@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Completed a credit card application over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. You have completed a hard search on my credit file, I have also spent many hours on hold to your customer service department, to no avail. Shocking customer service.

Sister down toLondon to visit + x2 kids in tow. Phone, bank cards & ID pickpocketed on tube (zipped pocket).All train tickets on iCloud .. cant get new bank card, no cash, no phone, no ID. Lucky staying with Fam .. what if she was on own ? @O2 @HSBC_UK @nationalrailenq

@Katyx @HSBC_UK Weirdly had same situ this week but was royal mail strike being the issue. Was still able to use google pay for my account though whilst waiting if that helps

@HSBC_UK so lets be really honest you don't want people visiting the branch who aren't profitable to you. Customer service doesn't give you a profit only sales. Footfall will be down in branches because your forcing people online. Branches now have queues to the door to get help

@HSBC_UK trying to add my name to my husbands joint acct & so far made 4 visits to yr branches & still no joy. Now have to go back bcoz Premier won’t speak to me anywhere other than the branch! Appalling service & a joke given u are closing branches so I cldnt go in in the future
