I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK why after a year of CV19 does your phone service ask people only to call if *urgent* as you are responding to Covid . If leadership can commit to office plans .. what about customer support plans .. will they ever return. Best publish how you define *urgent * banking .

Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

@HSBC_UK I will continue to report here, as this provides a service for other people to avoid these scams. While your information link is useful (to an extent), it does not provide for a quick reporting method, and do not say hanging on the phone for 30+ mins is quick!
