    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK Margie, you've got bigger problems. One of our reasons for ringing HSBC is that the Bank has retained on our records an email address we last used over twenty years ago. That sounds like a potentially serious security problem to me.

    @HSBC_UK so unimpressed that after 1 hour on the phone to your call centre to simply request a telephone security number that should have already been sent for a new account your operative cut me off. Horrendous customer service, despite being a Jade customer. Beyond angry.

    After being on hold 20 mins this time @HSBC_UK line rung but no one picked up. Using expensive credits to call internationally given access to my account $$ is blocked. What an absolute nightmare!

    @HSBC_UK @CPWTweets .. HCBC mobile insurance like is not working- as it’s keep disconnecting after lengthy information about making new claim. Aviva insurance website doesn’t let me registered . It’s a vicious circle So where shall I make a claim ?

    @HSBC_UK after updating to IOS 15 beta 2 I can't open the HSBC app so I can't access any of my HSBC accounts as I need mobile authentication to get into my account I can't even undo my update please help!!!
