I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK appalled after speaking to someone. Failed security due to joint account therefore two sets of potential answers, a dated dongle with a dead battery meaning no online or app access. Back to snail mail or visit to the branch. Welcome to the future. "Computer says no".

@HSBC_UK Phone banking wants them to go into branch to fix, but town branch closed down, no kids can get to a branch in opening hours bc at school, can only go in school holidays... Why is this all so difficult? ...3/3
