The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful
