    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK re. the app crashing issue. Like many others, I too had the problem for a week but have resolved it by doing an iOS 14.8 update. I have a 6S and previously was operating with iOS 14.4 Hope this helps. Pass it on.

    @HSBC_UK It is still failing through app & web, so I phoned as suggested. I can confirm this is not related to the problems the app is currently experiencing, it's because the recent payments are not showing on my account, so my balance is £0.00. (1/2)

    @HSBC_UK Shocking service from HSBC....you blocked me from talking about my account 2 weeks ago (unjustly), I raised a complaint and it said you'd hear back about it in 5 working days but not heard anything. I was also told that a letter would come to me with a number to call so

    The service from HSBC @HSBC_UK on the telephone is quite shocking nowadays. Spoke to an Indian gentleman for 30 minutes and got nowhere. But they won't care.

    @HSBC_UK i know there is an issue with IOS 14, but there is zero excuse for you to have not deployed a fix since this was reported back in August. Especially as fixes have already been deployed for 15 and 16.
