You settled my complaint 3 years ago by paying £50 into my account, not telling me &closing the complaint without resolution.

@thePompeyPope @SarahAnnKennedy @HSBC_UK Didn't ask us👎Following week's closure for improvements to be made, apparently our branch is now a "Digital Services Branch"; nearest one that accepts/ dispenses 💷💷(full service branch) is 18 miles away. Business clients too must be well impressed..NOT😒
