@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK #CustomerService is terrible. Multi hour waiting on the phone. When we did get through, we got cut off. So went in branch instead. Staff had to call the same number and que like a customer! 2 days wasted and haven't spoken to anyone yet. And our money is still missing.

@HSBC_UK you have cancelled an international transaction between my own accounts and returned £375 less that the original payment. Your excuse? ‘Exchange rate’ when you didn’t even provide the service. I spent 2 hours on the phone and they laugh at me. I want my money back!!!
