I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK hi, my app isn't working. When I open it, it brings up an error message with a box to go back to log in which doesn't do anything. I tried logging in online and it won't let me log in there either.
