I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@HSBC_UK your mobile app is not working, I cannot log in to my online banking without the digital secure key that comes on the app. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. I’m travelling internationally and need access to my money. Please assist.

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK That's banks for you. My sister was distraction mugged for £250 at a NatWest ATM in Cavendish Square and they too refused to put a sign up. They were fully aware of that machine being regularly targeted. They'd rather just give the customer the money back than warn others. /1

If I have all the required documentation, I am a premier customer, I ALREADY bank with you, then why does it take more than a month for me to open an account? Wouldn't recommend the bank to anyone. @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN

@HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness probably the worst service I’ve ever known. Shockingly awful. Really just so bad. Asked for a redemption statement in June and lost of chasing. NOTHING!!! Beckenham branch seems to be to blame
