    @HSBC_UK Wondering if there is any company with worse customer service. Multiple phone calls followed up by letter but no attempt at resolution.

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I got a text telling me there was an issue with the submitted ID (but not what the problem was), then an email welcoming me to the new account. How do I know if the new account is set up or not?

    @HSBC_UK You’re missing the point. I know all this information. However, the RIB is a handy document which A French customer can send to me *without* sending me a whole statement with a load of data they wouldn’t want me to see, but is still an official bank document

    @HSBC_UK I didn’t have any issues with my telephone banking number. Where did you get that from? I couldn’t remember one security question which was a translation four days ago and the operator refused to ask a different question.

    @HSBC_UK Two + weeks since you announced publically 69 branches are closing, when are you planning to actually write to account holders to tell them what is happening to their banking servcies? appaulling customer service!

    @HSBC_UK After 10 years I had to make the trade off between staying and leaving today . You are making the decision for me . You have no accessible customer service team that allows the customer any voice in a reasonable time . The only alternative is to take my business elsewhere.

    @gb2cv @HSBC_UK Oh my god I agree!!! I've just been passed in circles by HSBC staff from one to another, transfering me to "the relevant team". They are the ones who have caused the issue I'm trying to resolve and now my online banking is suspended so I can't pay anything! Useless.

    @HSBC_UK My Saved Payees are refusing to show in online banking, I'm unable to pay bills - can you let me know if this is a widespread issue or just my account, and when this is likely to be fixed?

    I've been with @HSBC_UK since I was 18 . . . that's 24 years. I'm done. I can't access my app because it stopped working and they told me to reinstall it - but you can't log in to the app or online banking without a security code created on the sodding app.
