@HSBC_UK @financialombuds how disgusting is it that you freeze a single mums acc after an inheritance payment and allow no access to any money at all. No money to feed a 7yr old+pay any bills. Then refuse to speak on the phone and say go in the bank who then laugh at her!!!!

Hi @HSBC_UK my debit card has arrived today. Just trying to log into the mobile banking app. It’s asking me for a passcode that I set up with the account? I don’t remember setting a code up. An the two I would of used don’t work. I’ve been locked out. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK It’s not about our account it’s your website. The screen is blank just by clicking the link from Google. It the does the same thing on every page after login but the problem is there before logging in

@HSBC_UK I have been calling the customer care number and have waited for more than 45 mins on line but I still couldn't speak with anyone of your support agent. Is this some kind of a joke. I have paid my tuition fee 1 month back but no response. WTH is wrong? Revert back ASAP.
