  • JackStoneMason Jack Mason (@JackStoneMason) reported from Chelmsford, England

@GrahamBoylan @HSBC_UK We've had the same problem mate! A comedy of errors with them. Have wasted almost 2 full days on hold to them too over the past 3 months

  • Adeolu_98 AO (@Adeolu_98) reported from London, England

@HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

  • legendsi Simon ⭐️⭐️ (@legendsi) reported from Basildon, England

@HSBC_UK having trouble logging onto to my internet banking. Is the system down?

  • Adeolu_98 AO (@Adeolu_98) reported from London, England

@HSBC_UK why have you closed all your banks on the weekend. To make it even worse, your helpline is terrible. Not customer friendly or convenient at all!!!

  • elanacovshoff Elana C (@elanacovshoff) reported from London, England

@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

  • LondonTFE London Training (@LondonTFE) reported

@HSBC_UK trying to log in, receiving error code GBB-LON-1266, any advice?

  • JanusHuw Huw Janus (@JanusHuw) reported

@HSBC_UK - There is NO option in my online account to Chat. No way to send a message. All phone calls have a 20 minute wait. Thanks HSBC, looks like I don't get to eat today. And NO, I don't want to deal with my banking problems on Twitter.

  • Lancashirezulu Tim Samuel (@Lancashirezulu) reported

@HSBC_UK Literally the worst support ever. Yet more Internet Banking issues chat can’t help, wait on hold for 1/2hr, only to be ‘transferred’ and cut off. Seriously considering moving our custom 🤬🤬🤬. Profits over service every time. #worstcustomerserviceever

  • RosemaryOrchard Rosemary Orchard (@RosemaryOrchard) reported

@HSBC_UK Have you considered that your app not providing any explanation is confusing to users? Instant crashing just looks like your app is broken. If you don't at least give people an error message then they won't know that you don't support it...

  • DudeloveIt DudeLove-it (@DudeloveIt) reported

@HSBC_UK Considering it is impossible to do anything constructive in my local branch, no wonder people will attempt internet banking. With the few branches you have open, I would expect a good service and ability to have access to a full banking experience. Sadly lacking in both.

  • StevenWilde1 Steven Wilde (@StevenWilde1) reported

Stood in a line at the bank (one cashier). It’s sad that every person in the queue said they feel devalued by the banks,as a customer. @Barclays @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis All agreed that service used to be so much better.

  • vijay_lingagiri Vijay Lingagiri (@vijay_lingagiri) reported

@HSBC_UK Please share your email id to make a complaint. I have reached your chat support, and it was a standard response to push away the issue. Hence, it makes sense to drop a detailed write-up of the issue.

  • Heatherkm22 Heather McLellan (@Heatherkm22) reported

RANT WARNING - Wholly dissatisfied with @HSBC_UK and @NatWest_Help business banking today. Impossible online systems to update, lacking clarity, agility & timeliness for small businesses. Not how I want to spend my weekends 🤬. I will be looking to move banks. Recommendations?

  • WendyCo86164010 Wendy Cook (@WendyCo86164010) reported

@HSBC_UK , really disappointed in your bank, my son has been scammed on a purchase order, not received! He contacted you about it and you have been really unhelpful, he's a uni student, plus my money and you aren't willing to help! He can't contact seller if he's been in a scam!

  • normanchris71 Putin on the schitz (@normanchris71) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks Saffron for your private message. Quoting that it’s “Terms and Conditions” isn’t really an answer though. There’s no fundamental reason why interest rates couldn’t be amended if you really wanted to “help”. Would you not agree?
