    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @martharoberts @HSBC_UK HSBC are appalling. They blocked a cheque my dad wrote to pay for mums funeral as it looked “suspicious”. Then said the “computer” would probably block another one if he wrote it. Hour and a half on the phone before they agreed to a direct transfer the day before mums funeral.

    Hey @BarclaysUKHelp I’ve been told I can’t set up an account for my child as I’m not a customer (my other kids have accounts with you), but @HSBC_UK where I am a customer doesn’t offer kids accounts. I’ve been trying for a year to set it up and keep being cancelled on

    @HSBC_UK Been with you since 94 for pers + 2x bus acts.After 2day’s experience with call centre I’ll leave.2hr on hold n only 5min actual convo,passed from pillar to post +disconnects.Long holds been going on too long in HSBC now.Fancy recommending bank with better service?

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK I’m on my third call to your fraud department to validate a legitimate transaction. You’ve blocked my account, queue times are awful, endless repeated questions and truly dreadful customer experience. 27 years a customer. Not any more.
