I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

One of the best business decisions I ever made was switching from @HSBC_UK to @StarlingBank. I wouldn't use HSBC again if you paid me because they'd probably block access to being able to withdraw the money again

The money is literally being held hostage by @HSBC_UK → payments are disabled to withdraw money, and support is unavailable. It's not the first time it's happened 🤦🏻

@HSBC_UK hiya, when I logged in to the banking app this morning a pop up appeared about a competition that I could opt in to. When I clicked opt in and it wanted to take me to a website and asked if I wanted to leave the app. Could you please confirm this is legit? Thank you

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK I remember a couple of years ago this was a more widespread problem with most banks blocking beta’s…fortunately most are more forward thinking now and moving with the times…shame @HSBC_UK refuse to do the same…

@HSBC_UK @fancypants018 That’s not true. The issue is not with the OS so will not be fixed by Apple. The issue is HSBC are simply not letting their app open on iOS 16 until the final version is released.
