@carolinefff @HSBC_UK there wasn’t a lot of “fluidity” flying around when my disabled brother was trying to access his own money from his bank a/c at the HSBC. They built those boundaries so high that it made it near on impossible for him. 🙄. Equality for all unless you are disabled!!

@HSBC_UK The more pressing issue is a personal account. Who do I contact about it? Dissatisfaction with your business services is a long running thing. It seems you don't want customers who don't go into debt.

@JustAGalAndADog @HSBC_UK It’s really poor service. ‘He can verify through a mobile phone.’ ‘Dad doesn’t have one.’ ‘Or the app.’ ‘Dad doesn’t use apps.’ ‘Or our card reader.’ OK, can you send him one?’ ‘No. Not until November’ (earliest). What’s he supposed to do?! Meanwhile can’t buy groceries online!

Thank you @HSBC_UK for finally sorting out my daughter's account. It has taken nearly two months but since Thursday she has received her pin through the post three times. So even though you caused the problem, you still don't think she deserves any compensation. Well done

@HSBC_UK how exactly do I close my business account? Have hand delivered a letter to the branch, signed forms in branch. And you still won’t close the account and are trying to charge fees. And obviously cannot get through on customer service line.
