@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK I have a mortgage coming out in the next couple of days and I don't have funds in my current account to pay for that mortgage, because the funds are in the business account you won't let me access. Literally the most awful and stressful experience

Hi @firstdirecthelp , why is is that the pay in cash machines in @HSBC_UK branches don't accept your cards? I don't have a local branch with counter service so this is a real pain.

@HSBC_UK Wow, over 28 hours to get that reply, I'm in a different country other than the UK, tired the online chat feature through the app, direct message service on twitter and I have tried calling but can't actually get through to a human representative. Absolute shambles of a bank 😡

@HSBC_UK Still no response from your complaints team a week later. Still you have my funds and still I am being charged by HSBC for being in my overdraft. Charging me fees, for an issue created by HSBC not me the customer.

@JaneRockHouse @Apple @HSBC_UK I’m so sorry, this sounds awful. So as to help others in the future it would be really useful to know what the thieves did? I can’t do anything on my phone until I’ve unlocked it either with FaceID or my passcode. How did the thieves bypass that?

Nobody on the phone helps, they read a script and press a button and then tell you there is nothing they can do. The worst bank
