    @HSBC_UK I cancelled an order last week which was confirmed via the sellers site but the amount is still pending in my account affecting my ‘available balance’ well past the payment date. How long will this remain ‘pending’ on my account?

    @HSBC_UK I am not blocked? I am just not receiving the text message with the activation code to let me in to the app or even onto the actual banking website! Had no issues previously until the app was updated
