Ivan Alexander (@ijaen) reported from Paddington, England@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.
