@HSBC_UK I came to your Kilburn branch today. It took 45 mins for an employee to speak with me and I was then told it would be at least an hour to speak with somebody about my issue. So the wait time that HSBC considers acceptable is 1hr 45mins. That is substandard.

@HSBC_UK I have issues with fraudulent use of a debit card and have so far spent 4 hours trying to resolve the issue with 5 different staff. Do @HSBC_UK even care about fraud ? I think not !

@HSBC_UK Appalling customer service in York branch today. Went in to make large payment at 315. Sorry there's 3 people waiting and we close at 430, come back tomorrow (after special trip)! What business closes at 430 and doesn't open until 930. So, you're part time now?
