  @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

  @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

  @HSBC_UK it’s quite sad that I will have to close my main account with you after six solid years. It’s been good using your bank, unfortunately , lately it’s increasing difficult solving basic customer care problems. The HSBC app as well is horrible to navigate. Quite appalling

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   Hi, @HSBC_UK I'm hoping you can help. I tried calling to reactivate my frozen account, but the automated system asks for my telephone banking security number, which I don't have it with me. Could you please provide a phone number where I can speak to someone directly? Thanks.
