    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

    @HSBC_UK Please help with complaint id 1140914: safeguard team only comes back after 4 days I did my part, saying "I contacted the branch for ID VA ,but I didn’t receive any address proof from them yet I got only the ID". i was in the RHODES branch on Friday, driver license copied.
