    @HSBC_UK Wondering if there is any company with worse customer service. Multiple phone calls followed up by letter but no attempt at resolution.

    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK please traine ur employess on the customer service putting people who cant understand english language and he just blocking bank account it doesnt make sense they dont even know reson of calling they just block my bank account ? Is it way of sense u shame on banking.

    @HSBC_UK my god - an hour talking to agents on here who cant under stand my issue and have just advised to go back to the app where the chat bot canโ€™t understand anything and nobody in real customer services can make a call to a customer apparentlyโ€ฆ..

    @HSBC_UK funny though, the app works perfectly fine on my nintendo switch i modded to run android. the latest update has just completely broken the security check feature. it's all over the place

    @HSBC_UK Hello! Iโ€™ve woken up to over 25 emails saying your HSBC card has been registered for Apple Pay. This wasnโ€™t meโ€ฆ. Is it a glitch or something or is someone actually trying to use my account

    .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.
