    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK now blaming retailers if they don't have in place sufficient to tech for the new HSBC "security to safeguard us" to work. Protecting the bank first and why worry about customer inconvenience. #poorservice

    @HSBC_UK do you have issues with online banking, my daughter can not get in through Phone App or online get a GSA error online. Its not a cookie issue as these have been cleared

    @HSBC_UK I don’t know if this Down is related but generally you really need to advise ppl not to update their OS’s until you’ve had time (weeks/months) to update your bank apps security to avoid lockouts. EVERY time the OS updates.
