@Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They wouldn’t necessarily see the ad would they if it wasn’t targeted for them? And sometimes people need an organisation that supports them to signpost them to resources. In the same way Shelter would for other homeless people? Just really don’t understand your problem

@mayeilimexx @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Use my brain? Why the insult? Please explain to me why it matters who a person chooses to be intimate with has any bearing on whether we choose to help someone. It literally doesn't matter! They need help and support, not being segregrated into groups to tick boxes.

@tapdripping @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They don't care, PR is to get more clients, more people to defraud the ones who can't afford the loss, then give you the boot and the unavailable customer service. Ignore their own voluntary code they signed, that was just pr too #nointegrity

@TheFCA You need to have a more rigorous monitoring of the banking systems, banks like @HSBC_UK are still manipulating the system because of 1) how slow your organization acts 2) likely to get away with it. @financialombuds is not better either.

@rickological @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin This is clearly a targeted ad for one group of people. Nowhere does it say that you can’t get this help if you’re straight, it’s a partnership with Stonewall to help that subsection of the community. Other charities are doing the same like Shelter for other people that need it
