I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK In my experience banks help you when you don't need it and aren't there for you when you do. Why don't you start by offering free overdrafts if you want to help people? Pay higher interest rates on savings.

@HSBC_UK So HSBC or the Hong-Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation just 16 weeks ago refused authorisation to SSE (my energy supplier) a £5 top-up for my meter. I was overdrawn, hungry, no elec for 3 days. I went to my branch & was refused help. I even cried when calling them. It's omtl 👀

@HSBC_UK During this cost of living crisis I’ve been told to reduce my o/draft by £1800 by you. For no good reason. I’ve been with you for 40 years, salary gone in like clockwork every month and never over my overdraft limit. Why would you do that? How does that help me? Sod your survey.

@HSBC_UK my wife just spent over half an hour on the phone to talk to somebody to the get a useless customer service agent who hung up on her. she was trying to pay her credit card because you have had your branch closed for nearly 6 weeks and the cash machines out of action
