  @stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

  @HSBC_UK Hi, I want to share some feedback. I am really disappointed with the place of response on the Premier chat. It takes more than 45 mins to explain the problem to your team and the final response is usually call our number. Very poor experience over the last two times.

  @HSBC_UK I need to use the mobile site to login to check my investdirect account but it takes me about six ******* times to finally log in. Before I used to get to the approval stage and it would automatically open up my dashboard but on no you had to ruin it.

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank
