I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK And indeed they do. To be fair to them, NewDay have nothing to do with the old John Lewis card, so it is clearly an issue for HSBC.

@HSBC_UK It's not been withdrawn: John Lewis cards are now with a new provider. However, I am in credit, so want to access my money. John Lewis insist I need to sort it out with HSBC
