@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK I don't have an account, so contacting you is difficult. An elderly relative banks with you in Stroud, Glos. The branch is reopening as digital. I need to know if he can easily use that service as he doesn't do online. Will there still be staff there to help him, please?

@HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

@coopsterdude @HSBC_UK I don’t bother with savings anymore, it’s just a way of slightly slowing down losses through inflation. I’ve found a few reliable funds and stick with those.
