@HSBC_UK Ok, I’ll take an email address for any member of the senior management team instead. I’ve raised this complaint twice already (1 x phone, 1 x in branch) and it’s not resolved, so I’m not filling a form out to go back to the start again. Thanks for your help.

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Wow! So, older women who through no fault of their own find themselves on the street are ignored - even though their lives will be at risk. What about the plethora of older men too? Do you make the homeless answer a questionnaire before you give them help?

I won’t ever put money to @HSBC_UK , they suspend my acct for no reason and leave me hanging there. Their customer service did not answer my phone, branch in town was closed down, online chat not working. Doesn’t it feel like a scam!?

Being homless at a young age is possibly more to do with life choices but whatever the reason I think most veterans are homeless due to the trauma experienced by service to our country, but s/be Shelter for All

Public beta of iOS 15 is out and it’s still the only app that does not launch. All my other banking apps work correctly with no issues. This happens every year. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@bigissuenorth Birth certificates for Homeless people born in greater Manchester are free. Homeless do not need a birth certificate to open a bank account. @AskNationwide only ask for 2 letters as proof one from dwp and one from a support worker @HSBC_UK only require the support worker ID
