@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

@HSBC_UK banking shouldn’t be difficult and take up your whole Saturday. It should be easy and convenient. That is not what you are making it with your terrible services currently.

@HSBC_UK why are you call wait times completely ridiculous, average 30m-240mins. Complete joke, the same automated message blaming Covid for over a year. Get your act together and stop blaming Covid for poor service, everyone else is functioning fine!

@HSBC_UK The fact that you have hidden a v. important account on the excuse that it's lying dormant (all my accounts with you are) is almost theft. You changed the display of what we can see, and there's no email anymore. Fleet St closed, service is hell.
