@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK So your system goes down and I don't even get a free support number to call meaning not only can I not see my bank stuff on my app but it is going to cost me money to phone up to get it sorted. Great customer service that is

@HSBC_UK can actually get ******. Why is it so difficult to reset log in details and set up mobile banking app? Why do I need a memorable question, 12 security questions, digital secure keys, 67 security codes, 23 super secret passwords? And then I can't reset when I phone up!
