    @HSBC_UK Yes, eventually. Started the chat at 19:09, ended at 21:38. Information given has turned out incorrect too. I was told my card had no issues, only to has one of your team just call to say my card had been used fraudulently! Poor show all round.

    @HSBC_UK has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I haven't been able to speak to their complaints team in 6 months, and given that the complaints team refuses to contact me directly it's impossible to resolve my complaint. Financial Ombudsman is the only option.

    @HSBC_UK Can't get Fast Balance anymore because you fools updated the app. Need to login. How can I do that when the Secure Key is on another phone? You ******* idiots.

    @HSBC_UK been trying to open an account for over a month, still nothing. Can't contact you on the number supplied on the email as you need an acc number to proceed, well I don't have one. Pretty awful service.

    @HSBC_UK This is the same @HSBC_UK who say it "may take up to 56 days" to provide a response to complaints. What they fail to mention on their website is that they may also completely ignore your complaint, and refuse to let you speak to the complaints team to try and resolve it.

    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK I'm in exactly the same situation today. My son's App stopped working last week and we still don't have it sorted out.
