    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I have sent money abroad to my sister and it has been more than a week since she has not received the payment. I rang the call center and was on hold for more than an hour and when my call got connected the lady cut the phone on me. Appalling service.

    @HSBC_UK Yet another number claiming to be HSBC today 0345 013 0157, I’ve never had a problem like this before and in the space of 3/4 weeks I’ve had 6-7 different numbers calling claiming to be you! Lucky for me I’m not stupid but what about your 100’s of vulnerable customers!

    @HSBC_UK your app does not work on iOS16, meaning not only am I unable to use the app for my banking, I am also unable to use your website at my desktop, as the app grants the digital key. Please advise when this will be resolved, as I do need access to my account.

    Hi @HSBC_UK just wanted to advise that your customer service agents are horrific. 3 hours of phone calls and 5 departments later still no solution. Last agent put down after talking absolute nonsense and hearing laughter and screaming in background.

    @HSBC_UK please help! I’m trying to find a phone nimber with a human at the other end so that my aged mother can call to make payments etc. #she has done this in the past but now can’t. Her eye sight is fading so she can’t enter all her details and gets flustered.
