    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK The changes HSBC has made to its online banking interface are truly awful, and a massive backward step. Less information at a glance, poor use of available space, poor contrast, lack of intuitive structure and navigation. If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it.

    @HSBC_UK what do I need to do for help. I've emailed, phoned phoned phoned and call dropped, I've tweeted. It's exasperating beyond words! Taking valuable time I don't have for 2 simple requests. Horrendous service level for vulnerable customers.

    @HSBC_UK this is my second tweet/call for help . Our business bank account has been suspended as we made a refund to a customer. We have called 4-5 times, we have emailed. No reply !!!! Our employee’s salary is due to be paid tomorrow. This is unacceptable.
