    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @HSBC_UK Sorry Andy. That’s just bullshit - and you know it. It’s been at least three years since calls have been answered in anything like a timely fashion at HSBC. Your App doesn’t help and your live chat is ‘unable to help’. Perfect example of a company that doesn’t give a toss.

    @Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK The equalities act allows for services to be provided to people with specific protected characteristics where that group has previously been marginalised and has less access to other services. I would think there is lots of evidence that such a programme as this would qualify.

    @HSBC_UK Fuming. Trying to help my elderly father with his banking this morning, with the estate of dead mother (which you've messed up for 8 months), and you've locked us out of the mobile and online accounts for errors you created. We're close to moving our accounts immediately

    @HSBC_UK FYI, it's impossible to do a mortgage switch rate on an iPad because the "Chat" button blocks the "Continue" button, and there's no way to dismiss the chat. Which doesn't work anyway.
