The agent was so rude, spoke at a speed that I couldn't not gather what they was saying and they were getting annoyed at me!! This is not customer service

For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.
