@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK The App is the least of your problems. Your customer service is in terminal decline. Telephone banking 20 min on hold so I gave up. In branch today to deposit cash, machine not working, no counter service, advised to pay through post office, went to Barclays instead #ByebyeHSBC

My mobile banking app was down this morning for the longest time between which meant I couldn’t do some urgent transfers! Seems to be a more regular occurrence these days. Where can I complain?!! @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK If I cancel activation on the computer, and try to log in on the app, the app says I need to start activation from online banking...so I start it from the computer again, get the validation code, log in to app, and it does the same, after I put in password 'incomplete activation'

Think it may be time to look for a new bank. Since the @HSBC_UK mobile app 'update' many customers are unable to use it and all the support 'fixes' are basically the customer trying various methods and spending time trying to resolve what wasn't their fault #HSBC

@HSBC_UK have you forgotten what a good customer service is? Both HSBC Uxbridge and HSBC Ealing branches need training. Very poor service. #badcustomerservice

@HSBC_UK Got it sorted by phoning your support thanks. Just for the record though, now that I'm in, the new app interface absolutely sucks. The old one wasn't great, it's almost impressive that your dev team have managed to make it worse :)

@HSBC_UK Urgently need HSBC support! Can't use Secure Key so essentially locked out of all Digital Banking. Can't use Live Chat as you need to be logged in! In another country and call wait times are costing a fortune and I've still not been able to talk to an agent! Someone help
