  @HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.

  @AmazonHelp @HSBC_UK cannot make any purchases now on amazon with hsbc card. HSBC say its vendor issue. Amazon say its bank issue. What a joke. Never had this problem into now. Guess I gotta join for another bank.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   Industry standard is 15 days not more than 3 months and no update till date ..shoddy customer service , @HSBC_UK we were told your isa department doesn’t even exist and that’s why they can’t directly contact us to resolve the issue.hsbcuk bank full of lies @financialombuds

  @HSBC_UK you as a bank are a JOKE Simple banking queries you’re unable to resolve . There is a serious issue with your process. As a premier customer we are having no help from your customer services team , you messed up my ISA Transfer last year and now same issue with my wife

  @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

  @HSBC_UK nearly 3 wks since my sons loan application- numerous phone calls - spent nearly 7 hours on hold trying to follow up - took 4 calls to get to the real issue - then more calls after that - 4 days post the agreement still no loan papers for him to sign . Appalling
