    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasnโ€™t last week! This isnโ€™t a great service!

    @HSBC_UK why are you call wait times completely ridiculous, average 30m-240mins. Complete joke, the same automated message blaming Covid for over a year. Get your act together and stop blaming Covid for poor service, everyone else is functioning fine!

    @HSBC_UK Complaint is pointless. I'm just mystified. How can a customer do a large ECHAPS transfer if they can't get to a branch? How can you justify burning 2hrs of a customer's time to do it? Why did I have to wait 15min in branch to see an agent? So many questions, so few answers!

    @1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I donโ€™t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. Itโ€™s all apps and self service machines these days. Good ๐Ÿ‘ idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

    @HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right

    traveling , @HSBC_UK decide to lock me out of my online account . I lost my bank card so I can not "block" it and can not clear customer service ( I can not remember how I spent ยฃ107 on the 4th of April ) My account may be empty for all I know and I can not do any about it

    @HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone

    @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.
