@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

@HSBC_UK Youv'e locked me out of both the app and website...I can't chat with you because your brainless tech guys have set that up so it only works if I can log in which I can't. I've already had a disconnected call using relay or in ancient times NGT.

@HSBC_UK @WhichUK The article ranking @HSBC_UK as one of the worst banks in the UK for customer satisfaction is current as well. It's dated January 2022. I'm not surprised in the least either, given I've had to resort to twitter to get HSBC to look at a complaint made 6 months ago. Disgraceful.

@HSBC_UK I have finally spoken to someone after 4 hours trying and getting cut off 3 times. Had to do aa hard reset which is now done and access restored. I know I am not only one who had had issues with the app update which was obviously not tested fully.

@HSBC_UK hi is there an issue with the app? I can't make a new payment (keeps saying I've been signed out) and I can't generate a log in code to log in on a computer to try that way. It's just a black box without any numbers and sometimes doesn't ask for security credentials!!

@HSBC_UK I'm sorry I don't need any explanation how the app works. I'm reporting to you that it has been changed without notifying customers. And that the change has removed a key feature - fast balance - I believe this is an error that needs to be rectified. Please take this forward.
