@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Another day another issue with trying to get to speak to an actual person @HSBC_UK would be great if they hired more staff to deal with queries instead of having me on hold in a bot chat for 2 hours. Great idea to make all those redundancies 🙃

@firstdirect IMPENETRABLE to access your own money at @HSBC_UK branch . Lengthy, complicated, telephone banking put on hold for 'security checks' & read then more lengthy blurb. Made then to try to change things. Actually had to BEG for my account balance as was taking so long

@HSBC_UK @HSBC I'm waiting for more than 2 hours in a call to talk to customer care for upgrading my account from basic to advanced current account, still my call is on hold, kinldy provide me the service. We also have work to do can't wait 24hours to talk to customer care.

@HSBC_UK What has happened to business internet banking customer service? Couldn't be any less helpful, advised me to get an ex director of my company to sign into my bank account to resolve an issue. Now I'm completely locked out and everytime I call get met with rude/dumb staff
