Den 🇬🇾 🇯🇲 (@LePhantomDennis) reported.@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.
