    @HSBC_UK why after a year of CV19 does your phone service ask people only to call if *urgent* as you are responding to Covid . If leadership can commit to office plans .. what about customer support plans .. will they ever return. Best publish how you define *urgent * banking .

    @HSBC_UK my credit card has been sent to your branch EVEN AFTER I SELECTED home delivery! I am very upset with unhelpful staff and poor customer service. I need access to my card!

    @HSBC_UK Really disappointing as a premier customer over 20 years, been wasting more than 2 hours in the telephone, getting nowhere for me. And can’t make any complaints through the telephone either. Very bad customer service experience, will definitely transfer to another bank.

    @HSBC_UK You haven't read my messages. You've sent an automated reply. This is poor customer service. I'm stranded abroad. I can't pop into a branch. Calling you will cost £3 per minute. Please do better to come up with a human solution.

    @HSBC_UK I've been locked out of your app for about nine months. I've been stranded in Argentina for the entire pandemic and still am. The only solution that your app offers is to call a number which would cost me at least £3 per minute. I need to access my savings. To continue..
