    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK what is interesting is that the only person who i think understood the problem was the lady on the general enquiries line (3rd attempt). My first 2 calls were to lost/stolen.......

    @HSBC_UK got through on the phone quickly, payment now made after 15 mins discussion and repeating a lot of details. You don't need a DM - you need to make your website work and you also need to have an online chat that allows access to an agent. If it doesn't do that, delete it.

    @HSBC_UK unable to make a payment from current account, website does not allow entry of amount. chat engine useless as only a dumb robot. now in lengthy process to pay by phone. not much of a bank, are you?

    @HSBC_UK No need. I've told you what was wrong and also told the person on the phone. I was setting up a new payment but the website would not let me enter the amount so didn't work. The account mostly pays direct debits so fortunately won't need this often.

    Really poor customer experience this now from @HSBC_UK trying to find out some information when trying to open my Kinetic business account . Perhaps need to go elsewhere … only been an HSBC customer for 25 years 😳
