@HSBC_UK what an utter shambles! Card activation that won’t work (called number and used app) and now impossible to get through to agent - third attempt and 21 minute wait! With an active debit card, what am I meant to live on??

  • NorthernThug Northern Thug (@NorthernThug) reported

@HSBC_UK I am with HSBCs internet arm, First Direct, due to my wife's insistence. When we have asked for help from them it's been rejected every time. Now I'm in a stable secure job, they continually send spam emails advertising loans.

  • neilhamshaw ▪️Neil H▪️ (@neilhamshaw) reported

@HSBC_UK No I haven’t and I wouldn’t. They never help when you need them. It’s just a shame we still rely on banks.

  • theonemung678 Mung #FTEU (@theonemung678) reported

@HSBC_UK Im currently recovering from a stroke and my voice hasnt returned yet (no im not joking) so phoning for help from anyone is a bit difficult right now

  • cwmbrum Claire (@cwmbrum) reported

@HSBC_UK How about abolishing clawback for your pensioners to help them? @MidlandClawbac1

  • akportwood Ashley Portwood (@akportwood) reported

@HSBC_UK You weren’t there to help me when I asked. I wanted to move onto a higher rate and longer term fixed mortgage with you. Staying with you. You still wanted to charge an early repayment charge, even though you would get more interest, for longer. Greedy greedy.

  • AWG1 AG1 (@AWG1) reported

@HSBC_UK Would a bank actually offer real help, would you take less interest or agree to a prolonged pause whilst someone gets back on their feet. Or by help do you mean pretending to be nice to get someone to hand you everything peacefully like an accepting condemned man to the gallows.

  • Deezul_Dog Easy Deezy 🏳️🏳️🏳️ (@Deezul_Dog) reported

@HSBC_UK The option for 'Yes but the bank wouldn't help' isn't there!? Nobheads

  • JackLong_ Jack Long (@JackLong_) reported

@HSBC_UK after 55mins on hold, sorted the issue within 10mins. Good one you get on the phone but really long wait time to speak with someone

  • sd1874_ SD (@sd1874_) reported

@HSBC_UK How about scrapping overdraft fees which inherently punish the poorest? Oh. Not that kind of help? Got it.
