@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Wouldn’t it be better to donate the £ to @Shelter rather than pay for an advert on tv? Self gratification corporate bull 💩 ! support this amazing charity but do it with decorum and for genuine reasons.

@ChrisPenfold89 @HSBC_UK @Shelter I guess the question then becomes who takes on the risk inherent in any financial transactions. If a help centre has more people in an unstable financial situation on its books then it is more exposed to risk, isn't it? And that would put the rest of its services under pressure.

@HSBC_UK It wasn’t a dig at the measures at all! :) Better to be safe than sorry, especially with money! Again though, great work on the advert and in working to help those who are less fortunate in life and going through tougher times! 👏👏

Trying to pay a #HSBC credit card bill due to an error on our behalf, & @HSBC_UK make it so difficult, 3 people plus automated "service" can't help. Trying to do the right thing is impossible with this bank.

@LicenseKill @HSBC_UK I was wondering about switch to another bank. FirstDirect pays £100 to switch. Hold on! Who owns FirstDirect? HSBC! market concentration is terrible for us.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter @HSBC_UK are working with a few homeless Charities in Manchester helping people who are street homeless get bank accounts. It's so easy the support worker takes the person to the bank appointment and all that's needed is the support workers ID a care of address for the person

@HSBC_UK @Shelter if we have a cashless soceity how can people help those on the street.Nothing is eer done about the gangs tht put them on there and control them.its sheer misery.

@sezzy_boy @HSBC_UK @Shelter I think this is great what HSBC are doing right now. I understand your point, but If the banks in general are saying no to homeless people why dont they go on a decentralized platform. Help centres could offer this service instead of a controlling bank.

@HSBC_UK Yeah did that and was totally messed about for around 2 hours waiting and getting pushed from pillar to post. I've put a complaint in about your, at best, UNSATISFACTORY customer service. Utter garbage.
