@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

Despite making both branches “staffless” @HSBC_UK manage to close both the Maidenhead and Windsor branches due to “temporary staff shortages”. Expected nothing less from them. Absolutely shocking service as per usual.

@HSBC_UK dreadful customer service, I've now been on hold for over an hour (for something fairly urgent) after being told 'we are just transferring you to another department'. Incredibly disappointing and not what I expect.

@HSBC_UK HELP, cashpoint in bethnal green road only gave me £80 for £100!!???.....I managed just to get the last £20 as was stuck..couldve been £60..branch closed and going away to wales tomorrow..Anybody else had similar problems with cashpoint & the new notes???
