@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I love how HSBC does all the lovey-dover ESG stuff. It's almost cringy. They never tire of telling us to "see beyond borders", and maybe I agree, but they're less enthusiastic about such mundane things as answering the telephone or providing customer service. I wonder why?

@HSBC_UK student accounts are a joke. 3 years of uni & heading into my final year so need to increase my arranged overdraft with the increasing price of rent and living, only to be ‘declined’ for no reason. Let down, frustrated and left in a difficult financial position. Liars.

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK When I was having issues with the bank I sent a lengthy email to the CEO of the bank.. Unfortunately he failed to answer personally But I did get a response from Mr Jordan Owen senior complaints team manager. Who wasn't much help! Matter is now with the banking ombudsman service
