@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

Love how @chase_uk don’t charge for withdrawing cash via a @Chase ATM in the US - they treat you like you are a customer of the same bank! Shame @HSBC_UK can’t do the same (and offer better FX rates!)

Don’t you love it when your bank can just turn off your access to your own money because you weren’t able to sit on hold for longer than 3 hours whilst abroad for work? @HSBC_UK your fraud dept need to modernise and get on chat. Increasing interest rates finally might help too!

@HSBC_UK Is there an issue with your phone lines? Trying to get through to reset my online banking password after your app updated and deleted the saved password/Face ID. On hold forever and finally got through to a silent line. It should not be this difficult to reset a password

Hi @HSBC_UK an elderly relative has received fraud alert texts for genuine payments to newly opened savings accounts and tried to call the Fraud Prevention team only to be told the system is down + call back later. What's the ETA for the system coming back up to confirm them?
