@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK Ah! Finally a status update. Shocking service especially as @hsbc just paid bank boss bonuses of $900m. I think you need to invest elsewhere. And I really wouldn't bother with phoning. I just held for 1 hr before getting cut off!
