@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

@DommiFox @HSBC_UK Finally got through. Dude can’t find a reason why it was closed but said open a new one and email for previous statements. I’m on the phone to them so can’t they email them. Why would I open a new card, gut my credit score and rely on a service that has failed me? On hold again.
