I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Dear @HSBC_UK can you hep - your process for completing Power of Attorney. It's meant to be easy to do online, but then after I'm told to go in-branch but they can't help and told to ring you, but no one has any helpful information on how to resolve this. Can someone please call?

@HSBC_UK Because of this he couldn’t do anything to help me access my account. I know have to wait another 10 days without access to my account while he sends a new “welcome Pack”. Absurd level of banking failure from HSBC.

Hello @HSBC_UK The #iOS16 public beta is out and your app is still not working. Last year the same thing happened but after lots of complaints, you made it work *before* the final iOS16 release. Can we skip the complaints this year and make the app work for iOS16 now?

@HSBC_UK Too much effort. Just try the following: - Using your website/app and all the forms that have to be filled in for everything. - Go into your Camden branch and speak to the guy on the counter about anything. Never left feeling so deflated in my life. Sucked the life out of me.
