TS (@PZR311067) reported@HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a jokeοΏΌ, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.
