    @HSBC_UK you are the worst. You lock me out of my mobile app while I'm on holiday. You do not let me resolve the issue on your website. You have kept me on hold on the phone for over half an hour. I now have to tell someone I can't pay them today.

    @HSBC_UK Not much better today…I have been queueing in total for over 2.5 hrs to speak to someone…doesn’t help when you cut callers off after 40 minutes waiting….

    @HSBC_UK Appreciate your message thank you. It’s unfortunate tho that the help desk appeared oblivious to this…. Or holding back. Either way lesson learned needs to be applied here. Lack of information and honesty doesn’t bode well for the masses.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I deposited a cheque at the post office yesterday but without a paying in slip. I asked the person at the post office and they said it was okay without one. Is this going to cause any issues with getting the cheque deposited into my account?
