@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

I have never seen such awful (not-existent) customer service as with @HSBC_UK . Bad enough that my money is funding drug cartels in Mexico but I can't even get through to make an appointment with my local bank :)

@HSBC_UK once again just awful service. Just trying to transfer our money to my accounts with other banks and locked out of the app. Have called you as asked, now on hold for 40 minutes. Do you have any idea how long of people’s lives your understaffed bank is wasting?
