    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @itvMLshow @HSBC_UK HSBC's critical banking app is not supported by the new Apple iOS or by users of the google pixel 6 pro - HSBC seem to have no date as to when users will regain access to their accs. Those who switched to digital keys are effectively locked out. #help

    @HSBC_UK what do you suggest doing when the app is never connected to your server? Your queues take forever on the call and your online service is typically shite and outdated?! Who uses secure keys these days?! Time to move after 10 years. So shite.

    Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Completely unhelpful plus security to get to talk to anyone on the phone is absolutely insanely frustrating.There’s security and then over the top.@HSBC_UK as soon as I eventually get my replacement card I’m transferring.

    @Tafadar_ @HSBC_UK Still no resolution. This is shocking that HSBC UK app users cannot access their accounts. This impacts a large number of customers. @HSBC_UK please resolve or let us know who we can escalate this to.
