@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK why is your customer service so dire? Why have I just spent 2.5hrs of my life on the phone at a cost of £25 to not have my issue resolved. I have been passed for department to department to be told ‘maybe you should go in to the branch’ It is a fraud matter!

@Barclays it’s THURSDAY at 11am in a normal working week - WHY is the #wilmslow branch closed ? So frustrating ! Businesses need to bank Monday - Friday ! Branches shutting everywhere and you close a main one mid week 🤬 precisely why we are moving over everything to @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK Logging into your website has to be one of the worst customer experiences in the world. I get trying to be secure, but it takes 15 attempts to get in. It's just such a painful user experience.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Hello @HSBC_UK, whilst it's nice to provide these bank accounts, I seriously doubt that this will do much to protect the homeless. I became homeless about 5 years ago, despite having a bank account and some funds. There are no protections for people with undiagnosed health issues

@HSBC_UK Hi sue, thanks for engaging. I have resolved my issue now (simply trying to register with online banking). The whole process is terrribly complicated and poorly designed when compared to my regular bank’s app. Numerous passwords, questions and the tech didn’t work.
