  @HSBC_UK I have spent nearly THREE weeks speaking to FOUR people on your online banking line and NONE of them can fix my problem. WTF do I have to do to get this fixed. They acknowledge it is YOUR problem, not mine.

  @HSBC_UK Samsung s10, HSBC app. Error message says this service is currently unavailable, fails when I try to check bank details match name of new payee. Works today but often doesn't.

  @HSBC_UK I have money 'in limbo' and the payee doesn't know what's going on. I don't think you fully appreciate the impact this is having. No acknowledgement of the issues people faced using their cards or online payments, and now there's money in the 'ether' which is where?

  @HSBC_UK It wasn't just accessing my online bank, I was unable to even use my bank card to pay in the shops after it went down!

  @HSBC_UK poor SLAs. Requested replacement card 29th Oct. Hasn't arrived. New card now on order to 'nearest' full service bank 9 miles away, will take up to 6 days. 2 weeks without a bank card not acceptable. So much for loyalty having been a customer for 30 years.

  How to @HSBC_UK apologise for their online banking not working a few times a week? Offering £200 for opening a new account, whilst existing customers get nothing.....
