New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

@HSBC_UK have done it again. Unprompted call from fraud team to tell me something. I couldn’t answer one security questions (the payee on a random payment made in the last month), so they (a) refused to tell me what they phoned about and (b) suspended my access to phone banking.

@HSBC_UK This is the 5th day that I couldn't withdraw money from my Global Money card. I called almost everyday. Everytime the customer service rep told me this has been fixed but I still couldn't take my money from the ATM. Perhaps I should consider switching to Post Office travel card.
