    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    HSBC online banking payee selection option down. Essentially means their online banking is totally down. No updates online either. What a terrible banking service @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK I wonder if you can help me. I applied for a hsbc credit card through a company called totallymoney as they informed me I had a very good chance of being accepted, and was accepted. I filled out the form stating I did not have an account, do I need one as I have the card

    @FionaIvisonx @HSBC_UK If you spoke to an agent and then went through the automated system to set on up yourself, then this is your new telephone security number. I had this same problem and was waiting for it to arrive but no, this is the number that the online registration asks you for (random digit)

    @HSBC_UK 1/2.I understand all that. By forcing me onto digital key if I want to use the app means when the app goes down I lose all access to my accounts. Whereas currently using the physical key means when the app is down I can still use online banking.

    @HSBC_UK I understand there are going to be longer wait times for calls at the moment, but 2hrs10mins so far and still not been answered. I was instructed by the chat feature to call in for my issue. You are also not allowing new business bank accounts. What's going on?
