@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

My wife just spent 36 minutes on the phone to @HSBC_UK simply to order a replacement debit card. How can you be satisfied with this level of service?
