@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK the personal bank…. Erm no it’s not! Absolutely awful service 2 days on bounce. Hold bank account, mortage etc with you. Try to open childs account. All documents match but I have to go in branch (but you’ve closed them!) so that’s a no then! I’ll just move everything!

@SODASam_ @HSBC_UK @UKSAYSNOMORE Yes they do, and they can also control them after you leave by dragging you to (family) court for every little thing, or not paying child support, or making it hard for you to work, like through intimidation and lack of childcare.

@HSBC_UK Once again customer service at HSBC has become like pulling teeth. Can I speak to some one in branch NO have to do that by phone as we don’t have anyone in branch that can do this. Sit in branch for an hour waiting for someone to answer phone. Still no joy.
