@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Hello @HSBC_UK I am a blind customer and I can no longer add a new payee using your app, as the button to select whether it's a business account is no longer accessible using a screen reader on my phone. Please can you sort this out as I'd like to be able to access banking.

Oh my god. @HSBC_UK you are the worst, we've been trying to get the funds from a cic account for 2 years now, we've filled in forms, went to the branch filled in more forms, mandates, trying to call today and been transferred to 3 different people then hold for 15 mins. Help!!!!

@HSBC_UK In the app it says 'forgot your password?' so I click it and it tells me to go to the website, enter my username and choose forgot password. So I go on the website and enter my username. Below memorable answer it says 'forgotten your digital secure key password?'
