Help @HSBC_UK my standing order for my bills left my account today but didn’t reach the intended bank account causing havoc. It normally works fine and I had sufficient funds. Where has the money gone!? Your chat function also says a SIX hour delay to speak to a human!

@HSBC_UK Also I tried calling to book an appointment in branch. Phone rang for 26 minutes before someone answered and then after talking for another 10 minutes, I got cut off. It doesn’t feel like the greatest customer service considering I’m just trying to open a new account.

@HSBC_UK why is it impossible to speak by VOICE to anyone in your team lately? I am constantly on hold for up to an hour with both my personal and business accounts. In fact, it is impossible to speak to anyone other than by live chat for business!! BAD CSAT

Dear @HSBC_UK, what is going on with app notifications? Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don’t. My phone and the app are both up to date. I’ve complained about this before and was told it would be looked into, but I’ve heard nothing. This is poor customer service.

Blimey @HSBC_UK, chat says up to 6hr wait to chat, on hold for 15 minutes on phone to resolve a credit card issue. Having been asked "is it a credit card issue?" by automated system was sent to a different team, then back on hold to speak to the credit card team. Exhausting.

@HSBC_UK hello I am unable to log into the app. At the second attempt I can read: HSBC UK keeps stopping. I do not log often in the app as it is only for my mortgage. Version is 3.21.0 No problems with any other app.

I miss @HSBC_UK #ChapelAllerton branch which closed just over a year ago. The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful when my mum died in 2011, then when my ex-husband died in 2015. That personal care made all the difference to me. @Barclays dropped the ball when I needed support

@HSBC_UK any plans to introduce disposable card numbers (like @RevolutApp does)? I recently had fraudulent activity on the card (picked up swiftly by your team, thanks) but feel that if I could do disposable cards I could significantly reduce the risk of having to block my card.
