@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Tried calling HSBC over the last week, spent a total of 7 hours on the phone and still haven’t spoken to anyone. Tried the chat functionality, and it asked me to call 0345 7404 404, same thing. So, @HSBC_UK I declare your service broken. I can’t access your service! Advice?

@HSBC_UK I’ve tried to make credit card payment for a kitchen I’ve bought. It’s been declined twice. Been told to contact fraud detection team. I Can’t remember my telephone banking security number so cannot access the fraud team. I need this payment authorising.
