@HSBC_UK I don’t have my cards they where thrown away by mistake a few months ago. I wanted to do a credit transfer but I need my card details to login or to speak to anyone. I don’t have them, how can you help me?

  • CirclingBear
    Rupert Wyllie (@CirclingBear) reported

Hey @HSBC_UK & @RevolutApp I found one of your customer's wallet in the street last night, but there's no contact information inside, only your cards. Can you help me reach them to return it?

  • bromleyj
    Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

@HSBC_UK Complaint is pointless. I'm just mystified. How can a customer do a large ECHAPS transfer if they can't get to a branch? How can you justify burning 2hrs of a customer's time to do it? Why did I have to wait 15min in branch to see an agent? So many questions, so few answers!

  • DaveWishingsky
Dave 🌻🏳️‍🌈🍰🧘🏻‍♂️💆🏼‍♂️ (@DaveWishingsky) reported from Hastings District, England

Been on the phone to @HSBC_UK for well over an hour trying to sort out registering my mother's LPA. I can't believe how inefficient they are and what bloody awful hold music they have. If you are going to put someone on hold for half an hour at least play something decent.

  • w_r_b_1971
wayne richard butler 🇺🇦 (@w_r_b_1971) reported

@HSBC_UK awful experience of your phone banking today. On the phone for 2hours where your employee was solely trying to get rid of me when the inflexible script couldn’t cope with the request. Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.

  • Dist_Alpha
    Distrbution Alpha (@Dist_Alpha) reported

@HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!

  • Big_ruthie
    Ruth Irvine (@Big_ruthie) reported

@HSBC_UK Appalled at HSBC's lack of concern to customers experiencing the fraudulent use of their home address for credit card abuse. Issue raised on 04/04 but still unallocated, told today they have up to 30/05 to respond. This is the escalation process. HSBC approved this CCard

  • cardiijolliest
    Anthony Jones (@cardiijolliest) reported

@HSBC_UK I have tried to log on to my business account but receive the message that the server is not available. Your website says that online banking is working normally. Is there a problem?

  • jonesy_sa
    Sarah Jones (@jonesy_sa) reported

An open message to @HSBC @HSBC_UK What is wrong with your international company? Why do you persist in refusing to help charities? I am a treasurer of a charity. We are small. Very small. Out account is with you, although not for much longer.

  • alanbullion2
Alan Bullion PhD (@alanbullion2) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.
