@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK the bereavement line isn’t working, the non-customer helpline won’t deal with you unless you gave account numbers and “Eugene” on text message isn’t responding! Death of a loved one is stressful enough 😖
