@HSBC_UK im trying to open an account for my 11 year old. Apparently it can only be done in a branch but all your branches nearby close at 15:30. It’s impossible to open an account without taking him out of school.

@HSBC_UK Thanks Steve, it was finally resolved after I spent an awful long time following the instructions on the cheque book. I took the opportunity to raise it as a complaint/observation once I eventually got passed to a team that could assist.
