@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

@HSBC_UK been a customer for almost 50 yrs. Today had one of the worst ever customer service experiences when trying to report a fraud and retrieve my money. It seems almost impossible to do. Long wait on phone (30 min plus) kept being passed from one person to another. Dreadful

@THERussellGrant @HSBC_UK Over recent months my town centre bank cut their opening hours, the number of days open, and reduced the tellers from two to one. I went in earlier and there's no counter service at all.
