@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@darlocyndi @HSBC_UK I left HSBC Darlington when I visited one Saturday to withdraw cash for a large-ish purchase (new sofa) and they told me they had no counter service whatsoever at the weekend. Told them I worked full time Mon-Fri so I couldn’t visit during the week, and was met with a shrug.

@HSBC_UK Had called in today for an issue regarding my HSBC reward credit card which is clearly unrewarding and ended up being transferred over to 4 agents and wasted 74 min of my time without an answer, pathetic customer service..can someone answer why??

@HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UAE Writing about HSBC Qatar Branch. The banking system is so much confusion specially transaction related to Credit Card..and felt like its been made to charge customer, even without knowing them. Paid 120$ fine just because of your mistake.

@HSBC_UK I’ve so far had two waits of 47 minutes before the line cut and currently 35 minutes. I understand people are busy, but another large bank answered my query within 12 minutes earlier today. I don’t see how HSBC can justify the difference to the customer.
