@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

Awful service from @HSBC_UK went into to branch to update my name on my accounts, had to sit there for half an hour while systems updated, then had to chase new credit card as not rec’d to find out credit card not updated or new one requested I have to call them to look into it

@HSBC_UK why is it that I can’t transfer funds from my own account , online banking can’t help , asks to go to branch and can’t make appointment, turn up at branch , could be one to two hours wait or come later . Surely this can be made a lot less time consuming and frustrating

@sambakey @HSBC_UK I had problems the last couple of times I tried to pay my Tesco cc through the app. The HSBC app stopped working and wouldn't work again until I restarted my phone. Have to pay it via debit card now, there is defo a bug with the HSBC app as never had issues before

@HSBC_UK And yet there is no damn given about customers digitally or not……you decide and change wether I want it or not! So it’s rubbish interest rates for savings, appalling bad customer support and now this! Time to do to HSBC as you do to customers…….ignore this and dump the bank!
