  @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  HSBC @HSBC_IN @HSBC_UK @PMOIndia I called your customer care as asked by you. They gave new complain no. 36509058 Still no credit of missing points. It's more than 2 months now. Same as May, my July accelerated points are also not credited as per transactions. Pathetic HSBC
