    @HSBC_UK please help. My son currently living abroad lost his phone and now has a new number. Attempts to change it so he can access his money all require receiving texts but he can’t get on the app to change his number. He needs to talk to a real person. How can he do that

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK We're an HSBC UK Business customer of 10+ years. A company is trying to use our company name to defraud other businesses of funds. The account being used for fraud is registered to RBS, Birmingham. How do we stop this?

    @HSBC_UK It’s ok I have solved the problem myself, just switched banks instead and received £200 for doing so, I should’ve done this years ago as I have always had problems with Hsbc, bye 👋🏻

    @thechilledpanda @HSBC_UK @HSBC Tried to complete this within the requested 24 hours but they needed exact details regarding amounts and sort codes, etc. But my accounts were locked for days so impossible to complete the information required.

    We as a consortium migrating from #Web2 to #Web3 and pretty much working 17/18hrs a day figuring out & fix this **** but 🇬🇧 banks who have been there for last 50/60yrs, want to get into DLTs, can't even provide basic banking services. Pretty shame, isn't it? @HSBC_UK @Barclays

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not. I’m trying to log on to my account. Something that I’ve done hundreds of times. I’m having the same problem as Lauren and have narrowed it down to trying to do it on an Apple product. We’re both having the same problem. I need to get online tonight.
