    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Why is your customer service so poor. I’ve spent 4 days hanging on the phone and have not had a solution to my problem. You have closed our local branch which means I have to do a 30 miles round trip to visit my nearest branch which is only open between 10.00 & 2.00

    @HSBC_UK I was jailbroken and couldn't use HSBC UK, i have now completely unjailbroken and upgraded to ios 15, where a jailbreak isn't even available, however, the HSBC UK app still tells me im jailbroken and crashes, how can i fix this?

    @AndyBurnhamGM Could really do with your help. @HSBC_UK have a fantastic scheme for rough sleepers called "survivors account" it just needs my @Coffee4Craig ID to open accounts. I am talking to other banks trying to get them to take on this scheme & could do with your influence.

    @HSBC_UK the app still isn’t working for me, I’ve tried turning the power saver off and clearing all the apps off so only hsbc is open, still doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 6SE and my phone is up to date.
