    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I’m a new customer and am getting error BERR_20300 when trying to set up telephone banking. I rang 2 weeks ago and was told a new code was being sent out but still haven’t received it. Just called again and was told to wait another 14 days. This isn’t acceptable.
