@giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Still failing. What is particularly irritating is that a phone call to HSBC failed to reveal that the problem was at HSBC's end. Only NOW do I find this out. That is the best part of an hour wasted quite apart from the failed logins in the past week. Poor. Very poor.

@HSBC_UK How do I speak to a person? My 3 year old doesn't have phone pin so I cannot provide one. And now you've locked me out of MY account. Ridiculous "customer service", it would be easier to break into MI5

@PPerkin @HSBC_UK Sorry to see this Phil good Customer service is suffering in lots of companies at the moment. I’m sure it’s due to people WFH. Nothing worse than not being able to access your own money. Hope it gets sorted quickly.

I recieved a email from customer services advising me to access my account to contact them or call customer services both useless .. after 2 weeks I finally sorted this morning after 40 minutes wating .

@HSBC_UK your mobile banking app keeps crashing on start up. You need to sort this fast as lots of people cannot do their banking, awful service for a global bank - user testing of app must have been poor.

@HSBC_UK 7 days and still no bank card, the only thing you can do to 'help' is cancel the one supposedly in the post and start the lengthy process again! Can't even tell me when it's been sent and track it! If amazon can be bothered track a tube of toothpaste why not track cards

Oh and I’ve also been charged over £100 in charges despite literally not being allowed access to my bank accounts bc of incompetence of HSBC. @HSBC_UK give me a free number to sort this, I will take it higher,

@HSBC_UK the problem when you use non English call centres.. "I can completely understand, I can imagine how frustrating that must be at times however that's how the HSBC banking is designed." I told them they had succeeded , they didn't get it !

@HSBC_UK Yes still an issue. I've kept trying as advised but apparently tried too many times as have reached maximum allowable attempts. I'm on an android phone.
