I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK internet banking is faulty. tried to make payments to existing people. I select and am told 4 digit reference required. It already exists. Called help desk who can see some I cannot see and I can see some they can’t. Line went quite and loud tone on line. BAD 😡

Hi @HSBC_UK I need to speak asap to yr people who deal with LPAs (lasting power of attorney) for aged, ill & confused mother with HSBC bank account. Staff say the guidelines unclear so won't register! Pls help. It's now urgent to get LPA activated & put care package in place.

@HSBC_UK trying to do your online payment confirmation for my 82 yr old mother we are trying to do the mobile number update version and the adobe signing section is broken, it lets you type in her name, but draw doesn't work and there's no way to leave that section to progress.
