    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @keithcollantine @HSBC_UK BBVA in spain now issue cards without a single number. And if you want to make a transaction online for example, you have to get in the app to get new numbers every time. But hotels for example require to show the card you paid with, which makes it very secure but problematic

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK So the business app for updated, and now works, but still nothing on the consumer app. You need to offer an alternative login approach on the web - eg text message 2FA - if your app isn’t stable.

    @HSBC_UK @LeighHo06058915 You don’t seem to know the app worked with iOS 15 before the latest update which broke it & caused the app to crash. All people are asking is to get it to recognise iOS 15 again. Your colleagues are saying there is a fix this week. It would be good if your team were consistent
