    @HSBC_UK I’m still on hold after 40 mins. Was meant to be transferred to another department I am now an hour and 16 mins into the call - is this normal? Very poor service- there anyone still on phone lines at this time?

    Well my preferred @HSBC_UK branch has finally done it. After a pre summer warning that it would close the counter service, it's now closed. But it hasn't increased the number of self service machines to mitigate its regressive decision. *slow clap* 1/2
