    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @HSBC_UK Covid has been around for 19 + months. Why has an international bank like yours not found a way to make banking work for new customers? Hiring more staff to service new and existing clients could be a solution to your problem.

    @HSBC_UK Reporting a transfer issue which you should he aware of already, money has left my HSBC account but not reached the destination account. Can you sort this out ASAP please.

    @HSBC_UK Managed to speak to someone after 1 hour 40 mins!! apparently your system only allows for so many transactions per limited time period without telling the customer that (just says “error”) so someone had to manually override it for me.

    Hi @HSBC_UK. Transferred money using the app last night and it's showing as left my account. Recepient has yet to receive it. Looks like lots of people on twitter having the same issue. Can you please help?
