@1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

Always a pleasure, trying to speak to @HSBC_UK on their live chat... Staff connect and then obviously leave their computer or otherwise pay no attention to chat, as it goes 5+ mins without them even acknowledging it's connected. This is a recurring issue. "Jeniffer" this time.

@HSBC_UK Please can you update your website to show that your Blackburn branch is temporarily closed. I checked opening hours on line before making the journey from out of town only to be directed to a different branch 20 miles in the opposite direction. Poor comms @HSBC_UK 👎

@HSBC_UK The mobile app on my IPhone crashes just after showing the splash screen. This is very inconvenient as I can’t even use online site to login because I can’t find my digital key.

@HSBC_UK The issue was to check whether I need to inform you I'm going abroad. This won't be an issue much longer - a long list of issues I have with HSBC means I'll be closing down my 17 year old account and looking elsewhere for my main account from now on.

@HSBC_UK whats going on with HSBC HSBC secretly closed 10's of London branches and secretly left branches has NO COUNTERS NOW, but HSBC proudly says branches has wi fi as a branch service.For 2/3mln people in one part of London I found only 3 branches with a counter NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS!

@HSBC_UK Nothing helpful… it seems it’s blocked by Google and not HSBC mail servers… I’m guessing it’s because I’ve included a phishing link and Google are just blocking it. Shame, it was a good phishing effort, they need to be taken down.
