    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK I have telephoned and been told there is an issue with iOS 12 on iPhones. Apparently your engineers are working on a new version of the banks app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am now waiting a couple of days while it get sorted.

    @nippa77 @satnag123 @HSBC_UK I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Still didn’t work so then they told me there IS an issue with there app and the iOS 12 update on iPhone. Apparently they are trying to find a fix. Meanwhile we are in limbo.

    @HSBC_CA Thanks for a response! Just wanted to let you know @HSBC_UK has fixed the same issue recently (and you seem to have the same publisher for Canadian app in AppStore). I was able to start their app successfully. Please apply the same fix and update Canadian app. Thanks in advance!

    can I confirm @HSBC_UK that I can use my husbands bank card and pin number while I wait for my new bank card? The fraud team told me it is acceptable for him to tell me his pin - despite his identity being stolen one week ago and being against advice on your site. #hsbc #fraud
