I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@ChrisPenfold89 @HSBC_UK @Shelter I guess the question then becomes who takes on the risk inherent in any financial transactions. If a help centre has more people in an unstable financial situation on its books then it is more exposed to risk, isn't it? And that would put the rest of its services under pressure.

@PhilGiddingz @HSBC_UK Oh wow, you pointed out a spelling error to a dyslexic. If only they gave out prizes for that. If that law passes then it will preclude lots of people not just the homeless. So, the point is, they forgot nothing.

Trying to pay a #HSBC credit card bill due to an error on our behalf, & @HSBC_UK make it so difficult, 3 people plus automated "service" can't help. Trying to do the right thing is impossible with this bank.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Let me also say, after looking into this more. Make the conditionality less. It should not have to be gatekept by shelter & conditional of receiving their support. Nor should it be some branches it should be all. These people live chaotic life’s & need it to be there immediately.

@HSBC_UK GIC Investment showing zero online/mobile. May be due to maintenance on Investment Centre, but no way to check as GIC closed Sat/Sun and online status shows no issues! If maintenance, should show message not zero balance and should be able to escalate to check situation.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Umtil you recognise that HSBC help push people into poverty by their bank charges & practiced. This advert is a joke. Prevent homelessness in the first place if you're serious. Not create adverts to attract hpmeless customers to yoyr corrupt business. It's risible and a farce.
