    @HSBC_UK why have you closed all your banks on the weekend. To make it even worse, your helpline is terrible. Not customer friendly or convenient at all!!!

    @HSBC_UK is it really necessary to be kept on hold for nearly 90 minutes to support an elderly and disabled gentleman to make a simple payment? Completely unhelpful.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Well…What can I say! I received a letter on the 29th March from @HSBC_UK fraud team to notify me that my case was being investigated and they would provide me with an update in 35 working days which would have been 19th May. I hadn’t heard anything so I called them on 4th June.

    @HSBC_UK can you please tell me the bank details I need to input to make a payment from another bank / card? I know with other banks it’s their details and then my credit card Number as the reference, just can’t find this on your website. #bankinghelp #creditcard #responsible

    @HSBC_UK my 72 yr old mother has just travelled to Leeds to go to the nearest bank, may I add she went last wk with no issue. Today was a wasted trip as couldn't get into the branch without ID! This didn't happen last wk! She had her bus pass and was told it wasn't sufficient ID!

    @HSBC_UK one of worst customer services ever. Tried calling and was in queue for 30 mins, call was then picked up and immediately hung up, same second time. No wonder you had to close to branches, i have moved all my accounts already except one which i will do soon
