    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC ‘s lack of support for victims is scandalous. Communication with customers is not fit for purpose and customers cannot tell if they are dealing with HSBC or a scam. A voluntary code for supporting victims is not worth the paper it is written on. It’s false advertising.

    @HSBC_UK Things got worse today. I had a call from someone claiming to be from the HSBC. I went through security so that I could be put through to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes, the phone was put down. When is all this going to end? Any comments HSBC?

    @bradbarritt @HSBC_UK Exactly what happened to me, my acc got hacked for two month I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply until i got in contact with @champtechs who got me back in immediately Dm him he should help with yours too
