I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Experiencing the worst customer service I have ever had in my life from @HSBC_UK who took a payment of over £800 from me nearly two months ago in error and has still failed to refund me despite numerous attempts on my part.

@Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK You go for it Polly! I've been with HSBC for over 20 years but it's this kind of stunt that makes me consider moving to a challenger bank that is founded on ethical customer service principles.

@HSBC_UK Branches nearby all now “digital” ie no human can assist where I’ll spend another hour on the phone within the “digital branch” with no resolution and no one able to fix the issue.
