    @HSBC_UK can anyone explain why my global account atm card doesn’t work, can’t be read by HSBC arms or used to purchase goods? Interestingly my husband has the exact same issue. Apparently I@must call the global account helpdesk which only operates Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm………..

    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     Numerous @HSBC_UK Premier and Business bank accounts with substantial sums held. Your staff cannot confirm our relationship manager contact info and decline a new bank account to sit alongside our others! Ridiculous poor service with zero consideration.

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    @HSBC_UK so Could not make a claim and realise and realised I'd been paying Insurance that I could not . So can I please have the money back I have paying monthly, For the insurance as this service is not accessible to me
