@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

@HSBC_UK There is an issue with your app. When I'm on a chat with the cust svc rep, and even while we are discussing, the app pops up a box trying to log me off & asks if I'd like to continue being logged in. This is disruptive as I am still in the chat. Pls resolve this bug. Tks

Hi @HSBC_UK do you ever actually phone customers? I have repeatedly requested this as there's something it's impossible for me to do online - I ask over and over again for someone to phone me & yet you repeatedly send me the same form that doesn't help. What a shitshow of a bank.

@HSBC_UK I have problems logging into both online banking and mobile banking. Both of them say there is a system error. Moreover, I have done a £10000 transaction today but my payee has not received it. The payment details are correct and the right amount of money was deducted.
