I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Today is a nightmare - @HSBC_UK security systems won't let me reset via app as security key needs to be redirected from old (DEAD) mobile. Online reset needs security key which I can't access from new mobile as app won't work - talk about circle of ouroboros!

Aaaaahhh, another day, another interminable wait to speak to someone at @HSBC_UK. Apparently my call is important to them...maybe the bank could employ more people at its help centres to speed up the process?

Hey @HSBC_UK your damn key cards are driving me crazy. They are the thing that always goes missing even when you're sure you put it in safe place. They are pointless. Please make alternate way to check our online banking. I only wanna know balance, I've turned house upside down!
