I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK I have been paying with Google pay all the evening unaware of the issues. I have 2 transactions missing from online banking and I used Google for tube journey. Hoping Google will push these through now services seem to be running again? #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Seems to be a problem beyond HSBC as Barclays app was down this morning. It is called being bloody minded and not doing the preventative site cleaning over the weekend. Well at least they joined the queue of chaotic living & who cares!!

@HSBC_UK I was a victim of this effed scam as well. They stole $10k from me and many others but luckily I recovered mine through the help of Soft_fixed1 on Instagram, that my lawyer connected me to. Took a while but it was worth it

@HSBC_UK My phone got stollen and whoever stole it managed to access my bank account and make transfers out of it. I cannot believe how poorly secured the HSBC online banking application is!

@HSBC_UK You need to invest in customer services. You’ve failed miserably today. I complained earlier about how poor your customer service is and then this. Literally could not make it up. For a global banking corporation making billions in profits your disdain for customers is plain.
