Matt (@mattyblinkster) reported@HSBC_UK I know where the local one is and it’s miles away and my mum and elderly people can’t access easily! It’s a shame a bank like hsbc doesn’t get involved in these banking hubs when everyone else seems to be able to ….

Nick (@iamN_I_C_K) reported@HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I can’t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?

Zlatan1985 (@Zlatans1985) reported@DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....

Hello Newman (@goodbyenorman) reported@HSBC_UK Terrible. No information was sent on this by email. By taking the app offline when even logging on over the desktop requires a 6 digit app-generated code, you're de-banking customers for 2 hours.
-
Lauren 🦋 (@LaurenRose94_) reported@HSBC_UK I’ve just tried to update my change of name on the app but it’s saying I can only do this in person. All my local branches have closed down and I’m unable to get to one. What do I do please?
-
Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK Your customer services number has been hacked. It is asking for details no bank would. I want you to sort this out now.

Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
