@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK your dispute team is absolutely horrendous. 3 months since started a dispute and no contact from the dispute team and customer service giving no help at all.

@HSBC_UK Really irritating 1 hour 20 minutes of my life passed though 9 different agents on a Premier Account HSBC enquiry. Many of the agents lines were very poor and the communication very difficult to understand. Extremely poor service and now my issue is still not resolved!!

@HSBC_UK been banking with HSBC for 2 months - quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced - 46 mins on calls tonight and been hung up on both times, horrendous!

@HSBC_UK your customer service hung up when I said (after a 45 minute call) I’m not repeating myself by email all the details are on the call recording listen to that and raise a complaint ! Poor customer service

@HSBC_UK got through on the phone quickly, payment now made after 15 mins discussion and repeating a lot of details. You don't need a DM - you need to make your website work and you also need to have an online chat that allows access to an agent. If it doesn't do that, delete it.

@HSBC_UK have the worst customer service. I have spoken to 8 people (5 over call, 3 over chat) to raise a dispute against a transaction. People just kept passing the buck and finally the last person just disconnected the call. No wonder this is the sorry state of affairs. #HSBCUK
