    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK Wondering if there is any company with worse customer service. Multiple phone calls followed up by letter but no attempt at resolution.

    @HSBC_UK Business Banking have broken me. Completely ignoring letters, emails and phone calls. Only option is lawyer. Appalling service

    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a jokeοΏΌ, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.

    @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

    @HSBC_UK also, please revert back how to log onto the desktop site. I like to use it on mobile sometimes and Impossible to log in now as it needs the QR code from the app.
