@HSBC_UK I have tried that. Please see the rest of my initial thread. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the dept. The person I spoke to on the solicitor line COULD NOT get me through.... This is clearly an issue. Please advise.

@petertayloruk @HSBC_UK @markeybeemusic Totally agree with this, we’re now in August and the app is still not compatible. I also bank with Revolut and not a single issue with them even though, they’re a lot smaller than HSBC.
