    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

    @RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

    The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

    @HSBC_UK It's all fun and games until the Tech stops working. Re-open your banks on the high streets. Customers have been pushed and hearded towards online banking for the last 3 years. I hate it. Would much rather speak to a person in person in a bank setting.

    @HSBC_UK Having big problems with a Global Money payment. Was confirmed as completed on 12 January yet 6 days GM team sent request for further info. GM holding the money. Info sent but no action by GM team in India who are now hiding. 14 days of nonsense. Pls release or refund.
