Young black people actually do just fine in terms of income and don't suffer the same problems as earlier generations. The same graph 10 years ago wouldn't have looked this good.

    @HSBC_UK are you able to help me. A customer filed a chargeback for about £300, then realised her order was at her post office. She’s emailed me telling me she’s told her bank, but i’ve had a notification saying they sided with her and have refunded her. She’s in Canada
