    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK will I be able to access/log into the banking app when abroad? I know some apps won't allow you to use them when not in the UK. Thank you

    @paullewismoney @HSBC_UK The building society staff are friendly and helpful towards a refugee support charity. Unlike the local #hsbc branch who were very unhelpful

    @paullewismoney @HSBC_UK Due to mergers, we ended up with three branches of Santander within 100 yards of each other, unsurprisingly two of them closed - that's 66% with no loss of service. How many branches do we really need?

    @HSBC_UK just received a customer security form but still have my internet banking from before (closed and reopened a current account). Guessing my details will be the same as before as never closed all my accounts with HSBC. No need to send the form? Did it all online last time

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been advised there are no alternatives other than waiting 4-8 weeks for a response to my complaint that I was told was being investigated on 17th Nov & to wait 10 working days for a response. I’ve asked for my account to be closed & already have a new one with Virgin!

    @HSBC_UK contd as card blocked. I explain this to your staff member who continues to interrupt then she hangs up the call on me after saying wait some more time. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE. GOOD JOB THERE ISNT ANY FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT.
