I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK I tried logging into my Aunt's account for her as I usually do and now it's saying Online Bank Locked and to ring a number. My Aunt is hard of hearing and I am not with her so how can she get access to her online account again?

@HSBC_UK Tomorrow is VAT return deadline. Your customers need access to their online accounts to retrieve statements. You keep pushing paperless banking, well and good but you need to ensure your systems work 24/7. Get on it please and update here and on your website.

@HSBC_UK Do I have to book an appointment at the branch to update my personal details (name), or can I just pop go in at any time? The website says to book an appointment over the phone, and but when I called phone banking, it said I should book the appointment online!
