    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    So apparantly Silicon Valley Bank has been bought out by @HSBC_UK. The same bank who decided to close down my account for no reason. Then 10 years later, I get an apology, and a £50 cheque in the post. You can't make this sh%t up.

    @mikebutcher We have found @HSBC_UK Business useless. Masive losses on foreign currency recievables due to what we call selective rate clearing. We tried to get multi -currency going but customer service is nonexistent. Ended up with @Wise and it works and prices are good.

    It doesn't help that @HSBC_UK barely has any functional branch in London. Local one shut down due to probably lack of staff and the other branches are in a similar state where people just complains about it in reviews.
