I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK The banking app is down and I need to move money before going overdrawn. I can’t access the web page either as it needs the code from the app. Bit of a design flaw there. Are you putting any comms out?

@HSBC_UK There seems to problem with the HSBC app, Comes up Error. We cant connect to HSBC due to a network error. Check your devices connection and try again. Have done this also turned off and on again and still a problem
