My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Also, given that the D in PDF stands for "Document", it is redundant to start the name of a pdf with "doc-". And issues are elsewhere too, such as edmsdownload.pdf for a statement download. A total fail being non-unique and lacking "HSBC", a date, and that it's a statement.

@HSBC_UK Please stop using internal names for PDF documents and adopt a customer centric approach. doc-cdd-pr-pf-gb-en-66xxx.pdf [redacted] is nonsense and doesn't even identify as originating from HSBC. Having what could be a counter in the name, it is also leaking (your) info.
