    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @hsbc_uk out of all the telephone customer services I have rung during the pandemic YOURS is the absolute worse. regardless to day or time in excess of 25min is the norm, you are clearly using it to downscale and force people to use phone app or online. Pull your finger out.

    Shocking support provided in support of my Section 75 claim @HSBC_UK. 4 months+ for a response, only for that response to not have read previous paperwork. Now holding for 35 mins plus with no answer - looks like you'll say/do anything to stall. @MoneySavingExp

    @devillefilm @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @cybersmoov to me and they help me recover my locked account. His an expert.

    @HSBC_UK I never experienced such a bank which is no idea about what they are doing. And this even not first time me trying to fix their issues , such a joke! I will visit branch now and will see how it goes and decide to close my accounts>>>

    @HSBC_UK hi - I've sent a DM. I'm locked out of the mobile app and website. Because of numerous attempts after a 'system error'. Cannot reset my password without calling you and I've tried now for over a week. As it stands I can't access my account at all.
