    @HSBC_UK What is happening to your online banking system? The login process takes far too long and often results in timeouts. Plus I cannot see the transactions against my accounts at the moment.

    Dear @HSBC_UK, your app is still terrible for receiving notifications. Why am I still having problems when the app and my operating system are both up to date? And yes, my notifications *are*, and always have been, turned on.

    @HSBC_UK Why do you still have the damn iOS version check in your app? Your app is the only non-functional one on the iOS 16 Developer Beta. Many other high street & challenger apps are working fine!

    @HSBC_UK I’m sorry, but security isn’t a good excuse in this case. The team already knows that this will happen, and customers that appreciate technology will get annoyed, so why repeat the same mistake every year? I’ve also raised my concern about this issue on HSBC Customer Studio.

    @HSBC_UK my debit card had been expired last may!! Been contacting your customer service multiple times! Just given false reassurance!!! How dare you to do that to your customer??? Cant do any transactions as my card is expired!!!

    @HSBC_UK having problems with several things and can’t get support. Your online is really unclear and refusing to recognise standard info. Things ridiculously slow. You’ve shut local bank. Maybe time to move my account…
