    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK not impressed with your new security system for the app- have been locked out three times so far & had to renew pword by calling up (not with a tempt as described). Touch ID failing. Why change something when it’s not broken??

    @HSBC_UK Hello again. That's the problem though. I don't have an account yet, i want to join, but before i do i want up know what shares i can trade. Other banks list them. Who do i need to speak to? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK I have tried calling + the live chat AND the text chat and the bot on BOTH says ‘sorry we couldn’t help you’ before asking any questions and ENDS the chat. I am now stranded in a foreign country and my digital banking has been suspended by HSBC. Absolutely outrageous
