@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

Fun fact. I went into @HSBC_UK today. 1st time since we'll before lockdown. Had to sort out some issues I was having. The young chap behind the counter kept warning me about cryptocurrency scams. It was then I undid my shirt to reveal my #XRP T-shirt.

@HSBC_UK I have to say your telerphone banking service is absolutely disgusting ... I've wasted over an hour trying to reset a Sec number and just repeatedly get passed from pillar to post and then passed back to the beguinning !! USELESS !!

I've just been told that there is a call waiting time of 0 minutes on the large payment team yet I've been unable to get through for nearly 2 days now. HSBC are broken

I’m quick to complain about poor customer service, but sometimes they’re great. Just had a really good call with @HSBC_UK customer services sorting out my mortgage document through their online portal. The rep was really helpful and got it sorted for me hassle free. Thank you!
