@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Hi Jack, I have responded to your DM. that official complaint resolution can wait . It is about process improvements , about notifying clients and such changes can take time at your bank . But main problem is that HABC has blocked my thousands of pounds . PLEASE RELEASE MY FUNDS!

@Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK I had the same experience, over 2 wks no access, given incorrect information & poor service, I was so stressed! Then they closed our local branch & have no cashiers in the branch close to where I live, so to get cash I have to travel 10 miles to a branch that closes at 3.30pm!

@ashortsentence1 @HSBC_UK I’m disgusted at their actions Karl. People with MH issues or established MI need advocacy within the banking sector not unilaterally shutting people down. @HSBC_UK you need to urgently review your customer services in light of this.
