I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Ivan Alexander (@ijaen) reported from Paddington, England@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

They were able to restore my locked account in just a few hours and they are also very trustworthy person to work with. They are active and responsive 24/7 so i definitely recommend that you seek help from them 👍
