@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

Trying to make a payment to a credit card with @HSBC_UK seems impossible! No way to do this online, unless you're a HSBC customer and on the phone for over 20mins so far. Got to be the worst customer service... Help please HSBC?

@HSBC_UK I opened a “My Account” for my 11yr old in August but we still can’t use it. Every time I try to register online I get “Your contact details are unavailable”. I called the helpline last Thurs and gave my correct number but still get the same message. Help!

@HSBC_UK In this day and age, to get locked out of my own account and forced to go into a branch, one that has terrible reviews and long queues. How someone with travel issues or disabilities copes is beyond me. You seem happy to send out mortgage interest payment updates the next day.

@HSBC_UK get your act together, I understand your callcenters are outsourced to India and the Philippines but waiting for 20min urea, then get diverted 3 times with a simple issue and got disconnected when they tried to transfer again to another department! 35min wasted!! #angry

regretting my choice of @HSBC_UK for my new credit card. Apparently can only set up online/mobile banking with a phone security number. And can only get one of them by phoning customer services up…now been on hold for over 40 minutes. Absolutely wild.

@HSBC_UK dreadful customer service 55 precious minutes wasted on ordering a new chequebook. Person still can’t tell me how I can order one next time online or if I can even use the banking app. Just shocking.

On hold to @HSBC_UK for 30mins, connected me to wrong department, terrible line, call handler had crying baby in the background, call took 20mins only to be sent to mobile app to complete the task and it didn’t work. Do you treat all long serving customers with such contempt?
