@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

Completely dreadful service with @HSBC_UK phone banking today. Customer had 45 min wait then that department cannot help. Transfer call 1hr 3min cut off. Not 1st time. Trying to deal with the bank with customers who have major health issues is a joke, since local branch closed.

@HSBC_UK dear HSBC, Ive initiated a current switch over 2 weeks ago and I still don't have a phone identification pin - my old bank account will shut this week and I'll be left unable to manage my money online. Going into a branch isn't possible as I work 7am-7pm. Need help!

@HSBC_UK Your customer service is atrocious! Using the phone is not an option, as I am hard of hearing! Chat does not connect me to anyone. The app does not let me do what I wish to do, which is to increase a DDI payment. Your chat bot is useless too. How may I achieve my aim?
