@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@Lost_In_Films_ @HSBC_UK @Shelter I had trouble a few years ago, they wanted ID and proof of address. I live with my mum, my name isn't on bills. I don't have any photo ID. They helped me find documents that were acceptible although it did take a while to sort out. Waiting for HSBC to fix the banking app.
