@chris_railway @HSBC_UK I'm pleased you got it resolved, Chris. Probably the best move. They seem to forget people still rely on cash. One of our accounts doesn't support online transfer so we have to do it the old-fashioned way, but such a faff that I think it's time to change and go somewhere else.

@HSBC_UK Hi, my online banking has been suspended due to suspected fraud. It wasn't fraud though, it was a transaction I did. I need to speak to the account level fraud dept. What is their direct phone number? As customer service has put me through to wrong dept twice today

@HSBC_UK another iPhone Beta, another broken HSBC app. I’ve not got a single app that crashes besides yours. Every year the same deal. Why has this not been resolved? This is madness.

@wvrlfc_tez @HSBC_UK I had the same issue! I waited for weeks! Just give the customer service team a call and they will talk you through some sec. questions and you’ll be able to make your own there and then over the phone. Still to this day I haven’t revived mine and my accounts been opened a year.

@HSBC_UK after 4 weeks battling to set up account for my 12 year old daughter still cannot log online; 2 wasted trips to branch over 2 hours on phone - what the hells going on? Someone please help!

@HSBC_UK Thanks Saffron for your private message. Quoting that it’s “Terms and Conditions” isn’t really an answer though. There’s no fundamental reason why interest rates couldn’t be amended if you really wanted to “help”. Would you not agree?

@Neil1637 @HSBC_UK Recently had the same crappy service myself when some scumbag hacked our Just Eat account and ordered themselves some food at my expense. Lots of chatting with different people, all giving different advice. Repeating myself even though the log was all there. 1/2

@HSBC_UK I’ve already been through the help centre for this, Russell. They say it’s new checks that have been introduced, which the checkout systems haven’t been set up to deal with. I got round it by a) using another bank account and b) not buying the tickets.
