    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @HSBC_UK The worst Internet banking ! and worst customer service are we still stuck in the 1990s??? Since when do you need in year 2022 to print out a form to reset your Internet banking? I thought you went paperless and are conscious of the environment?##Internetbanking#Outdated

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @HSBC_UK I tried to switch my DSK to a new device and my new device died (no battery) before I finished... now I have no DSK on either device. I tried to log in to OB without it but I must have been using the wrong password and now I am logged out of all OB! Please help!

    @HSBC_UK now 2.20 hours. You consistently have the worst customer service out of almost any other company I speak to. This is business banking as well. Utterly pathetic.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I recharged the battery, but it's not allowing me to reset anything. It asks me to again generate a code on my DSK, but when I try to log in to the DSK on my old device it says I've started the transfer process for my DSK on a new device & must now use the new device!

    If anyone is thinking of opening a business bank account stay well away from @HSBC_UK their customer service is beyond shocking. A quick scan of Twitter will show how long people have been on hold too their telephone banking. 2 years & they are still blaming covid! What a joke.

    @HSBC_UK after 4 hrs finally you call me back, only to be told you can’t help me & that I should “put something in the post” , after I said no, I needed to email wire info to you from the remitters bank proving you had received my funds, you then hung up on me! Bravo 👏👏👏👏
