    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @HSBC_UK so now I’ve spent an additional 18 minutes waiting to speak to an agent, making a total of 57 minutes. Finally through and, no surprise, waiting to be transferred to one of the same departments that couldn’t help me this morning.

    @HSBC_UK Also I tried calling to book an appointment in branch. Phone rang for 26 minutes before someone answered and then after talking for another 10 minutes, I got cut off. It doesn’t feel like the greatest customer service considering I’m just trying to open a new account.

    @HSBC_UK when you lock people out of internet and mobile banking, do you think it's helpful that your bot keeps asking you to login to internet or mobile banking then cuts the conversation? Honestly getting fed up with you.

    Great job HSBC. On hold for nearly 30 mins to speak to someone in India who has no idea of the basics about banking. Issue not resolved. Couldn’t hear each other. Didn’t even feel I was speaking to a bank?! What is going on? @HSBC_UK @HSBC

    Blimey @HSBC_UK, chat says up to 6hr wait to chat, on hold for 15 minutes on phone to resolve a credit card issue. Having been asked "is it a credit card issue?" by automated system was sent to a different team, then back on hold to speak to the credit card team. Exhausting.

    @HSBC_UK do you answer you phone, 30 mins on hold and still waiting. The chat service experience earlier on in the week was awful , my branch can’t help with fraud on my credit card and can’t speak to anyone on the phone… do you care about vulnerable customers
