    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK you guys are the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My fiancée had her old card cloned and now another fraudulent transaction has happened. No one in the fraud team is being helpful. Has her new card been cloned already? No answers. No useful info. Pathetic

    If anyone gets a text asking them to pay extra for their delivery from Royal Mail...IGNORE IT! I fell hook, line & sinker. Fraudsters pretending to be @HSBC_UK and 2 weeks after still can't log in online. HSBC have been brilliant though in sorting the loan took out in my name.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Michelle, I'm a little loathe to do that as its a pain then setting up everything that uses the old card again i don't understand why there's nobody i can report this bad practise to, the FCA don't seem interested, I've even contacted BBC watchdog as it's serious issue

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness @firstdirect why are you only open 10-2 daily? Not good enough for demand. 3 minutes till closing and still in the queue 9 deep outside. Been here 40 minutes at Cramlington. Apparently 1 counter serving. Shopping centre security having to help your staff
