@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@copperdale @HSBC_UK It’s no surprise that when independently measured, their service standards are awful compared to other banks. The figures are on placards in the branches, and they’ve been consistently terrible for years.

@HSBC_UK You have utterly awful customer service. My wife is trying to get a digital security key, answered 4 pieces of security information. Can't think of a transaction in the last 3 weeks, told to go to branch - that you don't have. Time to leave

Hi @HSBC_UK I needed to visit a branch yesterday and was amazed to discover that the opening hours are only 0930 - 1500 and only Mon to Fri. Do you have any plans to open longer to help people who work normal office hours and also weekends?

@HSBC_UK husbands app updated yesterday and since hasn't been able to log on, tried to reset details online. No reset code sent to phone or email...so trying to call you internet banking help number - it's been 40minutes! Terrible service!
