@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK and I called today, it turned out that they put down a note in the system to say those fraudulent transactions are genuine. Unbelievable! And on top of that my calls always get cut off. This is financial crime we are talking about! Do you take it seriously

@HSBC_UK still on hold!! Only been on hold so far for 1 hour 33 minutes and counting!!! tried using the online help but they cant help me as i need to speak to someone! A waste of probably 2 hours of my life by time i get through!! Customer Services suck #hsbcsucks

I don’t understand banks- can’t dispute my scam as it wasn’t a card transaction?? But if I sent it to the wrong bank by accident they would help me get it back. @HSBC_UK ur ****. 3 days in a row I’ve been trying now

@HSBC_UK I did that and still not working. On top of that i could previously generate a key code and log in via my laptop. Now that ive deleted and reinstalled, i’ve lost that option now too! Great!

@HSBC_UK having a nightmare trying to get through to you as I am locked out of online & telephone banking and you’ve closed all local branches. Phone always kicks me off because it can’t identify me so no way of telling you the issue!! Any chance you can call me instead?
