    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK Honestly the team at inverness have been absolutely invaluable to me the last few years. You just see numbers and figures they see humans and customers. What about the elderly that can't use a computer or modern phone? Or partially sighted or disabled wtf are they to do ????

    .I think there’s a very real risk #Revolut have superseded @HSBC_UK in being the worst financial institution to deal with. They’re by far the worst to deal with on a simple technical issue. What a shockingly poor helpdesk they have!! Unbelievable!!

    .@MandSBank Another infuriating attempt to pay off my credit card. Completed everything & stuck at “processing” with a box in the corner 3DS challenge. I suspect that the problem is with @HSBC_UK not authorising the payment. Tried contacting them for ages. Really inefficient bank

    @HSBC_UK Never mind your cost of living tools you want to start investigating your exec complaints and finding out why your service is so shocking you’ve held £25,000 of my money which debited my account on 15th September so technically theft get it sorted before I go the press!
