    @1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

    For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

    I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

    @HSBC_UK I got migrated to new login last week. I am not able to login. I get "Login Error" after entering Secure Code. Others in the family are able to login to their account

    @HSBC_UK you’ve removed my overdraft and refuse to explain the reasons in my specific case- with only general policy reasons stated. I’ve complained and have been told you are not obliged to tell me! Can I get some extra customer service to help understand what has happened.

    @HSBC_UK There is an issue with your app. When I'm on a chat with the cust svc rep, and even while we are discussing, the app pops up a box trying to log me off & asks if I'd like to continue being logged in. This is disruptive as I am still in the chat. Pls resolve this bug. Tks

    @HSBC_UK This just gets better and better. I've just had a sales call from you trying to get more business out of me. When I pointed out that we needed to resolve this complaint first, the drone who called said he couldn't help with that.
