@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK what is interesting is that the only person who i think understood the problem was the lady on the general enquiries line (3rd attempt). My first 2 calls were to lost/stolen.......

@HSBC_UK I submitted a credit card application almost two weeks back. I have called the customer support twice since then and still there is no outcome of the applicable. I would have not imagined that it would take this long for an application to be processed by HSBC.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Every customer have the right to know status of application , when customer submitted docs in person and visited thrice. But HSBC st Ann’s square Manchester representative, just could not tell what’s happening but just said to upload again.

@mikebutcher We have found @HSBC_UK Business useless. Masive losses on foreign currency recievables due to what we call selective rate clearing. We tried to get multi -currency going but customer service is nonexistent. Ended up with @Wise and it works and prices are good.

@HSBC_UK Hi, ive been through this before with another of your agents I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a telephone banking number as your systems had an error and I joined after a certain time. Instead I’d have to visit a branch, I’m disabled so can’t do that and it’s nearly 1hr away

Years of using the dongle, get your app and now I can't login to internet banking. Top work @HSBC_UK What idiot creates an app that needs to be logged out from to get the 2FA code? You not heard of re-authentication?
