@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK I think someone may have fraudulently attempted to take out a credit application with you, so want to talk to your fraud team. But, I don’t have an account, so can’t get through on the telephone lines as it asks me to enter branch sort code which I don’t have. Help?

@HSBC_UK why is your customer service so appallingly bad? Your phone line for non-HSBC customers doesn't work as it asks for customer details and then hangs up if you can't input any. I have tried to open a current account on line but had no acknowledgement after 2 weeks.

@HSBC_UK rejected by student credit card. Why? No help in branch - apparently everything done 'behind the scenes'. Website gives no real help - chance of speaking to a human being zero unless 'urgent'. Where is your casebycase service?

@HSBC_UK whats wrong with your customer service? I was supposed to be provided a “relationship manager” ( i haven’t ) as part of “premier” service. Apparently now i have to call an intl number to speak to this person who doesnt exist. I cant raise a complaint to have it resolved

@HSBC_UK is there a problem with the banking app on Android phones? I've tried a few times today and it says it says it's having trouble connecting to servers. I have the most recent updates installed. Any advice welcome please!
