I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

Thank you @HSBC_UK for making my return to the UK for the first time in 2.5 years a complete misery by blocking my debit card whilst trying to pay for a hire car. Over an hour to sort out is unacceptable service.

@TheFCA You need to have a more rigorous monitoring of the banking systems, banks like @HSBC_UK are still manipulating the system because of 1) how slow your organization acts 2) likely to get away with it. @financialombuds is not better either.

Hey @HSBC_UK I’ve had a payment pending on my account since May 17, have called in internationally 10 times and spoken to various reps who have been unable to resolve this issue. Feeling very frustrated at not being able to spend my own money. Please help

@HSBC_UK Need our bank statements Stamped for our daughters’ Spain Student Visa application, our local bank refusing to help us out & saying that HSBC doesn’t do this anymore. We have been banking with HSBC for many years & am really disappointed. Could you pls guide us, 🙏🏼
