@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK You have succeeded in creating the most difficult app going. Trying to verify, with my correct number and never receive the text with the code. Ring your appalling customer service to be told "it takes upto 5 days for a text" Shocking service, especially nowadays!

@HSBC_UK I am with a customer of yours who has banked with you for over half a century. Utter shambes from HSBC. No telephone security code received, despite promises. She needs online banking to pay bills, and has never received it. Phoning is pointless. 34 mins waiting so far.
