I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

Eventually a week later I got a phone call with a reason I couldn’t understand (she even said I know it’s hard 4 you to understand!) & £25 goodwill payment. I’ll be complaining asap
