    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK For waiting over 1hr 10min I gave up. Tried several more times and now I am now waiting for a call back. I must say that the customer service is extremely poor, not enough branches and not enough staff!!

    @HSBC_UK I waited 90 minutes then got to speak to someone and got disconnected, THEN had to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes only to be told they could not help. SMH! busy is not an excuse for poor customer service!

    @HSBC_UK You never offer support when people want to speak to an agent! l have been waiting days upon days to speak to someone so they can help solve my issue, please stop lying to us about 24/7 support😫😫

    @HSBC_UK over 40 mins waiting to speak to an agent and STILL waiting. Get out of the 90s. This is unacceptable. I voiced the same issue through twitter last week, radio silence from HSBC!!

    1/2 Spent a big chunk of yesterday and today wrestling with @HSBC_UK who ‘randomly’ declined husband’s and my credit cards for security reasons without notifying us. The site we were trying to buy from just said ‘transaction failed’ so we retried ++. Husband’s card frozen.

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to speak to.your customer services since last evening and have been put on hold for 30 -40 mins for long time for 4-5 times. No luck. Also no indication of how long it will take to speak to them. Is your line not working?

    @HSBC_UK Why change access to the app without informing your customers? I need to move some money around and it’s almost impossible to gain access to my account. Frustrating!
