So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@HSBC_UK You misunderstand, the issue was being passed through 5 different depts to try and resolve an instance of fraud over a call that lasted 1h 19m. Each handoff required me to explain the issue again and the last handoff actually cut my call off. This is the definition of bad CX.

@HSBC_UK I have tried repeatedly to get hold of customer services on the phone since 6pm. I’ve been cut off 3 times and this time been on hold for 1hr 40mins! Due to the nature of my call I am unable to use any of the other customer service facilities! 😡😡😡

Love the biometrics on @HSBC_UK app - but when it randomly decides I have to log in again, how does it expect me to remember passwords etc from 3 years ago??? My fingerprint hasn't changed! That's the whole idea surely???
