    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    @HSBC_UK Your app isn’t working on my phone since I downloaded the latest IOS & there isn’t a new update on the App Store. The ‘chat’ function on your website is a bot that says it doesn’t understand, and I called your phone line but queued for 20 minutes without reply. Help. 😳

    @Sandra25San25 @HSBC @HSBC_UK HSBC are awful. I had ongoing problems with them, but FAR worse in their ongoing global investment in fossil fuels. Building coal-fired power plants in developing countries to make money for shareholders. Corrupt. Do not use.

    @HSBC_UK I upgraded to the latest version of IOS and now the app isn’t working. I DM’d you & was told to ring the online banking team to get them to help reset the app. I rang but was cut off before I’d even finished explaining the issue. How can I get this app problem resolved?

    Received letter from @HSBC_UK saying to call them on 03455 857 567, which gives a recorded message saying the number has changed… to 03457 404 404 (I kid you not they choose the world's most famous error code as their number)
