    @HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK 🇬🇧. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. 😞

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    @HSBC_UK I would like to ask you how can you manage to give the WORST BANKING SERVICE in UK. Your customers can not reach you via phones or through Internet. You are really terrible, because of your unexperienced BANKING services, I am loosing my business.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK how difficult can you possibly make it for someone to get through to your 'help' line. Need to update details on my mothers account which was never registered for online banking so can't log on! Completely frustrating and anything but 'help'-ful!

    @HSBC_UK @N_T_S I can't even... 81 hectares is less than 1km, that would not even offset the damage from the trees cut down to send out paper statements! Not to mention you've charged me for 4 years to have a dormant business account sending me paper statement every month, I opted out! SMFH.
