Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

On your website is scheduled as open but it wasnโt last week! This isnโt a great service!

My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So Iโd avoid them too. Iโve never had issues with high street banks so far
