    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK Says I need to log in using existing secure key card which I have lost once again. Once I log in to this app can I use that as a key card if I lose my key card again?

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I am not the only one though. Just read lots of reviews on TrustPilot. May be the bank should have some duty of care towards its customers. That may actually help people and help the bank gain some trust. HSBC-a-bank-not-to-trust

    @HSBC_UK having an absolute nightmare trying to dispute a card payment online. As usual, app doesn’t give option I need & website log in doesn’t recognise my password so after re-setting it has locked everything. 20 mins wait to speak to someone!

    @HSBC_UK Hello. I receive emails to sign CRS form, linked to my old phone number. Can't sign it. Updated phone, but doesn't work. Live chat can't help, calls hung up by the service, or don't solve issue. Deadline end May. May I request you a hard copy to my address? Thanks!

    Hello @HSBC_UK I've been on hold for 2 hrs waiting to speak to disputes team re: a CC dispute I raised in December 2020 that there have been no updates on at all since. Is this normal customer service? Your customer service agent also told me there is no call-back service offered
