    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Yes, someone was 'calling me back in 10 minutes - over an hour ago. And yes, I know HSBC update the App often - every time it either removes a feature or makes it worse, or both. Check out the rating and comments on the Google Play Store - its awful. I uninstalled it yesterday

    @HSBC_UK Well, that's odd. If I follow that link, it says everything is working fine, but I KNOW from what I was told BY HSBC that the problem that I am experiencing is affecting others too. I am currently trying to get an update on the Software/System problem and am awaiting a call.
