    @SteveMiami3 @HSBC_UK @BBCCiN Erm ATMs didn’t work either. Nothing did. What if you were out? Don’t forget Hsbc have been saying how we should all go cashless. And you’re missing the point. Yes issues but not informing customers whilst you’re saying everything is fine is shockingly bad.

    @HSBC_UK how am I supposed to use my account? You have a maximum of 3 devices able to use the app. You cannot login online without the app, live chat cannot help without you logged into your account, & no-one picks up on the support line.
