    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK Wondering if there is any company with worse customer service. Multiple phone calls followed up by letter but no attempt at resolution.

    @HSBC_UK one year ago I got scammed on eBay and hsbc couldn’t do anything as they said a week ago I sold a phone to someone face to face and he transfer and now hsbc put my account on freeze saying this is fraud, wtf is wrong with this ******* bank?

    @HSBC_UK Poor upgrade to mobile app; impossible to generate security code, easy peasy on old app. By pressing CANCEL on opening to enable you to log in to desktop banking😒On my app pressing CANCEL on pop up doesn't work; it just disappears, & you're left with original screen.

    @Lonefox98 @HSBC_UK Yeh I can't open mine. It just keeps crashing like a lot of other people who commented on Google play store. Needs a new update to fix it.

    @HSBC_UK your ‘security’ measures make your app, online and phone banking entirely unusable. You have too many ambiguously named factors and enough secret answers to write my biography. Yet I can’t log in. 🤬

    @HSBC_UK for my business account I have phoned you for > 3 hours and no reply. I DM you and you asked me to email you and no reply. I have now been trying to talk to you for 5 days. What do I have to do … this service is very poor
