I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

But unless you are a checkmark account, I have no reason to believe you are not another scam account trying to access my information. Fix up HSBC. You must be able to afford it! Ask the mexican cartels that you were laundering money for to help you out.
