    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @Namecheap With the greatest respect, there's nothing to investigate. The website claims to be from HSBC Group. Unless the product was bought using a card registered to HSBC Group, it's pretty obviosuly being used for phishing. cc @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Hi, is it possible for two different people to use the same mobile banking app? I can’t see an option for person A to log out fully (and keep Digital Secure Key) and for person B to also use the app on the same phone to access *their* mobile banking setup.

    @JudiciaIreview @HSBC_UK Wait times were the same more or less on Friday when I first tried to raise the issue (in two phone calls). If I had more money or could afford to lose this much maybe I could leave for a few days to see if phone queues get shorter — but I can’t do that

    @HSBC_UK My debit card activation is on hold too because of this. No one is available on the phone. I have office so I can't go down to the branch in person. Weekends are off. So what do I do meanwhile? I need this sorted.
