@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK absolutely crap service again today…no wonder they are so low down customer satisfaction scores: can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, over 3hrs waiting in a queue cut of multiple times, passed from department to department with no resolution!

@HSBC_UK Really? If you search 'hsbc app' you'll find plenty! I've spoken with someone this morning, re installed the app still nothing, it says a problem with the servers try later, I've been trying for 2 days.
