I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

I did, and they dealt with the issue straight away. 👏👏👏 Bad management: @HSBC_UK. Today I tweeted about a situation in which the bank has effectively seized control of the monetary assets of a small business *for no good or given reason*. Result: the customary silence.

@HSBC_UK Is there an issue with your app? I can't make any transfers out - I get the usual 'thank you' message but at the top it shows an error code. Never had an issue with it before.

4. @HSBC_UK effectively seized control of significant funds (working capital) and of the means of doing business (money transmission), for no good reason. HMRC mentioned above because the first transaction blocked concerned a regular, monthly PAYE/NI payment.

@HSBC_UK @WLeave2016 Russell, that's all very well, but have you responded to @george_yarrow 's original issue? As a former HSBC employee, I'm not surprised there's an issue, but I am surprised no-one has fixed it.
