@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Unable to access my accounts via mobile or browser. Partner has the same issue. A payment for an online order I thought I made 3 hrs ago didn't go through. Your service status page says everything is fine but your services are down.
