@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

@HSBC_UK Just phoned to check if system working as failed to login twice. Held on phone line for 12+minutes, no response. Your customer service is poor. Tried again and logged in successfully.

@HSBC_UK As an avid App and web user I was perplexed when I was asked to set up Face ID having used it the previous day. The set up process is a nightmare so called an agent. The advisor who resolved the issue was unbelievably good, thanks. Need to sort help on the app!!

Extremely grateful this morning for the lost & stolen card teams at @Monzo, @HSBC_UK and @CapitalOne. Lost my phone & cards last night so unable to access apps but they all confirmed no transactions made & cards now blocked. PHEW! Huge relief. HUGE! And replacement cards on way.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for the speedy reply. Isn't this false advertising as when you first sign in to online banking it shows the screenshot (that I attached)? Also, I thought that you were going to add new features such as saving pots and spending insights? This would change the design surely?
