    @HSBC_UK why are you call wait times completely ridiculous, average 30m-240mins. Complete joke, the same automated message blaming Covid for over a year. Get your act together and stop blaming Covid for poor service, everyone else is functioning fine!

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK Iโ€™ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasnโ€™t last week! This isnโ€™t a great service!

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the โ€˜Delhiโ€™ ๐Ÿ˜ก phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

    Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

    @HSBC_UK awful experience of your phone banking today. On the phone for 2hours where your employee was solely trying to get rid of me when the inflexible script couldnโ€™t cope with the request. Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.

    @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

    So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm ยฃ500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!
