    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @HSBC_UK Yes, after an hour(!!!!) on hold I finally got through to get my redemption figures to leave HSBC once and for all. Your processes are awful, and despite me trying to feed this back for the last 4 years, nothing has changed. So bad, you were forced to compensate me with £600!

    Why does @HSBC_UK have such an awful internet banking system? Going round and round in circles trying to work out how to activate a new secure key and there is NO information to help. The virtual assistant is rubbish. Why can't you make this easier???

    @HSBC_UK switched phones last night:if I knew how hard it was going to be to use the APP on it I wouldn’t have bothered. I’m locked out despite entering the correct number; having to create a new login; currently on hold and struggling with my patience as I’ve been hung up on!

    @HSBC_UK when things don’t go right at HSBC Customer service on hold for 2hours 45min (was a very furious and frustrated business customer )there comes a superstar employee thank you to Jonathan Arter of East Ham London Branch for sorting out everything well done 👏🏻

    @HSBC_UK Am locked out of mobile/online banking, stuck in endless loop - phone messages refer me to website and vice versa. Can't unlock reloaded app as it requires secure code that I can only get through the app. Problems making payments on biz acct, chat not responding. Advise

    @HSBC_UK Sorry to be another complaint about waiting times to speak to an advisor....Perhaps if the first operative hadn't spent 35mins trying to reset & give access to the WRONG account, I wouldn't have been cut off when your offices shut 30 mins later.
