@HSBC_UK Still having issues, managed to reset PW, don't have a secure key never had. Told the advisor this. Popped on hold and after 10 minutes line was disconnected. This is so annoying and time-consuming all I need to do it reset my online banking and set up digital secure key.

Dear @HSBC_UK the upto 20 minute queue time I was advised at the start of my call is currently 1 hour 44 minutes. It is also a call I shouldn't have to be making as I'm trying to speak to someone about an error HSBC have made. What a waste of an afternoon 🙄
