Tweeted on 2/2 about struggling to get hold of @HSBC_UK. Got a message saying to contact on live chat. Chat told me to phone up. Today on chasing my complaint raised 5/2 (and not responded to within their 8 week SLA) I was told the only way to deal with the issue is in branch!!

@HSBC_UK is the HSBC Mobile app for Android not working? I am getting a 'something wrong' error message. Am able to generate a security code for on line banking so know it is not my password. This was happening yesterday and again this morning

@HSBC_UK There is nothing to investigate. Your system was down. Your tech team knew this but did not think it relevant to post it and let us know. Instead I had to waste 45 mins on hold to your customer service team to be told there was an issue your end. Nice Happy Easter post tho 👏
