    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @Ianbmrt @HSBC_UK We tried moving to Barclays, but this is proving difficult (hours to answer the phone, etc), so are now giving Virgin a go as they seem keen to help. This is for Club/Society accounts with online banking.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC always have busy phone lines. I guess because too many people have complaints about their s**t services and incompetent team. HSBC have no appreciation about customer's time however their time very valuable. They don't have even an email of their complaints' department.

    @HSBC_UK sim swap procedure 4 mobile banking is horrendous answered loads of questions but Becuase I can’t remember what I spent £17 on 3 days ago I have no access to any account until something is sent in the post WTAF is this 🙈I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night!

    I am chairman of a small amateur radio society. We have about £600 in the bank and @HSBC_UK have informed us they are now going to levy a £5 per month service fee on the account. Can anyone recommend a current account for clubs and societies which does not charge a monthly fee?

    @HSBC_UK hi, I’m getting a GSA error come up when trying to use online banking and a ‘service temporarily unavailable’ when logging into the app. Tried reinstalling the app but not worked, need to send money urgently please can you advise
