@Railraptor I have recently left @HSBC_UK due to appalling customer service which I complained about and received an unacceptable response. Switching to another bank is easy and takes about a week.

@HSBC_UK sooo bored, 1 hour 10 mins on hold to your customer service team earlier only to have to hang up as I had a meeting, now trying again and 40 minutes on hold so far...I like your message at the start, "Please note that wait times may be up to 10 minutes"!

@HSBC_UK It is very difficult to contact you by email. There is no option on your website where there is an e-mail address to send a request for help. Everything automated prevents the problem from reaching you. Help!
