    @HSBC_UK so any online purchase gets blocked, I have to have a 30 minute argument with a HSBC tech guy that it is blocked, he finds the issue and then 20 minutes later I'm blocked again. Good way to earn some money with your 0345 number?

    @HSBC_UK I have spent half an hour trying online to send money to my sons account in St Lucia. It failed dismally because HSBC made it impossible. I am so angry that bonafide customers are treated like idiots. I want a phone number I can call you from the Caribbean for advice.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK @HSBC Your teams have now been “investigating” and “working on a solution” for 7 days now. Meanwhile lots of customers are still without *any* online access to their accounts. This is incredibly frustrating. How has this been allowed to go on for so long?? #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK hi there. Please can you advise when a fix will be pushed to update the iOS app? Crashing every time at log in. Seems to be a problem across older iOS devices as there are now hundreds of 1 star reviews for this reason on the app store

    @HSBC_UK ordered new secure key 5th Aug email with log in code expires 19th...no sign of battery powered secure key arriving short on time here...log in code email to me goes kapput 19th Aug ? how long does it take for new key to come thru post?

    @HSBC_UK Support claims there’s been no specific marker for detection but my card has been blocked in fear of fraud? I now need to visit my local branch with ID to prove i am me? Nothing to do with the fact they were significant payments directed toward exchanges smfh $LUNA
