    @HSBC_UK why are you call wait times completely ridiculous, average 30m-240mins. Complete joke, the same automated message blaming Covid for over a year. Get your act together and stop blaming Covid for poor service, everyone else is functioning fine!

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasnโ€™t last week! This isnโ€™t a great service!

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™ve already ordered a new card but itโ€™s unbelievable that two staff members failed to advise me to cancel and order a replacement, rather just โ€œsee what happensโ€ attitude. The customer service and care is truly appalling.

    @jckchn88 @HSBC_UK Hi, spent 50 mins on hold to be told every UK customer received this in error and there is no issue with your cards. The woman told me I was ok to unfreeze my card. Hope that helps #HSBC #ApplePay

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™ve now taken my case to the financial ombudsman because of the lack of customer service Iโ€™ve received plus the ridiculous amount of time itโ€™s taken @HSBC_UK to do anything, absolutely awful customer service!!

    @HSBC_UK are an absolute disgrace. Almost a month we havenโ€™t had access to our online banking. I have spent hours every day on the phone trying to get support. Speak to different people every time. I will be removing all my clients from your service. DO NOT USE HSBC FOR BUSINESS!

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!
