    Agent @HSBC_UK completely wasted my time today. To tell me to ring the same phone number I keep ringing that they drop my call. Horrendous customer service. Been failed. Best to change banks to a competent one. Warning to others. I've been trying 3weeks to resolve my issue

    @HSBC_UK you really are the WORST bank you don’t care a jot about customers, service, humans. 6 failed hours today trying to speak to a person as I’m locked out my business banking account. You really should be ashamed of yourselves

    @HSBC_UK In order to upgrade my basic bank account, will I need to visit a branch? I opened it when I was a student but now I'm in a stable job. It's just my local service branch is 10 miles away.

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds I seriously need this matter looked into, if somebody can oblige please. I have no access to withdrawing any cash or using any of my card services. Been promised callbacks and nothing has been done. I cannot purchase the bare minimum for survival
