@HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart I thought you were a bank? How about waiting 'till you've got banking down before branching out into the arts? It routinely takes over an hour to get through to your call centers, and disputes which are dealt with "in 48 hours" can take 2 MONTHS to be dealt with.

@HSBC_UK what a moronic service you provide to small businesses. I have been locked out of telephone banking because I gave the wrong answer to: “how many of you are allowed to sign cheques?” We never sign cheques. Now I can’t make an appointment at my branch!!?

@marshyleeds @HSBC_UK Then the atomic option becomes the only way forward. Cancel all accounts with them and cut ties completely. It’s the only way to companies with such bad customer service learn. It’s just a matter of if you have alternative options

@Liberation2005 @HSBC_UK HSBC app had been working fine though and with the full iOS 15 release probably only just over a week away HSBC need to get their act together! Many jumped on the beta wagon because it worked! Now an update their end has broken things!

@HSBC_UK who do I speak to about incredibly poor service? You've supplied bank details and a card for an account which isn't active! I've transfered money to said account as nobody told me their was issues and said money is now stuck in limbo and cannot be accessed. 😡

@HSBC_UK Further to my previous tweet, I'm referring to HSBC's Business Banking App for Android. The app OR your bank are of no use to me if I can't pay my people while I'm on the move! Had to find work around for online as it's having same problem with paying out.
