@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I feel your pain with HSBC. Other week, had internet nonsense because after internet nonsense messed up an original internet nonsense error. (If you follow). Same with my mobile phone provider. Decades of loyalty to now be speaking to a robot!

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I used to bank with HSBC and I went into a branch to sort a problem they’d caused (set up a loan without enough DD payments) and was told I would need to use the phone in the bank to call HSBC, whilst standing in HSBC… insanity! That was my final straw.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I do miss the days when I could go into my local bank and speak to people who knew me 😢. They knew whether I was a good customer or high risk and didn’t have to check an algorithm to see if I could have a short term overdraft!! No customer service these days 😢😢

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK You should point out for all the non-Londoners what a parking ticket means there. It would bankrupt some Northerners 😢 I think it may be all banks. Halifax/RoyalBankofScot/Lloyds have been giving me the runaround for months. After paying off a credit card, it's suddenly broken?!
