I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

I wish @HSBC_UK @HSBC_Sport Kinetic would STOP sending me a statement in the post every time I receive money in. Sooooo annoying! I get letters weekly and they don’t offer online statements. Just terrible

@katherinealee @HSBC_UK STARLING. You could have a new account in quite literally the next five minutes. Everything online, verify with passport or driving licence and have never had an issue with their online chat 💬

@katherinealee @HSBC_UK Never had a problem with HSBC either at home or abroad. Free foreign ATM withdrawals was always useful too. Very good fraud protection both at home and more importantly down route. I'd check very carefully before changing if I were you.

Anyone else had issues paying with their @HSBC_UK credit card? 3rd place it hasn’t been accepted in a week. I called the bank & they said it’s not my card, it’s something to do with new rules that companies haven’t complied with. Means I’m having to use my debit all the time.
