@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

ATM swallowed my @HSBC_UK card for no reason when my account has a healthy balance. Need cash for my son’s birthday surprise today. Not even a ‘sorry’ from customer services. Will be closing all my accounts this week. Hello @santanderuk - you’re getting a new customer!

@yartsie123 @HSBC_UK Perhaps not. But as more high street banks close, it will be just a matter of time before the system is taken down. Then what? As much as I find online banking a godsend, it's still vulnerable to those who wish to cause havoc. Let's hope not!

@georgephilipb @HSBC_UK And this is why I will never have online banking! Despite their nasty methods,having my card declined because my ‘bank details aren’t up to date’ when I try to make a purchase. Been a customer for 50+ years,atrocious service!
