    @HSBC_UK Your chat service is poor, it keeps logging you out despite pressing continue & you can only log in & hope the chat person sends a message so you can jump back in! Six times I have been logged out & can't get back in now to read the reply!!! 1/2

    @HSBC_UK would be great if your staff knew their jobs! 45 mins on hold and passed to 3 different people. But because the original person didn't do their job can't now verify my visa transaction! You've changed the verification process never an issue previously 🤬

    @HSBC_UK been HSBC 37yrs but think it's time to try a better bank! SO many issues in last couple of weeks. Now cannot log on. Had a word code. Last week you changed it to nos. Won't accept my code. Cannot understand all the diff requests: Digital Secure Key? Security Code?WTF?

    @HSBC_UK Absolute joke. You've changed your systems and got rid of the zero in my mobile number, then take 5 WORKING DAYS to change this on the system. In the meantime, I can't access digital banking because I can't get the SMS. No other way to send me a verification number.

    So its been 10 days since @HSBC_UK just locked all my accounts citing some transactions they needed to check, I have answered their questions and despite emails and calls have no update or even response when I can access my current account, savings or credit card Woeful...

    @HSBC_UK I am constantly having to delete and reload the mobile banking app as it keeps freezing every time I try to long on with biometrics. Even though I reset my password through an advisor I'm now being told it can't send me an SMS. I am fed up of calling to fix this.

    @HSBC_UK this is a very bad bank. On hold for 55 minutes. On Wednesday. It’s always impossible to get through. Emails unanswered. Unacceptable. Very poor customer service. We will now start plans to move our banking business away from this awful Bank #HSBCFail #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Be great IF you hadn't changed mobile banking log on - twice in last couple of weeks? REALLY? Now locked out - not helpful. Will have to drive to branch to sort tomorrow - zero online help that makes any sense to me!

    @HSBC_UK I have try to open a business account with Hsbc is about 3weeks now and nothing can be sorted. Customer service is a life chat that no one can’t help, someone called Wednesday and confirmed that everything is alright however today we had to start the application again.

    @HSBC_UK So HSBC Kept blocking my online transaction, I called Customer service to let the payments go through.. 5 times after HSBC kept blocking .. filled a complaint , was told 8 weeks to reply.. now got email saying another 4 weeks.. WHAT A JOKE HSBC are !!
