@HSBC_UK Harborne your customer service is lacking. Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

@HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

@HSBC_UK On online banking I keep getting a message GSA error. I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

@alanbullion2 @Barclays @HSBC_UK Maybe not even the town hall (I'd rather see start ups given space at just over cost to help them). Plenty of current banks which could be used. However, I'd rather see this in villages rather than big towns. It's the villages which are suffering now from closures.

@Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else
