@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@Coastguard @HSBC_UK I have had 3 compensation payments from our bank over the last 4 months for making me wait on the phone and for poor customer service. Raise a complaint every time, it is the only way to get change.

@HSBC_UK Worst bank in the world! 20 years banking with them, decides to close all my accounts for no reason. Plenty of money in them with direct debits and salary. No-one can help on phone or in branch and now I have no access to my wages or money just before Christmas!! Joke

@WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

The bottom line, though, is that @hsbc_uk have really pissed me off over this. Not just time wasted, but a higher price paid because of their screwed up systems. I am very much not a satisfied customer.
