    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK Abi, I don’t want a complaint, I just want to access my bank account 🥹 I’ll use the option you suggested and if that does not work then I’ll file a complaint but let’s give that option a chance.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK I'm sorry but I really don't want to be a customer of a bank that hasn't actually thought about Inverness or the Highlands. I think a bit a research (even on Google) and maybe looking at a map of the country would have been a good idea before the decision was made. Highly stupid

    2 hours and 1 minute. THATS IT, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! First thing I'm doing in the morning is closing my business account in branch with @HSBC_UK and sending it over to my new Bank. There is no excuse for this poor service! I have ££££££ at HSBC.

    Seriously @HSBC_UK you get me to do a callback to save being on hold, take 30 mins to call back only to put me on hold for 46 mins (and still counting). Very poor customer service, I’ll start looking for business accounts elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK stood in a long queue in Birmingham branch where apparently it takes an hour to speak to a member of staff to sort a problem we have had with our account for well over 12 months despite us trying to resolve it. Shockingly bad service.
