@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Hiya, I have done both but I am afraid its still not working. I get "fingerprint recognised", a "please wait" that lasts 1/2 a second and then nothing . Maybe going to my local branch to have a look ? Thanks! M.

@HSBC_UK Hi again! I am afraid it's still not working. I use my finger to open the account and it says the fingerprint is recognized but then nothing. Same with digital secure key password. I enter the psw then nothing. Same with fast balance etc... Thanks! Melina

@dentynell @HSBC_UK My in-laws fell for the post office one. Luckily they mentioned it to Becky and she was like empty your account now ! They attempted £500 down to £100 before giving up.

@HSBC_UK Hi, can I make a GBP transfer from my account in the UK to another GBP account in Turkey? I tried this once but the money came back to my account a week later. Please help.
