I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK why have you updated the app, locked out users and then suggest on the website to use the digital key in the app to regain access. Talk about going in circles!!! I've tried to call and been on hold as 'you're busy'. Wonder why....

@HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

@HSBC_UK says they are closing branches because of decreased footfall. I am forced to travel several miles because they have closed the counter service at my local HSBC. I certainly didn't choose to do that.
