I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK Due to mergers, we ended up with three branches of Santander within 100 yards of each other, unsurprisingly two of them closed - that's 66% with no loss of service. How many branches do we really need?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK your colleague gave me wrong information and told me a transfer between savers account and current account isn’t counted as a withdrawal so I did that and now I’m told it is so I’m losing on a months interest of up to £35. Absolutely unacceptable service

Do not bank with @HSBC_UK they genuinely are ruining my life. Totally unfair to charge me overdraft interest but block me from paying into my own account
