@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK STOLE MY MONEY. I requested Direct Debit Indemnity on Monday, 3rd April 2023. I have been asked to wait 5 working days for the refund. It's 11th April today, 8 days over due to bank holiday weekend. FINANCIAL ABUSER is @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.

@HSBC_UK hsbc kinetic- total waste of time. Very poor service. Lost 1 week of income as could not start to provide services waiting for the account which was rejected after false promises. Used online @Cashplus bank, all approved in 10 minutes.
