@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK So, you can't get help in a branch or on the telephone to add an account to an exsiting customers account, unless you speak to a 'specialist' and when you finally do they need to send you documents... that fail to arrive... genius #useless

@HSBC_UK Hi my Hsbc app updated yesterday on my Samsung A21s. Now the app won't open, I see there are other people with the same problem on the Google play store. I can't do mobile banking nowso hopefully there will be another update to fix it.

@HSBC_UK ill be more specific to help: 1) I want to be able to see both my live balance and my available funds - as I could previously. These were front and centre of the old app, literally one below the other. Don't make me work for it, just show me. This wasn't broken
