@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@IanJamesSeale @HSBC_UK Yeah, I do feel for you! Luckily haven’t had too much of an issue with the new log on process since these bugs were fixed a few days ago. When it first rolled out, once I upgraded to the PIN it kept having a GSA error when trying to go into online banking. HSBC are you listening?

@HSBC_UK Dad and I are both premiere, after many calls, on hold and manager your response to my 88 year old dads request to transfer £80is go to the branch or have him set up voice …. 88 and can’t get out, doesn’t have a mobile phone but can talk to you! But you won’t help him.

@HSBC_UK @iamaafaq It's a shame Sofia will be out of a job soon as HSBC will be shutting down the Dewsbury branch in a few months. Aafaq would need to take the day off work to travel to Bradford/ Huddersfield/Leeds if he needed help in future .
