  I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

  @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

  @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  I was the receiver of the most unhelpful customer service by @HSBC_UK today. Seems helping a customer try and get a new card (which has been lost) is not a priority! That’ll be me switching then!
