HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?

I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
