    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    Lost credit card May 2022. Reportd it, requested new one. I re-requested in July + Aug. Still no credit card&no explanation as to why my credit card re-issue blocked. I'll wait 2 more wks frm today & if no credit card receivd, I'll close my account- move to another bank @HSBC_UK

    Fun fact. I went into @HSBC_UK today. 1st time since we'll before lockdown. Had to sort out some issues I was having. The young chap behind the counter kept warning me about cryptocurrency scams. It was then I undid my shirt to reveal my #XRP T-shirt.

    @HSBC_UK very angry and annoyed by the service received at my local brach very poor customer service. I had a account for my 7 year old daughter which was a deposit account she saves from her pocket money and does her saving all of a sudden we cannot deposit
