    @HSBC_UK So HSBC or the Hong-Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation just 16 weeks ago refused authorisation to SSE (my energy supplier) a £5 top-up for my meter. I was overdrawn, hungry, no elec for 3 days. I went to my branch & was refused help. I even cried when calling them. It's omtl 👀

    @HSBC_UK If you are working towards a dementia friendly business, perhaps you could the staff at your King's Cross branch know - this morning I witnessed unsatisfactory treatment of elderly woman who wanted a post office because local one had closed. Luckily, I could help her.

    @HSBC_UK Been a HSBC account holder for 24 years…. Been hammered with thousand of pounds worth overdraft fees over the years. Yes my fault for going OD. Never once had a call to see if I needed help or to provide help….

    @HSBC_UK No you are not. You are here for those who don't really need the help. Those that need the help are rejected by your impersonal algorithms and forced to get expensive credit putting them into a never ending cycle of debt

    @HSBC_UK why close so many branches in the city of london q’s awful - bishopsgate and paying in machines aren’t working - time is precious I don’t want to down the whole of my lunch hour in the bank !
