Randomly transferred to another team, waited 45 minutes but no answer. Making it hard to complain when it appears a bank error has happened doesn’t improve the customer journey.

I rang simply to get a mortgage interest figure on commercial mortgage and no one can help apart from relationship manager who not contactable. I also gad to wait Ihr 30mins for somone to pick phone. I am currently on hold now for 57mins.
