@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK My son has just opened a MyAccount but needs a Telephone Security Number. Your website tells us to ring 03457404404 to get one. The phone line won't let us through without the aforementioned Telephone Security Number. Suggestions?!?

@HSBC_UK What a bright idea (!?) to replace the digital secure key password with a digital secure key 6-digit pin!!Easy to remember unique password, personal to me - will now have to write pin number down. 'Simpler' - really??

@HSBC_UK The thing is my account is closed due to a overdraft around 18pounds. I was an international student, and I left UK with 0 balance in my bank card. I don’t know there is a overdraft until the account has been closed. I tried to call your telephone customer service 3 times.
