@HSBC_UK any idea when the app is going to be fixed? Since the latest update earlier this week, it keeps crashing when I try and open it. Don't want to delete/reinstall as lots of ppl saying this still locks them out. This needs fixing ASAP as I can't access my acc info

@HSBC_UK Purchase to provide a suitable home for your vulnerable customer and is discriminatory. This aside a power of attorney can not be set up for someone that has no mental capacity which you are saying he doesn’t. Therefore the advice you have given me is still wrong.

@HSBC_UK Hi, is there a problem with the app? Managed to lock myself out (sure I used the correct ID), and I'm being asked security ques that I don't ever recall giving answers for. App sends me to website to unlock, but then still get "account locked" not. Pretty inconvenient.

@HSBC_UK That link was useless, inasmuch as she was locked out of the security questions. We finally got through on the phone and a very patient assistant took us through the most convoluted process to restore her entire login: email & SMS codes, etc. I've advised her to change banks.
