I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@missradders @HSBC_UK I had a similar problem with First Direct when my old phone died. They did sort it after I rang them and waited on hold because they were ‘exceptionally busy’!

@HSBC_UK Have resorted to this since still receiving bank statements addressed to my late father-in-law who died 10 years ago which is distressing, annoying and very frustrating. Many attempts made in the past to stop this so hoping you can finally help?!
