    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Business Banking have broken me. Completely ignoring letters, emails and phone calls. Only option is lawyer. Appalling service

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK waiting 5 months for refund of airfare you said you would sort. Phoned 3 times. all info provided but zero communication - what complete rubbish customer service!!! It’s too long seriously!

    @HSBC_UK I have been on the phone over an hour multiple times over the last few days it's horrific as nobody picks up - The problem I have needs a chat with a human, so I don't need online support. Just ridiculous!

    @HSBC_UK will you PLEASE sort out your Android app. I've been unable to use it on my phone (Nokia 2.3) since the last major Android 11 update 3 weeks ago. Wasted hours on your useless customer service line who can only recommend reinstalling it, which I've done dozens of times

    @HSBC_UK That’s exactly what i’m trying to do - trying to get hold of customer service. Not for the 1st time, over an hour’s wait on a weekday. Ridiculous.
