@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

@JudiciaIreview @HSBC_UK Wait times were the same more or less on Friday when I first tried to raise the issue (in two phone calls). If I had more money or could afford to lose this much maybe I could leave for a few days to see if phone queues get shorter — but I can’t do that

@_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK FCA complaint may be viable - they're simply not meant to leave you that long. I'd look at Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) in broad terms but I'm sure there's a thing about prompt response from a contact centre.

@_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK Had issues with HSBC (and other 'high street' banks too). All useless and exoensive for awful service. Switched to @StarlingBank two years ago. Have never looked back. Easy to use, highly responsive, innovative. Basically what a bank should be.

@HSBC_UK I have had no issues with this bank for years. Now they have cancelled my card owing to a data breach. The service I have received since then has been APPALLING. 4 to 6 days to get a debit card issued, nobody really knowing what is happening. Honestly PATHETIC

@_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK I gave up on them years ago, and I used to work for them. Online is dated. Customer service is awful. No US branches. Then there is the long string of egregious bad banking practices. Money laundering, rate rigging, offshoring and tax evasion. I’d change banks if I were you.
