@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin after saying “we cannot help you today”. Trying to read and enlarge your print on her mobile is tricky - it just refers you back to set questions on the website. A lot of elderly folk do not have a smart phone or a computer so how are they expected to manage. 2/2

Hi @HSBC_UK I also am unable to log into the banking app although I can still use it to generate login condes for online banking. This happened last month and I ended up being told to reset all my security details. It cannot be acceptable to need to do this monthly!
