@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@itvnews How will people bank with @HSBC_UK who don't have any access to a mobile phone? This is incredibly short sighted.

What is happening at @HSBC_UK !! Trying to speak to someone and left holding for an hour yesterday and no response and on the line now for 56 minutes and still having to listen to the ghastly music and the recorded voice telling me my call is important!! Appalling service……

@HSBC_UK Your customer service is unhelpful. I found a wallet last night with #HSBC card inside. I called to ask if the staff can reach the person (without giving me the person's phone no but to give mine ) so they can get their wallet back. Staff said no. Silly bank 👎

@HSBC_UK it is UNBELIEVABLE that I went to your branch in Golders Green and NOBODY could help me. The answer was "it is just us 2". Poor assistance, and I have been a client of Three.

@Dave_Hone @HSBC_UK Unfortunately calling companies out on Twitter is the only way to get a response these days, customer ‘service’ helplines are no help at all

@HSBC_UK just spent 90 mins on the phone being told my call was important. It was because I was trying fix a mistake HSBC made. Could employ more people?

Finally leaving @HSBC_UK as a customer of 20+ years. Customer service has often been poor. But lack of action on climate + heavy greenwashing the main reason. Thanks for the reminder @MMMoneyMatter

What an absolute farce @HSBC_UK, just joined as a customer, want a telephone banking security code and told I have to phone and speak to someone to request it - why, given I can activate card automatically? Tried multiple times, on hold for a while and then just cut off 💩 Awful

@HSBC_UK Why would your representatives advise a Customer they couldn't pursue Section 75 claim on request (cc purchase £1000+) because chargeback is necessary in 1st instance. They are 2 different remedies! Is HSBC suggesting internal procedures supersede an Act of Parliament?
