  I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

  @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

  @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

  @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest.   @HSBC_UK Do NOT use @HSBC. Their customer care is completely incompetent. Dealt with an agent who didn't understand a word I was saying and just blocked my account out of nowhere. Worst customer service ever. #BadService #HSBC

  @jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

  I’m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor
