@HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@HSBC_UK I just visited your Amersham branch & was treated rather rudely by an employee who told me you don’t do banker’s drafts anymore. I need a secure method of payment & when I asked if I could pay that way, was spoken to as if I was daft to come to my bank for help. Unhappy.

@HSBC_UK As an ex-staff member, I was badly disappointed at the service & info a friend was given by a telrep yesterday. She's not totally confident & it could have left her £500 out of pocket. Sadly, she won't ring to report a service failure as she doesn't want to cause a fuss!

@HSBC_UK @Gabriel67599374 But it was working up until you updated your app this week! You need to roll back to the previous version of your app as many people are without access to their accounts. (My local branch has closed and 7-10 days for a physical key is no good)
