    @sashayanshin @HSBC_UK Bring it to a branch..... if it hasn't been closed down in favour of telephone or online banking. Seems like a big step back in what they are trying to achieve. Crazy

    @financialombuds trying to resolve an issue with a credit card balance transfer that wasn’t completed correctly with @HSBC_UK since February 15 and yet no resolution and I’m paying for a transfer that hasnt been done

    @HSBC_UK And after being told the issue was apple on 3 occasions your team sorted it…only because we knew it wasn’t and stood our ground…not good service when we have to tell your team that it is your issue 3 times before they realise we are correct

    @sashayanshin @HSBC_UK I had a similar issue told I needed to go into the bank. When I arrived the que time was 45 minutes to see anyone. So I just changed banks

    @HSBC_UK Totally frustrated and angry! Wasted an hour on the phone this morning! 3 different advisors all singing from different song sheets. Issue still not resolved! # Terrible customer service! # disgusted

    Our company changed name. This is public information on the Companies House website. But @HSBC_UK want me to print out a confirmation, fill out a form by hand and deliver it to an HSBC branch in person during working hours. Then they wonder why their business is dying.

    @HSBC_UK Best bit was the bit where the online bank on the desktop asks you for a security code, but not the one you've just created on the phone call, then activated on the mobile app. It's a new, specially generated one, and the first step to get it reads, "DON'T sign in to the app".
