@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK @kg_beta Seems to be happening again for iOS 16 public beta. I presume this is just a simple version whitelist issue as every other app (including banking apps) work without a problem, only HSBC. Any word on a fix or beta we can test?

@HSBC_UK I’m an existing customer and am trying to open a Flexible Saver but every time I try to apply it says I can’t because I’m not a UK tax resident. But I AM a UK tax resident. Why is this happening? I have only ever lived and paid tax in the UK??

@HSBC_UK Ref 503 message keeps popping up whenever I try to add a new payee. Very inconvenient. Says 'this feature is currently unavailable'. Why is it unavailable? This is happening more and more. Poor service
