    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    Hi @HSBC_UK, I'm a VoiceOver user who's just opened your iOS app, been greeted by a screen celebrating that the app is 10 years old and presented a chance to win £10K. I wasn't able to opt in accessibly, because scrolling is *STILL* broken for VO users despite numerous reports.

    @Liamwilliams70 @mitchellsx @HSBC_UK The login screen works I’m told, I rolled back to iOS 15 and can’t update again to 16 until HSBC UK and HSBC Kinetics is updated and I’ve had someone try them and confirm it loads login screen.

    @HSBC_UK Is this feedback about the current UX issues with VoiceOver being passed along to your accessibility team? If not, where should I be sending it instead? Financial independence is very important to me, and as a blind person, consistent accessibility is part of that.

    @HSBC_UK @Tibble29 I have the exact same issue. I’ve been unable to access HSBC for 3+ months now… how do I access without being logged in via phone and not knowing my password for online?!!

    Please @HSBC_UK advise. I installed Android's One UI Core 4.1 upgrade on 10 August. Now Business Mobile app insists my passcode is incorrect. Yet it will accept my passcode to generate an access code for online login, which then is refused by the website! Is an app update coming?

    @HSBC_UK I find your stance and attitude to the public beta of iOS 16 worrying and flippant. You are the only banking app not to work with the betas. Think you need to rethink your policy as it’s regressive and leaves the customer experience somewhat lacking!
