@HSBC_UK I can't get hold of anyone at HSBC. Nobody is responding on Live Chat. Your customer service is non-existent.

  • originalblez Originalblez (@originalblez) reported

@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK So the business app for updated, and now works, but still nothing on the consumer app. You need to offer an alternative login approach on the web - eg text message 2FA - if your app isn’t stable.

@HSBC_UK @kg_beta Anyone else still got this issue ? We are on ios15 beta 8 and I still can’t load the app ?!?

  • pangwing pangwing (@pangwing) reported

@JamesFlanderss @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Finally some acknowledgement of their failed processes! We went with NatWest and are up and running. Our experience with HSBC has definitely put me off ever banking with them again. Just the stress of trying to get a sensible resolution through their "support" was enough for me!

  • dripizzle Drizzle (@dripizzle) reported

@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @ylihao Yeah, kind of important I would say.. especially given that the app is essentially needed to log in through a browser.
