@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC @HSBC_UK is just lovely. Can't log in online so called - no one available and through a zigzag of automated messages they hang up. Tried the online chat, it's a bot who offers no resolution. To speak to a person I must log in. Which I can't. Excellent customer service 🤬

Don't ever use @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness for business banking. Awful customer service. Awful handling of fraud victims. Treating victims as the culprit. Unlawful freezing of accounts with no reasons provided in over 2 months. Terrible bank. Never use again

@HSBC_UK I'm absolutely amazed in 2021 you make it so difficult for a customer to make a one off payment to their credit card! Can't just go online and pay, telephone banking was a complete waste of half hour, guess I'll have to drive to my nearest bank just to pay off my card 🤬
