Instead I start every day doing things I could have automated for about 20 years. They're like the Shoe Bomber. They never killed anyone but they've taken multiple lifetimes with the minutes they waste for every customer every day. I ought to be able to get it out of Xero but their API won't let me at data I can look at and export from the GUI either.

Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!
