    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @daughterofashep @HSBC_UK I’ve never needed to contact Customer services, but they seem to consistently get good reviews. The app is excellent, and the website works. Cheques I pay in by post, and cash gets paid in at the post office.

    @HSBC_UK I hardly ever bother the bank as it has run fairly smoothly for 50 years first from Midland bank and now HSBC, I have logged on as I need assistance, that was just after 11am this morning. Come on HSBC I am a good customer. Might change

    @jcroberts171 @HSBC_UK It's incredible. They treat us with contempt. Their staff in branches are unable to help with anything and yet they seem to behave as if they're not expecting to have to answer the phone to masses of customers as a result.
