My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

That way customers impacted by this issue can make an informed decision on whether to stay with you or move to one of the many banks who have working apps on these phones. Thanks!
