@HSBC_UK well its 5 days since I attempted to report potential FRAUD. Bloody awful service! No phone call, letter or email to reassure me that my bank account is safe. Just emails about customer service. Never addressing the damn issue - poential FRAUD.

@HSBC_UK No, I haven't got through and have been going around in circles with your online chat assistants, saying they can help, but then telling me to ring 'the number' to which I can't get a reply. Also, I cannot PM (not working) you to add the icing to the cake.

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your DM,s - I have already spoken to an advisor who was the one that suggested I pay an extra £300 a Month plus the £70 fee you charge. Point of my tweet was stop telling customers you “understand” and “here to help” cos you don’t and you are not
