    @HSBC_UK 10 days ago you blocked my account due to Dec CC statement which I didn’t request being returned to you in March! Despite hrs on the phone from UK and USA, still not resolved. Bills unpaid, £100 of phone calls, yet all I get from your “customer service” is lies.

    @HSBC_UK please can someone dm me. not a client. application with you on the 10th. i dont want to air private details but your customer service rep cannot find it anywhere and is sending me to a branch. we're in 2022 youve sent a letter 1 week after i applied to ask me to call.
