@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK She managed to reset a key she needed to login after talking to someone at 8.30 last night. The issue was the app/online was sending her in a loop to reset her key and redirecting her back to where she started. She uses android and app up-to-date - just hope it improves next time

Trying @HSBC_UK's online banking chat support. Already been timed out once because the agent took so long to reply. And the agent's first language appears not to be English which makes communication harder. It's been 30 minutes so far.
