    @MandSBank @HSBC_UK now that the HSBC app has been updated to work with iOS 15 beta, any chance the M&S one could be updated too? There was an update today, but that hasn’t fixed the problem. Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK I have just had my overdraft changed without reason and without telephone banking giving an proper explanation. I am a HSBC premier customer. Not brilliant service.

    @HSBC_UK I need to close my help to buy ISA. When I came home I rang the telephone banking service but apparently that has been locked out and the only way to reset is to go into a branch. All rather annoying when you live 30 mins via train away from the nearest branch.

    @HSBC_UK Managed to speak to someone after 1 hour 40 mins!! apparently your system only allows for so many transactions per limited time period without telling the customer that (just says “error”) so someone had to manually override it for me.
