I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Gosh @HSBC_UK your phone "helpline" is truely appalling. I've been on hold now for 2hrs & counting in the last 24 hours. You've cut me off twice & having got thru to an actual person you've just put me on hold again... Still I've only been a customer for 25+yrs. Why bother caring

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@HSBC_UK your agents mislead me on more than 3 occasions telling me where they made errors. One time it was that you didn't change my country of residence (I put in my UK address you kept me as based in Hungary), then it was "wait for the primary to go and apply again"
