I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK I'm replying publicly to keep the problems visible to other VoiceOver users. Will DM my name and postcode straight after describing the issues. 1. Log in, load transactions, observe how VO gestures won't move beyond the first few transactions unless you work from the bottom up.

@Emmmasometimes @HSBC_UK I only got a response by messaging them through twitter! Don't expect anything other than corporate brush off though and a if you don't like it take it to the ombudsman attitude After 3 instances of the same issue occurring I am transferring my custom. Hope you get resolution.

Another iOS app update from @HSBC_UK lands, another update without accessibility fixes. Still no acknowledgement of the issues that are standing in the way of VoiceOver users having full financial independence. This is my last call on it before switching banks.
