    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK 🇬🇧. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. 😞

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK No one answering phones, two seperate auto call backs haven't happened at all, your Chat is a farce. To be honest the new account I was trying to open will go elsewhere and I am going to give a lot of thought to moving my account after well over 30 years as a customer.

    @HSBC_UK my 15 yo son has lost his HSBC debit card. He didn’t have phone/online/mobile banking set up and it appears impossible to cancel his card. Your emergency phone line wanted his long card number which he doesn’t have as it’s on the card.

    @HSBC_UK An indemnity claim was raised on 11th December and I informed it would take 1 working day, 3 working days, 5 working days, 10 working days. Still no money and no communication. Just wrong information. Promised comp, never got it. This feels like theft.

    So, TWO complaints raised with @HSBC_UK in December. First by me, the second on my behalf by the Bank regarding unauthorised debits by the bank from my 'frozen' account. No response. Help Desk failed to respond since 17th December. #Shameful customer service.
