@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Trying to cash a UK check in my US bank after the closure of my HSBC account, and you guys are pushing back saying a check it's only valid after 6 days of its issue date, but the UK law say it's 6 months. Your call centers aren't helpful, unlawfully holding my money?

@HSBC_UK Well, this is proper useless.. I'm locked out of my account. Get told to call an automated service which tells me that I have to reset my password and then passcode via the online banking app that I cannot access. Absolute mess

@HSBC_UK @SEAresource honestly the worst bank. I need to change my phone number. I've been into my local branch who can't do it. I'm not registered for online or telephone banking. I tried to use the virtual assistant who won't help unless I log into my online account. 1/2

@HSBC_UK there are continuous fraudulent transactions on my husbands debit card. Debit card details are saved only in Amazon website . He has multifactor authentication on , how are strangers getting hold of his cvc, no OTP generated as well ARE YOU SHARING PRIVATE DATA
