I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK what’s happened to the customer service? Spent over 3 hours on hold and transferred between departments and then hung up on. The training you give your staff has deteriorated…it was once so much better! Issue still unresolved.

£200 to move from the useless @HSBC_UK to @AskNationwide Don’t mind if I do. I did want you HSBC. Piss poor customer care and appalling online security hurdles to simply shop online. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.
