@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK I have all the correct docs It's the BF57 from DWP form which seems to be the problem. Wouldn't accept 1st one as it didn't have a stamp on even though official paperwork, got 2nd one stamped 1st and last page as requested to now be told all 4 pages need a stamp on.

@HSBC_UK Then I called again for the 6th time to get told that their documents weren’t uploaded for one of the applications but the other did! This is unacceptable service and treatment from you guys! There isn’t even any helpful way to do this!

@AndyTheTallGuy @HSBC_UK It's a public beta, nowhere does it say on the public beta to not install on a main device. Almost every single other bank's apps work with the Public Beta, it's not down to a bug, it's due to HSBC not including iOS16 in their whitelist.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@mip2202 @HSBC_UK Wasting your breathe mate. Every year the same on the betas and every year people complain and its ignored. HSBC literally only bank who actively block app from working and their policy will never change. The app will start working September as iOS 16 comes out, not a day before.
