@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

@HSBC_UK your customer services are pretty much non existent. 2 hours wait on the phone to be cut off. Money has not be transferred for 34 days - total disgrace
-
Cory B (@MrCoryB) reported from Manchester, England
@HSBC_UK Ok, this doesn’t seem to help. I only have a credit card, I don’t have a current account with HSBC to transfer from. Can I not just pay with a debit card from another provider like you can with other credit cards?

chava erlanger (@chavasart) reported from Manchester, England
@HSBC_UK The worst Internet banking ! and worst customer service are we still stuck in the 1990s??? Since when do you need in year 2022 to print out a form to reset your Internet banking? I thought you went paperless and are conscious of the environment?##Internetbanking#Outdated

THE END GAME (@SALMAN_1562) reported from Salford, England
Disgusted with @HSBC @HSBC_UK customer services. Lack of ownership and zero empathy with the audacity to try and make you feel like you’re in the wrong. Sort your staffs and training out!
-
Gillian Fielding (@g_fielding) reported from Rawtenstall, England

Angela Nathaniel (@angelajnat) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
@HSBC_UK new customer feedback!!! Make sure your staff verify customers so they know who they are speaking with and not divulge account information 🤔not a very good experience!!!!

Phil Maylor 🌹🐝 🇺🇦 (@Maylor) reported from Salford, England
@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

Adam Carney (@adamrcarney) reported from Salford, England
New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

Christopher (@Christo13934305) reported from Wigan, England
@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

@moltengoldlava @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni This would support everyone, no matter the race, who need/want the support, get's it based on their situation at the start of their lives, not where they're parents are from.

@HSBC_UK Good morning. I was wondering if there are any problems with the banking app? I cannot log on and it won't accept my password. The app is up to date with updates. Thanks
-
TransportManchester 🐝 (@TransportManch1) reported
@moltengoldlava @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni Surely if you give everyone who is poor, or as many as possible, free high quality higher education, then the whole issue with qualifications and jobs that black people in poverty face would be reduced? This because you can support the poorest people (Including black people).
-
Heidi Daniels (@HeidiDaniels) reported
@HSBC_UK is the banking app down this morning? Getting a message 'something went wring, try later'
-
TransportManchester 🐝 (@TransportManch1) reported
@moltengoldlava @HSBC_UK @Cambridge_Uni Make a foundation on what? Getting more white people into education? No, thats ridiculous. The fairest way would be doing it based on income and social background. Doesn't discriminate. Sadly, more black people do fit into that, so they'd still get a proportional amount of help.
