@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Do NOT ever get a credit card with @HSBC_UK. Making a payment is impossible!!!!! Can't do it on the app, can't do it on the phone, can't do it online. Have to ring my bank to make a payment?!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I feel your pain....had the same with British Gas the other day. When I finally got through, had to labouriously recite all my details to then be told I'd be put through to someone who could help...cue another 10 mins on hold.

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK First Direct is part of HSBC but much better, the contact centre is in Leeds and you get through without much problem. I moved from HSBC to First Direct a few years back. You can still use HSBC branches too

I am so sick of every major company having telephone wait times of hours. Been on the phone to .@HSBC_UK for 44 minutes already this morning and this is acceptable??? I am a working GP, I wish had hours of the day to sit in 'hold' queues being told my call is important.
