    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @CKablooie @HSBC_UK Indeed. They are crap. Last three times I have rung Business customer services I have been waiting for 1.5 hrs each time. You'd think they could afford a few more staff with the $5.4 billion 2021 Q3 pre-tax profits.

    @HSBC_UK rejected my current acct switch - after freezing my business account. They gave enough notice of closure - but no way to stop it being frozen. Call queues in excess of 20 mins, inadequate online communications, no more in-branch business team = appalling service!

    @DavidButler34 @HSBC_UK I had same problem for our dahlia society with Virgin money . So I took the coins to my local 🍺 and swapped for notes with landlord as he gets charged for taking coins out of bank .🤔

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I have just done this. I’m also waiting in queue to speak with Safeguard as we speak - it’s been 15 mins so far…… and I have a meeting in 10 mins so will have to cancel the call shortly, @HSBC_UK drastically needs to improve its customer support.

    @HSBC_UK cash paying in machines are terrible at Grey St, Newcastle branch! Took 6 attempts, no staff around to help as the machine also had my card! The other machine out of order. Please fix.

    My bank card was stolen yest, pin compromised & money taken from my account within 15 mins of card being stolen. Blocked card when I realised & spoke to HSBC fraud team...within 3 hours of the call @HSBC_UK had put the stolen money back in my account. Pretty amazing service 👏👏
