I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK internet banking is faulty. tried to make payments to existing people. I select and am told 4 digit reference required. It already exists. Called help desk who can see some I cannot see and I can see some they can’t. Line went quite and loud tone on line. BAD 😡

So @HSBC_UK held a transaction I made because it was flagged as fraud in their system. The transaction was an easy bank transfer from my HSBC account to MY OWN Monzo account. Get your **** together, HSBC.
