I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK my UK corporate credit card is blocked and declined to use while I’m on business abroad. I’m stranded. Called the helpline nbr at the back of the card and after 15 min someone picked and said sorry this is not the number to call and hung up! Atrocious service!

@HSBC_UK There were three members of staff and the one I spoke to told me I couldn’t pay in at the branch due to the machine not working and told me to go to the post office! Post office told me HSBC staff have been directing their customers them for about a month

Trying to open a business account with @HSBC_UK but the process is so Kafkaesque! Been bounced from line to line and the LiveChat was as much use as a chocolate teapot. Bet service isn't this bad in other countries, The World's Bank...

Novel @HSBC_UK got card which I used 0800 to register but failing ALL registrations as I have NO IDEA what the Telephone Security Number is and nowhere is giving me the remotest clue. Plus least said about your 'help' and 'chat'. Like talking to a brick wall.

@HSBC_UK Can someone help me with the new security code, where do I input it? Can't get past the generate a code page in app. Get the code which expires in 1 minute but no where to input it. Can't find a solution anywhere. Thanks

My @HSBC_UK saga update: ironically called customer care departament sent me an email saying they are investigating and that they are sorry I am having issues with them. Still no attempt to contact me with some actual solutions.
