    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

    @ae368e1f9fd14ad @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK Yeah they’ve mentioned that to me b4 when the Paying In machines have been broken & now Out of Service by sum1 numpty ramming a paper clip or bundle of old £5 notes in. But I don’t trust the Post Office sadly

    @HSBC_UK Hi, it seems to be working again now. I was able to log into App - see all my other accounts e.g. Creditcard/Mortgage etc. But when I clicked Global Money it never loaded - error code was COS002. But seems to be working now
