It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

Zlatan1985 (@Zlatans1985) reported@DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....
