@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK tried to visit my local branch yesterday, closed till December, then told all local branches are not open at the weekend, what are full time working people meant to do when they want to actually speak to someone face to face, telephone banking doesn’t work for everyone!
