I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Finally gave up on waiting for @HSBC_UK customer services to actually do their jobs and respond on their chat service. At least I lasted 4 hours this time.

@MurrellThe @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin So you're saying we should just ignore gay issues, yeah, I don't think "normal gay people" do that.

@HSBC_UK I just want you to support iOS15 like all the other banks. Over two months since you updated your app.

@Solosiaa @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin The reality is you are an aggressive little dictator trying to enforce your opinion and shouting …f….k off at people who see it as pathetic and foolish and a small issue … nobody cares about your gay issues ! Get it …. Everyone has issues … man or woman up ! Simple

@HSBC_UK @Markleshark I am not suggesting anyone here has the power to fix this, but blaming this on "the beta breaking the app" is misleading and suggesting downgrading is kind of funny. It's also a moot point as all of your competitors have apps that beta testers can use on their phones perfectly.

@MurrellThe @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Yeah, and that's the problem. People don't care about anything unless it involves them.

@felinefromspace @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Who says straight homeless people aren't also getting help? They are, but again helping the people who are having a huge problem with it.

@Smudge5577 @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin No, that's the point. Some people need more help then others, and calling that discrimination. Is the most stupidest thing I've ever heard.
