    @HSBC_UK On online banking I keep getting a message GSA error. I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

    @ae368e1f9fd14ad @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK Yeah they’ve mentioned that to me b4 when the Paying In machines have been broken & now Out of Service by sum1 numpty ramming a paper clip or bundle of old £5 notes in. But I don’t trust the Post Office sadly

    Usual useless service from @HSBC_UK transfer money to another account, gets flagged as fraud despite the account holder being the same name, tell me to call them and then leave me hanging on the phone for ages. Absolute joke of a bank.

    @HSBC_UK the worse updates I've seen in years. I understand you may not have the staff to handle all points of contact but no contact at all? Phone lines down, website down, app down. Branches don't handle cash or print out statements with letter heads. Are you still a bank?

    Had 2 calls with @HSBC_UK regarding an item on my credit card. 1st Agent verified me and was putting me through to to another department. I ended up back at the beginning. The next Agent asking the same questions as the first would not verify me. So problem cannot be resolved😡

    @HSBC_UK HSBC always have busy phone lines. I guess because too many people have complaints about their s**t services and incompetent team. HSBC have no appreciation about customer's time however their time very valuable. They don't have even an email of their complaints' department.

    @HSBC_UK just been to the Beckenham branch to open a child’s account. Looked on the website for opening hours, got there 12 mins before closing to hand over forms, they wouldn’t open the doors, tried to fob me off to another branch and tried to claim I had to do it online, even
