@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

WOW @HSBC_UK @HSBC! My recently widowed mom, trying to coordinate her UK banking from Canada, has been treated horrifically. A HSBC employee in Canada trying to help was HUNG UP on by the UK. Your service levels are lower than low. Looking for a bank? DON'T use them! #hsbcsucks
