    For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

    I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

    @HSBC_UK honestly your customer service is appalling. I am trying to make a payment to my credit card and it’s impossible on the app! I have now been on the phone for over 20 mins while your advisor has put me on hold 3 times to only go and come back to ask the same security Q’s!

    @HSBC_UK despite your claim earlier down that the problem with your app has been resolved, your app just crashes every time on my iPhone and I am unable to access it. this is also the only way your customers with the app can even access online banking. This is not acceptable.

    @HSBC_UK this is ridiculous I need to move money from my current account to another account. Online banking is still not working property. It’s no good being able to log in and see my account if I can’t move money. Please advise when this will be resolved?

    @HSBC_UK Please roll out the previous version of the mobile banking app so we can access accounts. The delay to finding a fix is unacceptable.

    @HSBC_UK Sadly, 48+ hours later, the app still crashes on installation despite numerous downloads! Granted, I have got further into the registration process than before, but the app still crashed at the final stage and now it won’t even start up again! Please help - I have bills to pay!

    @MandSBank Been on hold to M&S bank for 45 minutes, only to get an automated message tell me that they can't take my call right now, and hung up on me! Help, please! @HSBC_UK are you happy having your name associated with this nonsense?

    @HSBC_UK Hi! I've received a letter from HSBC telling me that I need to complete a CRS-I form but I don't bank with you so I'm confused about this. Please can you help? Thanks!
