@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

@HSBC_UK I've spent 9h over the last week with your business banking team trying to track down the status of several international payments with no status yet. On the last call, they put me on hold, then hung up on me after 1.5h of being passed between several teams. I am fed up!

@ZaidPatel90 @HSBC_UK 💯 this. I was on hold to telephone banking yesterday for almost 40 minutes before I spoke to someone. I couldn’t do it online because the service I needed was ‘unavailable’. Shockingly bad.

@HSBC_UK Doing my head in..! Telling me the bank details of a joiner for work done and #validated by him can't be validated by them..! I need a fix and got sick of waiting all morning in a queue on the phone. I get it... you're worried about fraud... I just want to pay a bill..!!
