    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK Have used Firstdirect for years and always got to speak to a real person whenever we called 24/7. We spend a lot of time out of UK so having access to somebody real was a priority for us. Never let us down in over 20 years.

    @HSBC_UK Hello. Yesterday I asked why the Bethnal Green branch was boarded up and closed. I did get advice on alternative services but not an answer to my question. Why is the Bethnal Green branch closed when your website states it is open? When will it open?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, my mobile app keeps glitching and closing. I've updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and closed the app. I'm at a loss of what else i can do. I can't access anything as I need my secure key that's on the app

    @CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK I have been with Barclays for 32 years now and never had any issues with them. The couple of times I had significant life problems (stuck in Venice with the Iceland ash cloud, and stolen bank cards) they were very helpful and things were sorted very quickly.
