I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@HSBC_UK couldn't open account online for 14yr old problem with passport photo. Bury branch advice just bring his passport photo in, don't need child with you. Newmarket branch today, yes you need child with you. Newmarket open school hours only, so 1hr trip back to Bury!!

@HSBC_UK About 5 minutes later but an almost 40 min wait is never acceptable. HSBC would have collapsed pretty quickly If staff like myself ever delivered that service, which we didn't. But thanks for replying

@HSBC_UK tried to open online account for 14yr old son problem with passport photo. Bury St Edmunds HSBC said bring in passport don't need child with you. Newmarket branch which closes at 3.30 and arent open on a Saturday so 1hr round trip back to Bury. Not impressed.
