    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @HSBC_UK Business Banking have broken me. Completely ignoring letters, emails and phone calls. Only option is lawyer. Appalling service

    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Andy. Nope. I don’t have any other HSBC accounts. I just want to cut all ties with your bank, because it’s unusable in the modern era (this issue being the perfect example of that)

    @HSBC_UK hello. I've got a premiere master card. It says I'm earning points on my statement. I'm trying to use the Pay with rewards app, but after I enter my card number it just says "error - card is not eligible for PWR Mobile Enrollment". Any advice?

    @HSBC_UK @Eli_Eli_s I know you have to be diplomatic, I worked CS too. But can you reach out to somebody in the dev team to issue a statement on the APP. Most of us can not generate security codes as one of the bugs causes it to display a solid black box over the code.

    @HSBC_UK I regret starting the application at all, I should have learned my lesson from the last time I had an account with ye, absolutely horrific service in general. Funny but not surprising that the laundering drug money part of my original tweet was fine.
