@HSBC_UK Wondering if there is any company with worse customer service. Multiple phone calls followed up by letter but no attempt at resolution.

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Making it impossible to bank with you due to your fraud department not approving verified transactions even when they say they will, then lying about it when you call them is not a way to keep your customers

@HSBC_UK having been on hold for nearly 2 hours (so far), your recording has told me my “call is important” to you approx 220 times. At some point I feel like she’s going break down and confess that it isn’t.

Savings earning negligible interest. Inflation rising, pensions at best frozen, domestic fuel prices rising. So @HSBC_UK send me an email announcing an 80% reduction in ISA rates. We are not an island but we're not too customer friendly either.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC what a shockingly useless bank you are. Trying to manage my father's account, and time after time the bank ***** up. I will personally never use this bank. I wish my father was well enough to change his account. Terrible customer service and lack of understanding.

@HSBC_UK app is not working - locking me out of all online banking. Ridiculous. No sign of a fix for the error that is clearly impacting thousands. Very poor service.

@HSBC_UK @HughMcJames how is someone supposed to call you when you don't have a telephone banking security number???? DMs are not read apparently. Customer Service is an absolute disgrace.

@HSBC_UK I’ve raised a complaint and told to call to activate my telephone banking to activate my bank card. I can’t! That’s my complaint! So from tomorrow I have no access to any funds and school uniforms to buy and I need to feed my children.
