    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @HSBC_UK your customer services are pretty much non existent. 2 hours wait on the phone to be cut off. Money has not be transferred for 34 days - total disgrace

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @HSBC_UK The worst Internet banking ! and worst customer service are we still stuck in the 1990s??? Since when do you need in year 2022 to print out a form to reset your Internet banking? I thought you went paperless and are conscious of the environment?##Internetbanking#Outdated

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve, your colleague in store was very helpful in the end… and provided a great service. It’s just a shame she was left completely on her own, facing a large number of customers. I cannot understand why you closed the counter service rather than having everybody squashed 1/2

    @HSBC_UK hi, I'm very disappointed in the new layout of your online banking website, I am now finding it harder to use than I was a few days ago as all details are hidden and require extra clicks, and I can no longer highlight the text I want as each transaction is on 2 lines.

    If you’re considering using @HSBC_UK for your banking I’d seriously rethink. My poor mum is trying to access her money and is getting nowhere 2 weeks on. Appalling service, even after raising a complaint. Wouldn’t even rate them 1 star.

    Can @StarlingBank tell me if I'm likely to have a better customer experience with then than @HSBC @HSBC_UK. I do hope so, but if not, I don't hold out much hope for small businesses.
