  @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

  My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  3. Most concerningly, we are currently unable to process staff salaries. Our employees should not have to suffer because access to our company’s funds has been restricted without a clear reason or a timely resolution. @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK I found a hsbc cheque on my driveway, I've tried calling the bank its not going through to anyone. Is there anyway you can help me return this cheque to the right person?
