I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@hsbc_uk is there an issue at the moment with plastic issued by you? I tried booking a hotel yesterday and my (business) credit card was declined. Today I tried my personal one - also declined. Had to use my Barclaycard in the end.

@BleuKhrystal @HSBC_UK This is a total disgrace, we need to support each other, but support doesn't change the banks stance. They are right!! We need legal support, I can't afford, and even after the FOS determination, pay up. still no acknowledgement from the bank. Can we have the oligarchs 💰 to help
