@HSBC_UK Hello, the browser is up to date and I have cleared cache and deleted cookies, and this made no difference. There is definitely a problem as there are many items on the WWW referring to this issue.

@HSBC_UK I was just holding for over 45 minutes to reset my security details. The automated system was down, then the customer service woman shouted at me, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me! WTF?? She was so rude! What is this??
