    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK No, people deserve to know about your poor service. I will not cover it in the DMs. If you put a hold on an account, you dont get to charge overdraft fees AND refuse to let me pay in money to cover them

    @HSBC_UK please help. my son has lost his mobile phone with bank card in it. he can't log in to online banking as it requires a digital secure key password generated by the phone he doesn't have. i tried calling but that requires details of the card we don't have. what next?

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN I raised dispute regarding refund of international transaction. Today I received refund but £2000 less then actual amount. I have been talking with customer service at HSBC and haven’t got any answers. It has been hovering since Nov2022. Pls resolve ASAP

    @paullewismoney @HSBC_UK My local branch of HSBC was no help anyway. The answer to my pleas for help were either 'do it online' or 'we don't do this it's HQ'. When they started charging small charities £5 a month I switched to a building society

    @HSBC_UK is today not a normal working day? Daughter told to go into branch to open student account. Gets to bank and told nobody in branch knows how to open a new account. Come back next week! Total insanity!!

    @HSBC_UK just received a customer security form but still have my internet banking from before (closed and reopened a current account). Guessing my details will be the same as before as never closed all my accounts with HSBC. No need to send the form? Did it all online last time
