@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Trying to log into your mobile app @HSBC_UK to set up my digital authentication cannot get through. "Service unavailable Error in getting communication details from the business service : SYS_0004" Your status page says no issues so how come I can't proceed?

@ryanshelton2011 @HSBC_UK Totally agree! Need too see managing payees in the app in a matter of urgency! Nothing is simple with @HSBC_UK . Please raise this immediately and if I don’t see this within a month then I’m gone! Only just joined too and I’m not happy. App keeps going down too!

@HSBC_UK It is a complete NIGHTMARE to log in to your online banking system! Customer support is awful on the phone. Outsourcing outside the UK and having representatives telling me they don’t know how to call me back because I am outside of the UK!
