    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK your branches have to service the community and not work within 9-3.30pm. Trying to simply collect a card or gather advice at a time when most people are free from work is virtually impossible. Please look to change your physical opening times.

    Customer Service at legacy bank institutions. This week’s was @HSBC_UK. Chat Bot: useless. Overseas Call Centre: Meh. Legacy Bank Policies (I now have to visit a branch): woeful. App: Don’t get me started. Coded in the 80s. Thanks for existing, @StarlingBank. What a difference.

    So I’ve spent a total of 2.5 hours trying to speak to someone about my account @HSBC_UK and still nobody answers. I tried to use the chat facility and after waiting 50 minutes, still nobody replies! Disgraceful service #awful

    @HSBC_UK 52 mins and counting to report 6 fraudulent activities on my card . Spoke to 3 different people who transfer me to different depts still waiting .. premier customer absolutely outrageous . No fraud detection text .. awful
