    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK I know know that when you are going to fix something ASAP it isn't hours or days but almost a week. Do you think someone will give me access to my business account this month? Or are you having so many complaints your systems are shutting down?

    If I have all the required documentation, I am a premier customer, I ALREADY bank with you, then why does it take more than a month for me to open an account? Wouldn't recommend the bank to anyone. @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN

    @HSBC_UK iPhone 12 with 14.8 update on. It won’t even let me login anymore and is now saying it doesn’t recognise my credentials. Business app is the same too.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I logged in later on. Would be helpful to get an message in the app or on a website with a real update instead of a generic "call us if you can't log in" Wasted 45 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up.
