Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

@HSBC_UK Phone service is awful got put on holds for 20 minutes and i am sure at least 2 agents pick it up during the call to just drop it back to hold. Then tried the callback service I am 100% sure the agent just put me on hold for 2 to 3 minutes then dropped the call.

Mind-bendingly awful customer service from @HSBC_UK - I have reported three unauthorised transactions totalling over £25k. Their response (after 45 mins on hold)? Allow them to debit and then call back, or they will stop my card while they investigate for two weeks. 🤯🤯🤯
