@HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.

@bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile Also worth noting it took over a week for your team to even agree to send a replacement card after I first let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from your end.

New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful

@HSBC_UK having issues with Amazon payments 3 times in a month. Messaged customer service, 6 hours until you replied. Amazon tries to charge again, you decline again. Not even debit card is going through. Had to use another credit card. Means, cancelling with HSBC. What a joke!

Considering opening a business bank account? Whatever you do, don’t go with @HSBC_UK. It could take you months. Even without any issues that need dealing with. If things CAN take longer, they will. It’s like pulling teeth.

@HSBC_UK I just registered HSBC UK mobile app, but unable to log in to online banking. The message 'we've been unable to verify you' keep popping up. I called your hotline and upon checking, all registration had been completed and my steps for normal login were correct.
