    @HSBC_UK It’s a business banking issue. We need a service user number for a bacs facility for our external payroll provider. A specialist hsbc team were supposed to have dealt with it in December.

    @HSBC_UK joined you on 21 Jan. Can’t set up online banking/app as phone banking details not arrived. Called you and was told they were posted on 27 Jan and I should wait and see if they turn up - Asked for new details to be sent and put on hold for 15 mins. Poor service so far!

    @HSBC_UK hi I’ve called four times this morning. Twice the phone has been put down on me (once when on hold, other when transferring me) and then they don’t call me back. I keep having to wait in the queue. Im not doing it again - please can you escalate.

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, I can log on to Online Banking and Mobile Banking just fine, and I can't send money to new payees, including my landlord (new details), due to a bug with the transaction code generator. (I have spoken with an agent on your website, who couldn't help me.)

    @HSBC_UK I have not been able to log in to my on-line account for 2 days. The telephone Customer Services indicated that there was a technical issue and was being worked on by IT staff. Please advise current status and when problems resolved.

    @HSBC_UK Morley, Leeds. Only 1 machine is the first problem. Staff were as friendly and helpful as ever. Think banks are making a major mistake getting rid of counters. I now have to queue to put notes in. Then queue again for the cheque machine - then find somewhere else for the coins

    @HSBC_UK i understand why you block someone's card due to possible fraud. Buy why on earth would you not reach out to that person to check if it was them, or to call them or message them to get in touch. You just block cards and do nothing... shambles #hsbc #hsbcuk #hsbcshambles

    @HSBC_UK just used a relay service to find out why my credit file is not correct -HSBC credit card for 20years not on file - been passed from pillar to post. Now told it’s because of me not signing a GDPR paper to share my financial details 🙄 Impossible to rectify #nightmare

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I am trying to access my account via mobile app where the correct dsk is not accepted. And tried forgot dsk and followed the process but I am not receiving OTP on my mobile. And it's locked now. And I can't call help line as it's ISD for me and costs me huge
