@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Please explain why I would need someone’s third person pronouns in a customer service setting. I only use telephone banking, will the agents be announcing their pronouns when they answer the call? (I would think the majority of customer service is now online or over the phone?)

@kd84afc @__Wake_Up__ @HSBC_UK But as a customer, you can leave. That's the point. They're not forcing people to leave, they're telling them they're welcome to do if they wish.

@HSBC_UK @ilovepreserves Et tu HSBC? Anyone reading this should ask themselves why this particular hill, the pronoun badges for equality and inclusion hill, is the one that large corporate entities are willing to lay down their tweets? Not for equal pay, not for disability access, but for this?
