    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK I've changed my mobile device. Have tried 3 times for a new activation code but not getting the text. On hold with customer service for 35 mins and counting. Please help!

    The new UI in the @HSBC_UK mobile banking app is awful. For example, where you used to be able go into an account and see all the info at a glance, you now have to swipe down to see the info. The overall UX of it is ironically more complicated due to the "simplified" UI.

    @HSBC_UK @nationaltrust It’s a tiny tiny start. Now, to make up for the presumably absolutely massive amounts you have invested in fossil fuels over the past 40 decades could you please make sure no more are taken down and millions more planted. We need billions of trees now.

    @HSBC_UK It wasn’t an enquiry, it was a grumble. I have to approve payments via your fraud team, who are working from home. My point was that this is not secure at all. I am giving confidential information to someone overseas, sitting in a room with other people around.

    @HSBC_UK Appalling service standards..spent nearly 3 hours to unblock a card (nor prior comms) but futile....no one knows what they need to do...dont have the courtesy to call back when they disconnect your call. #shame to it highest

    @HSBC_UK u literally know how 2 destroy someone’s mood & day. Gosh such terrible service Plz accept dat ur voice recognition system is just useless & demolish it 100% also can u plz call back once d call is disconnected after 20-30 mins of horrible exp f explaining d situation?

    @warnerhotels when the funds will be returned immediately. You won’t action without a letter from @HSBC_UK. So in theory could take me nearly 3 months for refund. Got to love your zero compassion/ consideration for grieving family & insist on adding stress at a truly awful time.

    @copperdale @HSBC_UK It’s no surprise that when independently measured, their service standards are awful compared to other banks. The figures are on placards in the branches, and they’ve been consistently terrible for years.
