@HSBC_UK @Ikkyaa Your app does not work properly. Can you not see all the complaints on Twitter? My friend has been to one of your branches approx. 15 times and your staff are unable to help. You need to get your App working properly for your customers otherwise they will go elsewhere.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC 30 years as a premier customer and your team are saying the only way I can open an additional bank account is to downgrade all my accounts from premier...it's much easier apparently to get decent service when you are not premier. Seems bonkers?!

@HSBC_UK 1/2 You don't take feedback seriously because your app would be working properly. Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help?
