    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    Hello @johnlewishelp, when I call to make a complaint regarding my Partnership Card, which country will I get through to? Hopefully New Day will use a UK service centre and allow complaints to be submitted online. Hopefully New Day's service will be better than @HSBC_UK's too!

    @HSBC_UK you are probably the worst bank ever. Your customer service is atrocious. I am being pushed pillar to post to transfer my own money and close the account and so far 8 people couldn’t do it confirming my decision to leave you. Waiting for the 9th person as I write this.

    Yet again, shockingly bad service from @HSBC_UK . Trying to manage my vulnerable uncle’s financial affairs by lasting power of attorney has been consistently made more difficult by failures in simple processes and lies about actions taken. Complaining by phone has been fruitless.

    @HSBC_UK how long should it take for a new debit card to work after activation on the app? Activated it last night and isn't working this morning!

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, it’s pretty slow tho isn’t it. Most other card providers show balance updates and transactions immediately

    @HSBC_UK On the mobile app, When I'm adding a new payee's bank details and I got to click on the check payee details button I'm getting an error messaging saying, "This feature is currently unavailable and your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later (Ref 503)"
