@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

This could be addressed by better accessibility solutions on the part of @HSBC_UK. Who could, if they wanted, do a whole lot more to enable an elederly customer who has been with the bank for 70+ years to manage their money. I wonder what @ageukcampaigns thinks about this?
