@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

@HSBC_UK @AsdaServiceTeam Not sure who to tag for this, I was trying to order on the app, and the payment confirmation where it gave an option of using Hsbc app or a one time passcode wouldn’t respond to my input. I eventually got it to work on the website.

@HSBC_UK I tried via the Asda app, which didn’t work. It’s updated to the current release. It worked on the website however. The phone is the iPhone XR, model number MT2G2LL/A194 software version 14.6

@HSBC_UK Iphone 6 ios 12.5.5 when you click on the hsbc app it loads for about 10 seconds and crashes. please see alot of reviews on iphone app store with the same issue. Something needs to be done about this asap by the app developers
