I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

I'm two for two at my local @HSBC_UK branches today. Neither branch has a working cash deposit kiosk, one had scrapped its counter service, and the other had a stupidly long queue to be served by a human (remember them?). It might be time to change banks...

@HSBC_UK I am still trying to get through - 1 hour and 50 mins later. I’m sorry but changing address is not that simple. It’s a massive data breach and I want to complain as this is awful and should not have happened. He’s received emails and post.

@HSBC_UK We tried to log on and the website wouldn't accept the codes we entered (even though they were correct) so we were locked out. When I tried to unlock us on the mobile app, we were locked out of there as well because I made 1 mistake with the security code for the app.

@thePompeyPope @SarahAnnKennedy @HSBC_UK Didn't ask us👎Following week's closure for improvements to be made, apparently our branch is now a "Digital Services Branch"; nearest one that accepts/ dispenses 💷💷(full service branch) is 18 miles away. Business clients too must be well impressed..NOT😒

@HSBC_UK impossible to get through to your non digital team - queued for 90 minutes and a further 40 yesterday and now I’m queuing again. I only want to upgrade my bank account but you’re not making this easy and no one tells you how long the queue is that they put you in.
