Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

Not good.

The payee bank is YOU and I have never had a problem making the transfer regardless what time of day or night I've done so. You have an error on your end.
