    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK I think you have a problem. I have been told that two replacement credit cards have been sent out (15/11 & 25/11) neither have turned up. I am still without the replacement card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi please help me for goodness sake ! Your telephone Banking service is absolutely shocking ! I've just spoken to a colleague in one of the call centres India and whoever the young guy is, he hasn't a clue how to speak to people. also referred to me as Mr on 4 occassion!

    @HSBC_UK Hello there. Straight after updating my iPhone to the latest ios15.1 software release. I can’t delete the app and reinstall as I haven’t got the relevant security information with me, and I can’t access online banking because I need the code generated by the App. We need a fix!

    @HSBC_UK we need to talk to you. We have been cut off again after 55 minutes of holding. I cannot believe this service from a company of your size (and profitability).
