@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

So I asked a VERY specific question that is NOT covered in @HSBC_UK information on their website, and all 3 times I have been sent the same information that does NOT answer the question. I guess maybe it is time to start looking for another business bank?

Why is it so hard to request a new login for @HSBC_UK online banking? @HalifaxBank send you a letter with new codes. HSBC want your blood type. Got absolutely no where.

@HSBC_UK I was told to contact complaint special Rhiannon today if issue has not been resolved. It hasn’t but I cannot get hold of her or anyone in that team. In fact when I called I was told that you do not have a complaints team. Please help.

@HSBC_UK I need help with my case. It was money to an account within HSBC that was an account transferred from scammers. I fell in one blow and I have no return now. Put all my savings to buy equipment and unfortunately the bill was a scam. I've been waiting for help for 2 months

@HSBC_UK @HSBC despite being told to contact the complaints specialist first thing today if the problem is not corrected, the customer service team are refusing to put me through. No idea where I go from here!!

@HSBC_UK I have closed my help to buy ISA which contains more than enough money to receive the government bonus. And yet your letter states I am not eligible. I have called and your agent claims the letter does not state this. They provided no further help

@HSBC_UK I read HSBC are teaming up with Shelter to support tenants against landlords. Are you going to offer a similar service to landlords who have rogue or antisocial tenants who do not pay rent. Remember some of your accounts may be owned by landlords

@HSBC_UK Unfortunately these very long hold times are not a recent thing - it's been going on for 2-3 years. Are you actively looking to fix this by increasing staff levels? It's really bad experience as a customer, and looking through your mentions can see many people saying the same.
