    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK Please fix your customer service line. I had to wait 20 minutes to connect, and then your advisor just answered with "hello". Then he said he had to open some applications and muted his mic and cut the call off after 5 minutes. Poor service.

    @HSBC_UK Okay, so I need to talk to an agent urgently on a phone, I spent two hours in a physical bank yesterday, travelling a long way because my two nearest branches are closed. The issues have still not been resolved it’s quite complex, why are your phones never answered?

    @HSBC_UK You have succeeded in creating the most difficult app going. Trying to verify, with my correct number and never receive the text with the code. Ring your appalling customer service to be told "it takes upto 5 days for a text" Shocking service, especially nowadays!
