    @HSBC_UK you’ve sent my daughter a cheque for the quality of service she has received from yourselves did not meet the standards you would expect to add insult to injury she can not bank the cheque online because it does not have a back although it states in the letter attached

    @HSBC_UK Please can someone help me as I need to set up a new digital secure key on my new mobile phone but in doing so have locked myself out of online banking and my mobile app! Have waited on the line for 30 minutes for someone to answer my call and given up!

    @HSBC_UK @UdokaEbenezer @HSBC_UK Why haven't you refunded me the fraudulent payment that you told me not to worry about and let it transfer as you have signed a protection agreement for your customers? But then, you don't refund? Why are customer service lying? Why can't you protect your customers?

    Well switched to @HSBC_UK in 3rd April (our 50th wedding anniversary) my husband has no access whatsoever as his security number still not arrived. Customer services lied on several occasions, it's now 27th.... Avoid @HSBC_UK it's a nightmare.

    And what a thoroughly inept banking system @HSBC_UK is. 'Customer service'--that's an oxymoron! Looking forward to changing to a more capable and efficient bank. Little wonder @HSBC_UK's online system is constantly going down, given that their staff don't seem to know anything!

    @HSBC_UK Your service or lack thereof is DISGRACEFUL! You have frozen my partner's UK account because he tried to send me money! And you don't pick up the phone. This has caused terrible distress to us and means we can't buy our house in the UK! How is this acceptable?

    @HSBC_UK hi, my partner (not on social media) can't find a suitable phone menu option to discuss his disabled son's access to his Child Trust Fund (his son is non-verbal & turns 18 soon). How can he get in touch with someone who can help? He's unable to go to a branch in person.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, help me understand how marketing mailshots are addressed only to one male person in a joint account & not both. If your software can’t include both, it throws up doubts about your financial services. My wife & I are pretty disappointed to say the least.

    @HSBC_UK customer service in total meltdown, spent the total of 2 hrs on one transaction, new protocol l'll place you on hold and then leave you until you give up or lose the will to live, 1hr 05 today, if I ran my business like this I would be bankrupt!! New Bank it is then 20y
