  @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

  @HSBC_UK Appalled at HSBC's lack of concern to customers experiencing the fraudulent use of their home address for credit card abuse. Issue raised on 04/04 but still unallocated, told today they have up to 30/05 to respond. This is the escalation process. HSBC approved this CCard

  @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else
