I don’t think this should be a big issue and you are telling to customers to go back to old version of IOS??! What kind ofservice is this?

Your online document uploader does not work (PC / Mac, any browser) but we’re told on the phone ‘that’s never happened’. We’ve taken documents to branch but they have been lost and never uploaded on our behalf.
