@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Most banks only help those who don't really need the help in my experience. Leaving the people who really need low cost borrowing having to get into more ebr with loan sharks and poor credit interest rates. Plus it's all down to algorithms not people.

@HSBC_UK The only way for a bank to help would be to write off part of a customer's debts. Providing people details of debt advice organisations, many of which are funded by the credit industry, is pointless. Is a debt adviser going to write a cheque a pay a customer's rent?

@thraxar @HSBC_UK Their message will say “we’re experiencing unusually high call volumes currently” when what they mean is “we don’t employ enough people.” Try not closing your branches. Appalling customer service from HSBC.
