@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK @eddieclarke96 You fail to understand it’s not iOS 15 that is the issue as your app has been working fine. It’s your latest app update that’s broken things. You should have rolled back to previous version straight away. Having a banking app that works is kinda important to people.

@HSBC_UK iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15 Beta, I am also using an iPhone 12 Mini on iOS 14.7. All apps have been updated. I cannot sign in using FaceID because it crashes before I get a chance. I am losing money each day because the app isn’t working and is my only viable option. Please fix.

@HSBC_UK @kg_beta Hi, HSBC app started working on IOS 15 beta 6, however IOS 15 beta seven release installed and it’s now stopped working. Understand there must be some security layer the doesn’t allow app to get past splash screen. Not sure it started working and then stopped

@HSBC_UK Nothing helpful… it seems it’s blocked by Google and not HSBC mail servers… I’m guessing it’s because I’ve included a phishing link and Google are just blocking it. Shame, it was a good phishing effort, they need to be taken down.

o ye gods! is their anyone .@HSBCUKBusiness .@HSBC_UK how can I bank with you if you do not pick up the phone, a global industry with it seems a staff of about 5 on the phone. Maybe if I was asking to borrow money and get into personal debt you'd be quicker to help me
