    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to set up an account for my child more than a month. Can no longer be done in branch apparently, waited 3 weeks for a card, now your IT is down and the digital key can’t be activated. Why do you make using your services so hard?

    @JessBuzzing @HSBC_UK Yeah after waiting on hold for 40mins+ I got told their systems are down and they can’t access any customer details. Unable to help with anything at all. Couldn’t even make a complaint about it!

    @HSBC_UK My card is getting randomly declined. Called customer service at least 5 times already. They keep me transferring from one department to another. The latest is an extra payment I never authorised. Called them again but they couldn’t even identify me…. WTH is going on?

    @HSBC_UK I've been a customer over 30 years with #HSBC What's happening now is disgraceful and they need to sort it out I too am I considering from leaving this bank because Personally I think this isn't a bug but it is HSBC Being greedy for money aka Gold Diggers.

    @HSBC_UK Had 2 payments into my account that aren’t showing? I’ve sent money to myself from another account that is showing, are you aware of these issues? The 2 other banks are Natwest/Barclays.

    @HSBC_UK Also Telephone banking - your whole system is down so your call centre employees can't even access any details. Can't access banking with HSBC in any format today. Obviously kept me on hold for 40 minutes to let me know that though.

    @HSBC_UK Customers exaggerating, lying or just sounding very grumpy. Can't be easy having to be nice to people whose own companies are so bloody perfect as to never get anything wrong. App has worked perfectly for yonks. Maybe you should charge for C/As to help improve things? 🙄

    Wow @HSBC_UK certainly outdone yourselves today! 41 mins+45 secs I‘ve been on hold…only to be told by an agent (finally) that you are having technical issues & could I phone back in a couple of hours? I WILL be adding this to the open complaint I have about contacting the bank!

    @HSBC_UK Just had issue with transfering from monzo to HSBC and they said issues with transfers to HSBC is the issue.

    @HSBC_UK It just crashes every time I try to login. I’m using iPhone 6s. Don’t know the vet of Hsbc app. I suppose it’s the latest one.

    @HSBC_UK App not working properly for weeks so no access to banking other than via telephone. 40 mins on hold today to be told system is down and no services available. No access at all to any banking facility. Time to find a new bank.
