Any reason why after months of iOS 16 being available to devs, and now the public that you still don't have the app working? The "solution" is based off of your assumption everyone has spare devices kicking around?

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK The @HSBC_UK ‘bereavement team’ still not released my late husband’s funds - I waited a year before I could deal with this, now they have had all documentation for 3 weeks - said too busy, all working from home!

    @HSBC_UK No point, I’ll just get the same message about waiting for full release due to bugs and security etc. I know this isn’t anyone’s fault here, it’s just poor from HSBC to be so slow off the mark. All other banking app’s work on a beta OS.. so why can’t yours?

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK You can use HSBC mobile app next time because you can instantly mark card as lost/stolen or take this temporary block off. You can also unfreeze it on this HSBC mobile app. The onus is on the cardholder.
