    @HSBC_UK just checking its the year 2021 as it appears through no fault of my own I can`t access my account for over a week because its takes that long to update my telephone number that was working 2 days ago to get balance updates. Shocking service.

    @HSBC_UK and another 2 hours wait having been put through internally by the bereavement department.... In total I have spent 5 hours this afternoon trying to get a resolution to a problem that your chat assistant couldn't help me with! Dreadful service!!

    @HSBC_UK waited an hour and 20minutes to speak to someone about a cancelled direct debit. The man I spoke to was very passive aggressive, kept talking over me and was REALLY patronising. Very poor customer service
