    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK after holding for 30 min to talk to an agent to unblock my account, that agent transfers me to another service. 1hr later and nothing. These are 1h30 of my life gone like that. Worst customer service in the world I think

    @claireedith @HSBC_UK So they’ve told me - my biggest issue was that they only let 5 people in the branch which is fair enough - but they don’t limit groups when only 1 needs to go in - group of 4 taking ages on one machine while everyone just stood outside getting wet. Some common sense needed

    @HSBC_UK trying to arrange an appt to set up an Executor acct for my late mum,advised do it online,no spots but told to call,waiting for 30 mins to be told by an o/seas callcentre to go to a branch on spec(Bourne now closed,nearest 30mins away)on a 1st come1st served basis,awful

    @HSBC_UK I don't want to spend another 90 mins on hold, being passed between many colleagues so what is the quickest way for me to find out whether this application has been accepted or not? The service is very unacceptable at this early stage, especially for a non customer. 2/2

    @La__Mela @HSBC_UK It’s really shocking..absolutely no sense of the impact on customers. It’s taken me nearly 4 days to get resolved..not impressed. Hope you get your issue sorted soon 🤞🏽

    @HSBC_UK hi Hsbc. Absolutely dreadful service you’ve frozen my account after I spent 15 minutes with an advisor telling them that my spending was all good. And now I phone the help desk and no one is there. Let me access my money!!!!!

    @MandyTB08 @HSBC_UK To be honest I’m thinking the same! We can’t waste time and money (to call them) WAITING HOURS for their issues!! Anyway: happy for you , able to resolve it 👏🏻
