    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK @RobertW36058676 Perhaps you can help me. Daughter received her card 8/8. Still hasn’t received pin despite HSBC saying have sent out 3 times. Apparently you class compensation as paying what the terms of the account were anyway!! Not compensation and still can’t access!!!

    Just spent nearly an hour (mainly on hold) on the phone to @HSBC_UK , cut off 3 times, transferred 4 times, to reactivate my card after it was frozen in error, I get transferred to "someone who can help", to be cut off with an automated message that the office is now closed 🤬😡

    @HSBC_UK Not really a HSBC question, but why can rent be a few hundred more than what a mortgage would be But its pretty much impossible get a mortgage Whole system just makes rich people richer by renting out their houses, while anyone looking at buying a house a living hell

    @HSBC_UK I found an upgraded HSBC app on the Apple Store yesterday, probably made available on 6 October. Touch wood, it seems to have fixed the problems I and many others have been having in recent weeks. So why no announcement, text or notification from HSBC (to date)?

    @jamesburland @HSBC_UK It’s really bad. I just got a 0% balance shift card, my only product. It won’t let me make new account as it remembers my old login details from over a year ago on a current AC I no longer have. Won’t reset. Completely terrible experience.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you. I've an email to fill in, but yes please do escalate. I've diaried some time to speak to customer services about the dormant account. I'm keen to avoid the over draft charges as I was attempting to remedy this.

    @HSBC_UK Daughter and ourselves very much out of pocket as she cannot access the money in the account and she is currently 300 miles trying to resolve this. Lady yesterday said giving compensation but this was the amount given when opening the account! Ridiculous!

    @HSBC_UK trying to speak to anyone there with a business internet banking query at the moment is an absolute joke. Hours and hours on hold and getting cut off. Extremely frustrated long time business customer here, seriously considering switching to another bank.
