@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

It’s been 2 month already as my @HSBC_UK account is frozen and all of my money in it because the acc is “under the review”. I uploaded all of the documents they requested a month ago and got no response whatsoever since then. Many important plans had been broken because of that.

Hello @HSBC_UK In one of your branches, I’ve just been told that it will take up to 4 working days to set up a new payee & make a transfer, if done in the branch. When I asked why & pointed out that it would be immediate if done online, the response was a shrug. Is this correct?

just got new @HSBC_UK credit card. 1st Impressions? Crap. can’t register 4 online a/c without Tele Security nbr, but can’t get that without calling 8am-8pm. Tried activating card, “sorry there’s a problem”. So can’t see, do or try. Not a good new customer experience 4/10

@HSBC_UK you really need to do better honestly. Why should a customer have to wait a number of days in order to set up telephone banking to remove a marker on their account which YOU placed?!

@SkylerDevops @Kit_Yates_Maths @HSBC_UK agree, been trying to call them at various times after getting a 'urgently reclaim money in your frozen account' email and can't get thru. Why do I have to pay international call charges when online banking login should still work?
