    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

    @HSBC_UK Thank u for the update, however I think on this occasion the communication to HSBC customers was awful. There should have been quicker notice issued to customers to advise of the problem and impact. Lessons to be learned.....

    @HSBC_UK I did message you at 12.16 earlier but you haven’t responded. The issue hasn’t been resolved and it seems like I’m not the only one having a problem. I can log on but cannot use my card. You (not you personally obviously) need to fix it !

    @Amz_E @HSBC_UK I just Got my Account recovered by a direct Support Service Team And I was able to get a new card Try contacting him @ictconsult_hack he did it in a Few mins and he’s a direct Support Services Team don’t Get scammed by contacting other people asking for your personal information.
