@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK is there a problem with live docs? It won’t log me in to upload mortgage docs, have verified all details over the phone. Am left with having to take time off to go to a branch.

@HSBC_UK @andrews_jon I have the same issue. Updated to new iOS last night. Now app will not open. I need to make a payment and I can’t do it on the app or online as I need the app.

@HSBC_UK @andrews_jon I have just spoken with the team. They are unable to fix the issue. There is a known problem with ios15, at some point there will be an update in the App Store. For now you can make payments through telephone banking.

Every rare time I need something from my bank @HSBC_UK and get the worst customer expirience on earth, I see the #NeoBanks oppurtunity clearer. The bar is so low, that you literraly need nothing to beat it. 50% of my activity is already elsewhere, the other half will follow...
