🆁 (@CapitalR) reportedLast night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.
