@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK How am I supposed to pay a cheque in when my local branch shut, the next closest has reduced opening times so I can't go out of working hours and the branch near work has also closed? App won't work on a cheque for this amount (and rarely works anyway)

@HSBC_UK you’ve taken nearly £8k from my partners account but the money isn’t in the intended account and now you can’t tell her where the money is…who can find this out for her? Your customer service team aren’t being helpful, they were supposed to call her today and didn’t!
